We also assess each participating property on many different criteria, including cleanliness, guest satisfaction, decor, etc. Our ratings may vary from other national rating companies; however, they are generally stricter than others.   We found that this hotel does meet our expectations for the star rating selected on our website. Revdex.com concern in our Executive Offices. We understand that you

make changes for your reservation. For the airline component, our
ability to assist you is dependent upon their policy. We reviewed the fare
rules associated with your tickets. You can change the ticket for $200 per
ticket airline fee, $30 per ticket priceline service plus any fare difference.
We can waive the $30 priceline service fee; however, we are unable to waive or
refund the airline fees. Should you decide to change the airline reservation,
please contact us prior to your scheduled departure, which is Monday, June 20, 2016;
4:30 PM.
Please note that no changes will be allowed after that
time.

offer customers the ability to choose their exact hotel from a list of

Please note that Travel Insurance only covers unforeseen illness, injury, baggage loss, death and more. Your reservation in normal circumstances, is non changeable, non cancelable and non refundable. I have received the consumer’s additional comments.  As you requested, I have again reviewed this matter to see if we overlooked anything that might support a more favorable conclusion. According to the consumer. According to the consumer, he was denied boarding by [redacted] airlines due to document issues. Therefore, the consumer is requesting a full refund. The consumer states: “I booked 3 flight tickets from Priceline.com for May 24, 2015 for the total of 2,608 traveling from [redacted] and was unable to board the airplane on the scheduled date due to the [redacted] refusing to put us on the flight due to their misunderstanding of my travel document.” All issues regarding denied boarding due to insufficient travel documents must be addressed directly with the airline. Please note that our ability to exchange or refund the ticket(s) is based on the fare rules associated with the [redacted] ticket purchase. Fare rules are established and governed by the airline and we, as a travel agency, are bound to abide by these fare rules. As a courtesy, and on multiple occasions, we have reached out to [redacted] regarding the consumer’s refund request and claims, and they advised that a refund less a 300.00 USD cancelation fee applies for the ticket purchase. Our Air Travel Services Department also sent email to the consumer with information on how to contact [redacted] so that they can assist with the refund process. I am rejecting this response because: That is just the difference in cost for the two tickets. I was promised that the second ticket I purchased was going to be refunded to me. I believe this if fair compensation for the inconvenience, cost and disruption Priceline caused me, my son and parents in this process. Waiting to board a flight and to be told that your flight was cancelled when boarding was the harshest experience I have had being a frequent traveler. We lost a bag due to this event and spent spring break with many inconveniences.
