The coverage you purchased through us was valid; therefore, our rental partner should have honored it and did not upsell a second policy. The documented case history confirms that prior to departure; the consumer was advised of the exchange option available with fees in accordance with the fare rules and restriction of the selected reservation, and the consumer declined this option. We have retained all records concerning this mater and sorry that we are unable to assist the consumer any further in this situation.

cancel the return portion of the ticket and are yet to receive the refund.
I have forwarded a refund request for the value of the return portion, less the airline imposed cancel fee. We have forwarded a refund request for the amount of 410.96 CAD. This will go through a review process. You will be advised of the outcome of the review within the next 14 business days. Once the refund has been approved, it will be processed through our system within one business day. The refund will be processed back to the card used in booking the reservation.
