coupon code and wanted us to apply the coupon’s discount to your reservation.  We apologize; however, there are rules and restrictions outlined with each of our coupons. The coupon code we provided you can only be applied to a Priceline Express Deal reservation. We reviewed your record and found that the reservation you purchased was one of our disclosed rate and we are unable to apply the discount to your booking. I am rejecting this response because: this hotel only offered coffee and hot chocolate as breakfast. Their verification is call the front desk to ask if they offer breakfast. When I arrived at the hotel I asked the front desk attendant [redacted] about their breakfast. He stated that a lot of the time they run out of supplies. Priceline made a promise that this hotel would offer breakfast and this hotel did not offer anything other than coffee and hot chocolate. Please see the attached pictures. There was not any oatmeal offered, and the cabinet below was locked.

the reservation minus a 7.45 USD Ticket Processing Fee, 200.00 USD Ticket Cancellation
Fee, and 13.41 USD Rental Car Cancellation Fee.
 
Our records indicate that you have rebooked on our site
for the correct destination under Request Number 22366779003. Therefore, we
will go ahead and refund the 200.00 USD Ticket Cancellation Fee minus a 30.00
USD Change Fee. This refund for 170.00 USD will be processed through our system
within one business day. If you need to check the status of your refund after a
few business days, please contact your bank directly to inquire about their
processing time.
 
We understand that the cost of your new airline
reservation is higher; however, we are unable to offer any additional refunds.

Price send me an itinerary which they copied and paste their rules about the tickets which I bought. PLEASE go to the link above which I've enclosed for my itinerary which they sent to me after purchasing my ticket. You will see that no where on this itinerary it said that I will loose my money if I didn't use it at the time of travel..also every other link with in that itinerary email said that they would work something out if I didn't use my ticket at the time of travel. apply your coupon code [redacted] RMNOCT16 to this reservation. I checked these codes in our system and our record shows that these are not Priceline Coupon. Upon reviewing, I have confirmed that both are provided by [redacted]   [redacted] is one of the many coupon websites online that allow its visitors to post and retrieve coupons or promotion codes. Please be advised that we are not responsible for what is posted on these sites. Some of the promotions or coupon codes may work; however, we cannot guarantee that they are not displaying expired or invalid deals.   I tried to apply these codes to your reservation; however, both are not accepted. It shows an error message stating that it cannot be applied because your reservation was booked directly on our website. Upon reviewing, it was mentioned that coupon can only be applied if the reservation was booked with us through the participating website, which in your case is [redacted]   I understand that this does not make up for the time, effort and inconvenience you encountered. I am rejecting this response because: it asserts that Priceline provided proper customer service, and that it is appropriate to advertise car rental rates as $5 per day when in fact they're closer to $27 per day.  I insist that this practice is deceptive and makes it difficult for customers to comparison shop or prepare for trips abroad.

you have some concerns about the bed type for your reservation.
We reviewed your request in our system and verified that a king sized bed, non smoking room type was selected during the reservation request process.
We understand that you would like to have 2 beds in your room. Our hotel partners do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible and if notified of a special request, they will try to honor it. In some cases they cannot because of room availability or there may be additional fees payable to them for a specific room type. We contacted the hotel and they advised that a fee of 66.03 USD will be charged per room per night to have a room with 2 beds. Please note that this fee is subject to change depending on availability and we are unable to refund this fee. Prior to booking we presented the cancellation policy. It states, for the room type and rate that you've selected, you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your room, you will still be charged for the full reservation amount.

While I appreciate the refund of the insurance, I feel my main complaint was not addressed.  I feel that this instance could have been resolved very easily with proper customer service and instead, they looked for any loophole to take my money and not provide the car I paid for.  The rate I paid did not even turn out to be a discounted rate.  This is not a company that I feel is concerned about it's customers and therefor I am not satisfied with the resolution.  I would not feel comfortable using this company in the future and feel people need to be made aware of this.

We have shared this information to the appropriate people. Please accept our apology for the frustrations that you have encountered with this reservation. This is certainly not indicative of the kind of customer service that we strive to provide. It is our goal to provide quality service and we regret any incidents that created the perception that we have not provided you with adequate service. Exceptions to our normally acceptable service levels do occur. October 11, 2017 12:13 PM and returned of October 14, 2017 09:59 PM. They refused to offer any refund since they claimed that for you to get a 1 day refund, you need to return the car before October 14, 2017 12:00 PM.   I regret to advise that we cannot issue a 1 day refund. However, as a one-time courtesy, we decided to refund 50% of the last day of your rental. It would be in the amount of $26.05.   A refund request amounting to $26.05 was already submitted to our Management Team for review and approval. Once approved, it will be credited back to the same credit card that was charged by us.
