There is no guarantee that you will receive any particular brand when selecting a star rating. I would like Priceline to change
its policy of using customers' e-mail addresses to send junk e-mails against
customers' will.

I would like Priceline not to
add customers' e-mail addresses to Priceline's e-mail list when a customer
explicitly opts out.

I would like all Priceline
e-mails to contain unsubscribe links.
·      
I would like Priceline customers
to be able to manage their e-mail preferences without being forced to set up a
Priceline account.
·      
I would like Priceline to be
fined and/or censured for explicit, deliberate lying and customer deception
aimed at increasing Priceline's profits to the detriment of customer privacy
and customer rights.
 
Unless
a Priceline customer tells us that he/she does not want to receive email
offers, Priceline will occasionally send promotion coupons, marketing material
or other special travel deals.
Both
registered, and unregistered customers, (including customers who have not set
up a Priceline account), have the option to click the unsubscribe link in the promotional
email.
Please
note that the unsubscribe link is located in every promotional email about
news/special offers/travel deals. Unregistered Priceline customers (as well as
registered customers), have the option to unsubscribe without setting up a profile/account.
Important
to note, is that unsubscribing from receiving messages about news and special
offers will not prevent the consumer from receiving emails about previous requests
or reservations placed on our website. Therefore, emails with information
referencing requests or reservations placed by the consumer will not offer the
unsubscribe link.
In

I am rejecting this response because: Priceline.com advertises that it does not charge fees; however, the total charged for my flight was $10 more than doing it directly through the airline. Furthermore, when I tested Priceline.com site again by attempting to book another flight, there was the $10 again.  The total from Priceline.com for this "test" was again $10 higher than the airline's for the same flight.  I am convinced that Priceline.com is charging "hidden" fees.  My request was not only the refund, but that Priceline.com stops the practice or publishes it so that clients know about it.

I am rejecting this response because:I have no problem with me being charged by priceline for $224.81. My concern is that when I received my bill it showed two charges of $224.81 and $170.07. That's fine if they want to charge me the $224.81 but I should receive a refund for the $170.07. Like I said I rented only one car and I should only be charged once.

As we understand, you are requesting compensation as you were not permitted to stay overnight in your connecting cities.  We are sorry to hear about the issues you had during your travels. The issue has been reviewed and we are unable to provide a refund or compensation as requested. When booking airline tickets on the contact page it states, You will be issued electronic tickets. All travelers will need a valid passport and you may also need to show additional documentation at your destination and/or in connecting countries."  Also in the FAQ section on Priceline.com it does state:  Identification and Documentation Requirements Identification and documentation requirements are determined by your citizenship and by the countries you will be traveling to, through or from. Travelers who are unable to provide required documentation may be denied boarding without compensation, detained, and/or deported at their own cost. I am rejecting this response because:
Again,  I selected area 3 "downtown [redacted], City Center" and never saw a map. Obviously your website was deceptive because I would not have knowingly booked a hotel in a State I wasn't going to be in, I couldn't use the hotel and asked for a credit toward a hotel in the right area. I had to book a separate hotel. Somehow the [redacted] area got added but it was not because I requested it and I would not have placed the bid if I knew I might get a hotel in the WRONG STATE. Priceline makes what 10%? so for about $15 you are sacrificing not only my future business but that of my business, family, friends and anyone else who will listen? Doesn't seem like a very good business model. Your website added an area I did not and would not have requested, without my knowledge and automatically booked a room in a different state.
