The customer spoke with a service supervisor on April regarding these cardsAt that time, customer was advised to provide purchase details (via receipts or account statements)Customer refused and disconnected callIf customer paid for these cards in cash, we still need to see
purchase receipts so that we can trace the transactions and restore appropriate funds

The customer's frother should be protected by a warrantySince we cannot find a record of an online purchase, I suspect customer bought the machine at a storeEither way, he should call our customer service team at 1-800-STARBUC and reference Case ID ***Once the agent verifies additional
purchase information (receipt, store location) they should be able to facilitate replacement of the item

The manager was frustrated about the situation Starbucks Corporation created with the Unicorn Frappucino and agreed that it put undue burden on its customers, as well as managers and employees. I am rejecting this response because: I AGAIN did not receive any email with a postage from this companyI have now responded to an email sent to me by a representative with NO contact information that was valid and gave them two other email addresses to tryIt AMAZES ME that Starbucks is doing this to people and getting away with itThe Manager at the SBs next to my home has also tried for me and is in SHOCK that her own employer isn't able to allow her to take back this machine.
