I signed up with Stash Investments, they said they need my banking route and account number to make two small deposits to verify my account. These small deposits never came. A month later they withdrew 1.00 after I complained to them. So, now they have my banking info and have taken 1.00.

I have invested small amounts in stash for a few years now. I have never had an issue with them taking my money on a regular basis, but getting it back has been impossible, I have over a thousand dollars in stash that I’m trying to get sent to me. I am not working due to the covid 19 pandemic, so I am trying to gather and have available any funds that I can. I started the closing process with stash on 3/. I called them to tell them I wanted to close my stash account and have my money sent to me. I was told normally they will transfer your money to the bank account attached to your account. I explained to them that I was going through some personal issues and didn’t have that account anymore. They told me that if I could send them some documentation (bank statement, Bill with name and current address, and ID) that that would be sufficient for them to mail me a check. I did exactly what they asked of me. I uploaded all requested documents. I was actually on the phone with a customer service representative while uploading my documents. (Rodney) he confirmed that he received everything that they needed and would get the process started for me. He told me it would be 3-10 business days before I would receive my check.( I have all emails sent and received between us) I waited longer than the 20 business days to reach out to them and ask about not receiving my money. Then when I tried to call them an automated recording said due to cdc recommendations they were working remotely. So I emailed them and got a generic email saying I’m sorry to here you want to close your account. Go to our website and you will find how to start the process. I was infuriated! I emailed them and explained the situation time and time again. I have at least 12 -14 emails and names of the people I’ve spoken to. This has been going on way over a month now! I have three children and need my money! I have requested someone to please call me with no response. They make it impossible to contact them. When you contact them by email they don’t even look at the situation to see what’s going on. I just get a generic email telling me how to start process. I have been very patient with this. I have a family and need my money now more than ever. I will never do business with this company again.

STASH locked my account and has denied me access to my money. They requested that I send a copy of my bank statement which I did and my account is still closed. I am unable to contact them on the phone because of covid and they are not responding to emails. I want my money that I transferred to stash placed back in my account and I will take my business elsewhere

I used my stash debit card at Marriott Courtyard for a temporary hold for incidental charges 50$ was held and shown as pending for over 10 days...This pending hold has been released and the 50$ was showing as transferred to by Bank Account on April ***... but has never been credited back to my account

I closed my account with stash months ago. I can’t remember if it was January or February. I’ve been trying to get my money back since then. They show a series of withdrawals from my stash account into my *** account for 1488.xx amounts each shows as canceled after about a week. I’ve called *** and they assure me that they see no such attempts. At this point I’d take a check mailed to my home. I just want my money back and stash has been completely non-responsive to my emails and when I call either there is no answer or I’m told that I’m calling outside business hours

After buying a few shares, I noticed a couple days later an additional 163 dollars was taken out of my account my stash. Then ANOTHER 163 dollars was taken out, both without my knowledge or consent. After asking a representative how do I get my money back from the unauthorized withdrawals, she only told me how to close my stash account and completely avoided that fact that I have over 300 dollars missing out of my account that was taken out by STASH!

after speaking with customerbservice again, they offered me my money back and to close my stash account. I was satisfied with that I just wanted my money back

I had a direct deposit put into my stash account they took the money a couple thousand dollars and avoided my emails and shut down their call center. I emailed them several times to see a response closing my request from some one named Erica. I keep trying to get a response to no avail. The took my money locked my account.

I haven't used them since 2018 and had canceled. Mysteriously my account subscription started in March!? Emailed and told them to give me back my money and cancel it's, now, it's April and they haven't canceled it. Call your bank and report fraud.

A week or so ago they all of a suddent took $237 out of my account for no reason and I have been contacting they repeatedly to resolve this issue and they have tried to give me some excuses that make no sense but refuse to return the money. Today my work put in my Direct Deposit and Stash not only took back the $237 they think they are owed but they took out an extra $100 for no reason. I am afraid they will just keep taking money out of my account until im broke. I will change accounts but its going to take some time.
