All three times I have invested in Stash, their team of unprofessionals have forgotten to transfer my money into my bank account, would I have not said anything the last time they did this they would have stolen close to $1000 of my money.

I downloaded the app and entered all my information which included my bank account information. When the app got to the selection screen to choose which product I did NOT select an option and instead closed the app so I could research online what the different options meant. When I went back to the app it had already selected an option for me and transferred money out of my bank account without my permission. I have contacted the company several times about a refund and to remove my account information but have yet to get it resolved.

I have been trying to get the rest of the amount of money from my stash account and have falled to release my money. I have done everything you want from a bank at this point mail my *** check to my house I don't care to use stash anymore and give me my money this has gone on for half a year. You have lost someone who won't come back.

I opened an account about a year or so ago, since then I have finally gotten stable in another state. At the time of my account I used the email address *** but since I moved to WI that email address is not allowing me to have access, so I am now associated with ***. I have been trying to get help access my account but it would not let me, I tried to open a new account but they told me that my SSN is already associated to an account, which I already know. I have a ira through stash and I decided to sell some stock and try to reinvest in another stock through the stash investment app. When the stock sold the money never became available and just disappeared from my account. I've sent multiple emails and have yet to get a reply.

I transferred $6300 dollars into my account from another bank account at *** which is all authorized and verified funds and also authorized by bank. I paid same day delivery for the funds to go into my stash account. It has now been two days and still my $6300 dollars is not in my stash banking account. WHERE IS MY MONEY?

In December of 2019, I requested a transfer from Stash Invest to Merrill Edge. Since then, the money no longer show in my Stash Invest account, but they were never received by Merrill Edge. Each time I talk to customer service at Stash they say a higher level manager will call back, yet nobody ever calls back. This is a scam. Where is my $2,179.37 that showed on the January *** statement?

My debit card was stolen and money was taken out my account I filed A claim and they told me (((If we are unable conclude our research within the next 10 business days, we will provisionally credit your account for the transactions disputed and any associated fees while we continue to investigate))) now it’s been more than 16 days and I didn’t get my money back or any letter considering my claim I called them a lot times but they’re phone number isn’t working and I email them no one email me back or anything

It started off with me transferring money from my bank account to their stash app.. I invested like 1,300... After the first few times I put money in.. The next few times seemed long for my money to transfer over. So I didnt know how long the process till it transfers so I canceled it and resent it. Did that a few times and they locked and froze my account. I emailed them and called their customer service. I sent them the paperwork bank statement and my id that they asked for. Now they saying my bank statement is photoshopped and giving me excuses. Now next day I cant even get a hold of customer service representative and their email is automated. Right when I text them an email their computer automatically send me an co.puterized automated text. I read about their reviews and see they have many similar same complaint thats happening to me right now. They are a scam company. Scamming many people.

I have been trying to cancel my Stash account for over a month to no avail. I am told to cancel though my Stash account but when I click the link it direct you to call the *** number no one answers the phone. When you email you get an automated reply with the same instructions to cancel through your account! I have done this now for about a month and no one from Stash has responded or follow through with my request. I simply want the account close immediately!

This is really a joke from Stash! No one answers the phone listed for stash and they have locked the account so there is no access to it. All they need to do is close my account that should not be so technical. Sending me an email is pointless and just a way to say they reached out to the client!! This is absurd??
