I was charged fees for my site that expired I put in multiple forms of payment just to protect against that issue You also have my phone number on file GoDaddy still let my site expire and then charged me fees to bring it back I did not have to give them more payment info, they just ran it and it went through
The reason most people put in multiple payment options is to guard if a credit card expires If your system does not abide by that workflow and you allow people to think it is done that way, your falsely informing the customer

Since mid 2013, *** *** and *** *** Connection paid Go Daddy in advance and with additional fees for protection to host the new domain and website
Over the next 1/yrswe received few if any calls from the web
In 2016, *** started receiving invoices from Go Daddy Confused, because of the above mentioned precautions, ***’s assistant, ***, called Go Daddy to find out what the invoices were for She called on the following dates: 3/14/16, 4/11/16, 5/2/16, 6/7/(times) and 6/14/ Initially, *** was told that the account was paid in full and they did not know what the $bill was for Only in June did she find out there was serious trouble
In June, 2016, *** tried to go to her website but could not find it When ***’s assistant called Go Daddy again she was assured by the agent that *** still owned ***.comThe representative then looked into the records and said WE HAD BEEN HOSTING for 1/years, ***

I purchased a hosting and domain name package from Go DaddyAfter designing the site I published to the internetSince then Go Daddy has sabotage the design repeatedly changing and rearranging the design on the page so that is looks discombobulated, unprofessional, and unfinishedI contacted Go Daddy who acted surprise and said they have never seen this kind of thing before but I know for a fact they do this as a routine for selected accounts they deemThey have also threatened to -and then did- added the website, immediately once I launched; published the site, a website of which no one has the address, an unusual website name because of the dash, to a list of spam crawlers including; top1-seo-service.com and buttons-for-website.com, that would of course cost any visitors to the site privacy issues without the SSL certificate they tried to repeatedly sell meThey have also slowed down the design process considerably from their end stating, "maybe it is the browser" but no matter

I use GoDaddy for web hosting and email service Three years ago they added a free Calendar tool that I never used In my latest auto renewal statement they started charging for this Calendar tool I contacted them when I found the charge on my Credit Card bill I called GoDaddy twice and both times I was told I was a few days past the day period to cancel the service I never saw the invoice email they sent and called immediately when I reviewed my credit card statement
I believe I should not be charged for a service I did not ask for and have never used

We were being billed for web hosting that had nothing to do with us.I was not made aware of this until a phone call from GoDaddy yesterday I had helped a friend *** *** who is elderly and a now retired Great Dane breeder by donating a web site to her in I have multiple clients with GoDaddy and somehow my friend was being billed for an additional hosting package since This totals over 400$ US Since the site had no updates and she was paying for her hosting I had no idea what what happening until yesterdayA GD employee somehow linked *** with another person the *** which was a person I helped get their site onto GD a few years ago This person moved her site a few years ago and I guess never cancelled her hosting or never figured out she was not being charged *** *** was being charged double instead The empty hosting package was never used by *** and it was definitely an employee input error A man in their CEO office name

My website went down due to non-paymentThis is because my father was in the hospital with a life-threatening health situation and I forgot to pay the renewal fee
When I contacted Godaddy they told me I would need to pay $to restoreI asked if they could waive the fee due to my personal situation and my status as a long-trees customerThey said noSo I paid the $and the rep told me my site should be up shortly
I got a call from my web designer who noticed problems with my siteIt in fact had not been restored and there were “pieces” of my site up
I called Godaddy and a company rep said he would fix the problemHe did not do so, nor did anyone call to follow up
My last call was to a company rep who tried to restore but couldn’tHe told me that their terms of service reveals no promise to restoreI explained that two company reps told me the site could be restored and if that wasn’t the case, they should have told me so before I paid the $
At that

I started my Go daddy account last year in going over a year and half designing my own website along with many products totally over 3,000+ up until 05/15/When creating my account with *** *** which all my accounts are billed to matching my name I decided to make my Username to *** *** which shows on some of the receipts Being that my business phone was changed from a old phone number to a new one I'm unable to log into my account I no longer have access to I called Go Daddy to inform them that the security code is being sent to a phone number that is no longer available I cant log into my account is there a way they send the information to the business email account address they refuse I explain to go daddy on countless calls that my Username *** *** is me *** *** the original who created the account they refuse to let me into my company website stating I'm not the Original account after I have sent all my business information , Articles of Inco

On November 27, 2017, I received an email from GoDaddy Hosting, that my hosting account had been migrated without any prior notice of the migrationThe notice was sent as a congratulatory email, but this turned out to be deceptive as I later learned that the server hosting my website crashed and Godaddy had to move my site due to this crash
The new server is not compatible with my current website software, and my site (www.lesliewoodarts.com) no longer worksI have over $invested in the build of that siteIf this had been a true migration that I was given prior notice of, I could have saved my site, the money I had invested in the site, and the money I lost not having the site functioning during the holidaysI attempted to remedy this situation with GOdaddy support, but after a couple hours on the phone they were not able to recover my site
I relied on this GoDaddy's guarantee to protect my site and my work, but this reliance has now cost me my site, the money I put in

We have a domain *** that we own, however we have lost the user name and password for the registrarGoDaddy is the registrarA while back we moved our hosting to another company, and now we wish to move back to GoDaddy for our hosting needs
We were told that it would have to go thru GoDaddy's legal department and we needed to submit our business license and a copy of the company owner's IDWe did this, and because the person who originally set up that account put it under ***s D*** as the company name instead of ***s ***, GoDaddy will not help us outI have called customer services and asked to speak with the legal department, to point out the fact that the owner's name is exactly the same, along with the address and phone number and the ONLY difference is someone put d*** instead of ***after ***’sThe customer service rep on the phone says that the legal department doesn’t have a phone extension and that I have to deal with them through e

My cr with GoDaddy is: *** The address on file with GoDaddy is my ex-husband's mailing address: ** *** ***, West Milford, NJ I am now in France, and I will update my address shortly on my GoDaddy accountMy former website *** was and is being hosted by GoDaddy since September of 2007, without a billing issue until now By April 2014, the time of my hosting autorenewal, I called GoDaddy at their Scottsdale office; asking them to cancel the autorenewal, given the fact that I would not have Internet access for long, not to mention my laptop had been stolen in Brazil where I was living at the time I came out of my spiritual retreat end of August 2016, more than two years after having cancelled my autorenewal It is then that I found out my domain name, doniamili.com, had expired sometime in I did not think anything of it since I had cancelled the autorenewal Then MC started cantacting me, they had closed my account at some point sinc

I currently have charges on my credit card totaling $for renewal of services I no longer have/no longer have access to and no longer needAfter calls to Go Daddy customer service did not resolve this issue, I sent a certified letter on July 2, to Go Daddy and, according to the tracking data, the letter has been received Please note the following:
Charges were billed to my credit card by Go Daddy on March ($65.42) and March ($51.19)
I was unaware that the account of TurnerNotaryServices.com was on an automatic renewal, as I no longer operate under this business name and do not/did not need the services/products at the time of the renewal charges
After challenging the charges with my credit card company, the charges were removed; but after my credit card company received information from Go Daddy, the charges were rebillled on May and May
The web address and associated services for TurnerNotaryServices.com are not active and I do not have access to them

The service the were to provide me was an active email account Turns out that they renewed my email account, however didn't inform me that I needed to review my domain in order to have the email account active Therefore I own an email account that isn't active!! Since it took over days to find out that my account was not active, I am no longer eligible for a refund but they are happy to take MORE money from me to activate the domain and allow the email account to work What a scam!

I had a one year plan with Go Daddy for a websiteThe plan was to expire January In November of 2017, Go Daddy contacted me and informed me that my plan would expire in JanuaryThey offered me a new plan with extra features for a special price "Black Friday pricing"I was told the plan would work with addition to my current planThus, giving me an additional years
January 1, I called in to request a refund and cancel my site as I had to close my businessGo Daddy reps informed me that I was a week too late to request a refund, I had to request it by December 24, 2017, as a request had to be made within days
Simple math dictates that if a plan starts on January 5, 2018, days would give me until February of But, apparently, Go Daddy started my new plan in November of 2017, BEFORE my original plan was even concluded
They started my new year plan, months before my original first year was even upThey forfeited almost months of my original pl

GoDaddy is a complete and utter scamI purchased a membership to their GoDaddy Auctions service and I purchased the lowest membership with no "extras" around $12/yearWhen I signed up for auctions there was no text or information about commissionsFinally, one of my domains sold for $and then I saw my payment go through for $They took 20%, twenty percent!!!
I called the number on the email immediately and there was someone in Mexico who said the money had gone via "pesos" but then he said maybe there was a commission but he couldn't help me and I had to go back to auctionsEven better, he said Auctions did not accept phone calls and I had to email themThey just took $from me and I had to email them
I emailed them and they wrote me back claiming I accepted these terms, which I did notThey copied and pasted the terms from their website, posted elsewhereI demanded a screen shot of the place where I "accepted" these terms and have not heard back
This company is disgusting and a total scamThey are literally stealing money via small loopholes and hidden terms of serviceI'm never going to do any business with them again and will be moving my domains over as quickly as possibleThey should be ashamed of themselves
Even worse the Revdex.com is a total part of this scamThe Revdex.com has them at an A+ rating despite 95% negative customer reviewsClearly they're paying Revdex.com to keep up that ratingTerrible

This is NOT the 1st time this has happen to us in the past yearsGodaddy has claimed that we cancelled our hosting package on January 15th which in turn brought all of our sites downNO ONE was emailed or called to confirm such a large action and the fact of the matter is we DID NOT cancel anything, nor did either one of us login to cancel thisThey (godaddy) says that they can NOT help us nor will they try and that all the web sites (of them) are no longer able to be recoveredNOR will they provide us with the IP address from that login cancelling this productWe stand to lose more than $10,per month plus the $150,that we lost from the sites that were built!

godaddy advertised websites at then when you get to the cart the price is much higher - I have screen shots and I believe that you should confront this bait and switch practice

I cancelled a service at the end of last year which included free services within it (I just found out about the free services)When I cancelled the primary service, the free services then became paid services without my knowledgeSince January I have been paying $for a service I was unaware ofWhen I see the subject in the email each month, I just assumed I was getting billed for another domain of mine because I have manyThis morning I was reviewing emails and happened to open the latest bill and discovered I was being billed for service I was unaware ofI attempted to resolve the issue through GoDaddy online chat and then called inWhen I called in, the representative told me there was no one in the multi-million dollar company who could reverse the charges or even apply a credit against my accountI have been a customer for many years and have not had an issue until nowI would like to stay with the company and continue to do business if we can resolve this issue

In June we closed our business and in early July shut down our website that was hosted by GoDaddy At this point in time we did not close out our bank account because we were holding funds to pay the taxes at the end of the year We receive quarterly bank statements from our bank When I received our 3rd quarter bank statement, ending October 31, in early November I noticed a charge on the account from Go Daddy for $on October When I called them asking what this charge was for since we no longer had a website I was told that we were never un-enrolled for the auto renewal charge I stated that I just assumed that since we canceled everything that would have been taken care of Due to the fact that I notified them after the day window of the charge occurring, GoDaddy stated that there was nothing they could do other than remove the auto renewal from happening again

This is what written on Go daddy's ads ( https://ph.godaddy.com/web-security/website-security )
I when ahead and communicate with there chat support team and asked about the issue I had on our website and was suggested that the "express" was the ideal serviceNow I went ahead and asked about more of the details but the customer support where not able to give me concrete answers and also giving sarcastic comments to meI'll attached the transcriptI asked him why im being forced to get years for a lower price when they say it should be for yearly I was mentioning that the ads is misleading that even if its says "as low as" I cannot find even on the fine print that it says for yearsthen the question went on and I was stating to the customer service that if I can get the price for what it says and then he said that *** cannot because it was the promothen he follow up with some sarcastic comments which I do
