TA agent didn't hear my requestsPoor customer service

For years, my business, Mil-Green casual, Inc, has had the domain name milgreen.com through Godaddy.comOur website, advertising, and all printed materials including our delivery vehicle have the website name www.milgreen.com printed on themTwo weeks ago, it was brought to my attention that there was a problem with my website and after some investigating, I found that the domain name had expiredI immediately called Godaddy's customer service and was informed that they had sold my domain name two days prior to my call, and that I was out of luckAfter years, they didn't even attempt to call meThe explanation I received was that several emails were sent and not answeredThose emails were sent to our company advertising representative, *** *** at his business email that was obtained from Godaddy.com, which is ***.***.com Godaddy has span filters on their customer's emails and the notifications sent to Mr*** went to spam (again, the spam filters are Godaddy'

We have been a customer of GoDaddy since and have had a perfectly good relationship until yesterdayThat is when we received an e-mail notifying us that our web site would no longer be accessible after April due to some internal machinations at GoDaddyThe message continued that we could cure the problem either by following complex, unintelligible instructions, hiring an outside consultant or paying GoDaddy to do a “migration.” This, notwithstanding that we were induced in and to pay for domain name extensions with the offer of “free” web hosting through July Now, unless we pay GoDaddy an additional sum or hire a third party, it is GoDaddy’s intention to terminate hosting our web site more than two years earlyWe prepaid for service until July on June (Receipt for $113.55) and on July (Receipt *** for $30.72)According to the GoDaddy records, our contract runs through July There are no contract provisi

GoDaddy sent me an email renewal notification for an email service which was no longer being hosted by GoDaddyA GoDaddy official instructed me that all of the emails were still being hosted by Godaddy, which was not correctI asked the representative to no renew my email account until we confirmed who was hosting the email accountsI confirmed that the emails I was using were not being hosted by GoDaddy and requested that my email accounts be cancelled
I was subsequently billed by GoDaddy for the email accountsI called GoDaddy and was told that they would walk me through cancelling the account and I would be issued a refundAfter cancelling, I was not issued a refund and I called again and was told that it would be escalated to a supervisorI reviewed the chain of events with a supervisor and she apologized for the misrepresentations by the GoDaddy representatives but indicated that no refund would be issued and said that they could reinstate the account, even though the e

I have a domain name and web site through go daddy that I set up a year ago for a low introductory price (around $as I recall)I received notice that it was time to renew the products/servicesI signed up to renew the domain name only on 2-20- I received my Discover invoice last night (3-28-16) and was billed $for the domain name renewalThere was also a charge on my credit card for $on 2-25-I contacted go daddy today (3-29-16) and spoke to Janice about the $chargeShe indicated that the 2-25-charge was for the personal website builder ($71.88) and the office starter email ($57.00)I told her that I had not wanted the starter email or website builder and didn't authorize the $charge - the only product that I authorized payment for was $for the domain nameJanice stated that auto renewal was set up on the account and it automatically charged me for the additional productsI asked for the charges to be refunded and she said there was

I callled and requested to have my website san-diegcarpet-cleaning.com security removed and go daddy mistake and delete my entire webiste off the internet

I was attempting to transfer a domain out from Godaddy, after consulting their online guides I was having an issue with their systemI contacted their chat department who spoke with me for a little under two hours with no resolutionMultiple times I asked the associate if following their instructions would get my domain locked for days, to which they replied no it would notThey clearly lied because my account is now locked and Godaddy refuses to do anything about itThey continue to defend their lies

Created my own e-commerce website in less than a month, thanks to the awesome customer service here! I want to give a special shout out to Ryan G***, for going above and beyond my expectations; he replied to my email while out of the office and let me know when he would be available to help meHe was also friendly and pleasant to talk to on the phoneThe online chat support was also very helpful in assisting me in accessing all the features of the GoCentralOnlineStore that GoDaddy has to offer

1) I had domain names, which I did not authorize payment for renewal and with no website or website builder ever orderedI did not provide an additional credit card even for the names to renewI was contacted by Go Daddy and I told them I did NOT want those domainsThe rep merged the domain account with an active account and without my consent charged me for 1) website builder, that I never ever ordered, and also charged me for a renewal for domains that I had requested to cancelI did not authorize verbally or in writing and also NOT set on auto renewal, Yet I was charged on the the domain to my bank accountThe charge for the website build due back is $and $for the domain namesGo daddy said they had processed the domain refund, but No re-fund was credited to my bank accountThe $ un-authorized charge for the names need to be RefundedI have other website so you would think they would be motivated to resolve this issue

Febcharge received on bank account for domains that were reserved and never registered...called the company and requested all be cancelled and a refund was issued
Novcharge received on bank account for account that was supposed to be closedIt is an account that I receive a statement for and the deduction date was 11/8/I called 12/8/to request a refund they refused because it was one day outside of their refund policyThe rep from the Febcall dropped the ball and I got left with $deducted from my bank account
They maintain that since I didn't read the email about the account status (warning you will receive hundreds of junk emails from them) that I am fully responsibleI accept my responsibility in not requesting to be removed from the email list that included the high volume of junk mail
They are absolutely a dishonest and untrustworthy company that I will never do business with again and highly recommend that everyone else stay away from as wellIf you decide to do business with them be aware that they bleed your bank account dry and if you are "minutes or days past midnight of the renewal date calling to cancel you will not get a refund"

I no longer have the domain ***This domain was renewed automatically with no notificationI was unable to access the site to cancelI contacted go daddy on occasions asking to cancelThe cancellation has been refused although the website no longer existsGodaddy still charged my credit card $
I do not want the non-existent websiteI would like whatever remainder of the year I was charged reversed back to my credit card

The information in my business (*** *** * *** ***) listing on *** is incorrectThe menu items and prices are oldI hired *** for one year to update and maintain my directoriesThey are not able to correct the *** listing I contacted *** to get it changed, but they cannot change the information because it was originally listed through Go Daddy's Get Found directory that I had purchasedI no longer pay for Get Found, so when I contacted Go Daddy, they said it cannot be corrected unless I purchase Get Found againIt is not right that I cannot get the information removed or corrected when the *** directory is a free directory

Got scammed into their Buy Domain serviceChatted with customer support who told me I will get a domain on May Turned out to be a complete lieThey did absolutely nothing and still charged a feeContacted customer service twice - no reply

Their web site www.bizstanding.com lists my name and my address associated with my company name to the publicI have sent email to their support and called them to request to opt out my information off from their listingsHowever, no responses from them at alltheir phone line never has people to answerI need to protect my privacy an safetyI am meeting serious problems that someone is stalking me and my family members

I used Go Daddy hosting service for more than five years, I have a website named ** ***, suddenly they deleted my website without any notification, I called to check on the website, they transferred me to a different agents and then they finally found the website they stated that the website was deleted because I did not renewI did not receive any emails or any telephone calls related to this account, I called them and try to restore the website and they advised that if I have a back up I can use it, if I don’t have a back up then they will charge me $to restore it, I explained to them that this is not my fault as I was never notified, they insisted on charging me $in addition to the hosting plan which will cost me $I don’t believe that I should pay the $as I was never notified about to the expiration of my hosting plan, I checked all my email including the spam folders I didn’t find any emails from themThey should refund me with the $,In addition the res

I elected not to renew the kincons.com email account because the fees are too highAs the result of not renewing my fees, a lot of my contacts were removed from my phoneSince many of these numbers include emergency contacts, this aggressive act has been highly frustrating and fundamentally offensiveBetween kincons.com and prosperityorganicfoods.com addresses, I have patronized Godaddy.com for over yearsTo have my contacts compromised is highly offensive and guarantees I will never give my business to Godaddy.com again

After the hosting was affected by a Malware, our website expetrienced Denail of Service (DOS) attack, so we contacted the technical service department and opened a ticketMe and my CEO escalated the issue because we were losing business, so after talking to a Technical Supervisor (Austin S), who said will settle the account (Refund) if even after hours of trouble shooting they are not able to resolve the issuehe also said he will send me an emailbut I didnt not recieve any call back or email from themafter to business days they still werent able to resolve the issue and I called them back to talk to austin, but they said he was busyand finally after 8th day of fixing the issue he calls back and says, he wont be able to do the refund but will give us one extra year for free, by that time we laready had to moved to another hosting provider and all set the issue wasnt resolved and no compensdation were made for our lost businessthis need to be fixed

One of godaddy.com domains, actually two of their sites are predatory but they will do nothing and actually laughed at us when we tried to explain the fraudulent sites and how they ripped us offA customer representative named jeff said you would laugh at us tooWe understand that is not what you doWe have order numbers and receipts but they wound not listen and basically told too bad, that they represented them, but not reallyWe just want them to send us what we paid forNothing more, nothing less, or at least to pull these fraudulent sites so they won't rip off any one else.Thank you for your time

I was contacted by phone on May 22nd for soliciting purposes to purchase a website that I did not require at the timeI was told that I had a trial period for the websit domain and hosting that was activated a week later on May 31, I began to use the site to see if I could post my project on it and if the project would be viable on the siteThe trial period was unsuccessful and on June 25th I discontinued the service requesting a full refund ($USD) or even a partial one for the remaineder of the year that I could not useDue to the days over the trial period, I was told that I could not receive a refund for the whole amount or the remainder of the yearI find this business practice to be a huge money grab taking advantage of their existing customers that do not yet need their servicesTo not offer a refund policy that is in line with how their services work annually is a scam in my opinionI am requesting a full refund for this service as I have the documentation t

Warning to all #Godaddy future customers: #GoDaddy continues to disappoint me and many other small business owners I’ve talked toThis message is to warn you to beware! #Godaddy still does nothing to make amends with customers they mess over thru mistakes or employee errorsI plan to find a way to stop utilizing #Godaddy services when I can do it without negatively impacting my business and my customers/clients#Godaddy’s mistakes are extremely costly after years of my company paying money to them for the privilege of continued abuse and/or poor expensive serviceThe latest poor #Godaddy service is the fact that my website (***), after paying for a secure SSL, has been sending my visitors a message saying “my site is a threat to steal the customer's informationGo back to safety or advance at your own risk!” THIS WAS HORRIFYING! The site eventually worked within the 72-hours they said it would take to fix itOver the last few months, I have had people and companies mysteriously block my company (Scholarship Leadership Institute; aka SLI) b/c of this crazy spam message! I have sent out email campaigns to over potential customers twice w/extremely poor resultsI have made bids on contracts for $17,000,and they went to the siteI'm saddened that these potential clients/customers probably saw that spam pageLastly, I purchased specialty ink pensI couldn't add "https://” to the URL due to space limitations so I added "www" thinking it would still default to my secure website, as I was toldTo my shock and horror, the vendors (i.e., ***, ***, **, ***, ***, etc.) from the recent conference I attended in Austin were probably also sent to the spam page! This is unacceptable! Then I got a response from #Godaddy during the call indicating they see the problem and planned to expedite the matterThey promised to send me an email when the problem is resolvedIf I could come up with a value of "business loss" to sue #Godaddy for, I wouldBut I'm too frustrated to even deal with #Godaddy right now#Godaddy made no attempt to give me any compensation for my troubles, mistreatment, etc., or knock off anything from my expensive SSL bill for services that I didn’t even have unless people typed “https://“So they eventually fixed my SSL certificate correctly like they should have done months ago, while not compensating me or doing anything to make me feel like they value me as a customerI'm not happy with their service so I plan to share my dissatisfaction via email, social media, and on stages all over AmericaThis is no way to treat their valued customers who exclusively use their company and I told them as muchIt’s gonna take a while, but I will eventually find other companies who won’t take me and other small businesses for granted! I don’t know how much money I have lost over the last few months due to #Godaddy but I will spend the rest of my time on the planet letting people know about my experience with #GodaddyIf they haven’t made the mistake of using #Godaddy for emails, domain, or website services, I will advise them to RUN! #Godaddy is not the company you think they are AND they take business owners like me for grantedEnough is enough! They still haven’t told me the results of what happened or if can happen againI’ve wasted money running *** Ads, email campaigns, etcand they haven’t even apologized for what they did to my business! I wrote most of this on a #Godaddy email survey after my call complaining about the SSL issue and haven’t heard back from them at allI’m not sure why I expected it, but #Godaddy will continue to hear from me until they do right by me and my companyI promise to warn as many businesses as possible about my experience and poor #Godaddy customer service experienceI gave them a 1-rating b/c I don't know how to leave a 0-ratingIf they respond to this and say they have reached out to me, they will be lying! I've checked my spam, overflow, etcemailNOTHING FROM GODADDY even after they promised to contact meCrappy customer service!
