I purchased a hosting and domain name package from Go DaddyAfter designing the site I published to the internetSince then Go Daddy has sabotage the design repeatedly changing and rearranging the design on the page so that is looks discombobulated, unprofessional, and unfinishedI contacted Go Daddy who acted surprise and said they have never seen this kind of thing before but I know for a fact they do this as a routine for selected accounts they deemThey have also threatened to -and then did- added the website, immediately once I launched; published the site, a website of which no one has the address, an unusual website name because of the dash, to a list of spam crawlers including; top1-seo-service.com and buttons-for-website.com, that would of course cost any visitors to the site privacy issues without the SSL certificate they tried to repeatedly sell meThey have also slowed down the design process considerably from their end stating, "maybe it is the browser" but no matter

I started my Go daddy account last year in going over a year and half designing my own website along with many products totally over 3,000+ up until 05/15/When creating my account with *** *** which all my accounts are billed to matching my name I decided to make my Username to *** *** which shows on some of the receipts Being that my business phone was changed from a old phone number to a new one I'm unable to log into my account I no longer have access to I called Go Daddy to inform them that the security code is being sent to a phone number that is no longer available I cant log into my account is there a way they send the information to the business email account address they refuse I explain to go daddy on countless calls that my Username *** *** is me *** *** the original who created the account they refuse to let me into my company website stating I'm not the Original account after I have sent all my business information , Articles of Inco

I thought I had asked them to extend my web builder subscription for one month and then to cancel, they claim I was undecided
I thought I had removed permission to auto bill my credit card, they said I did not do it correctly
In any case a pending charge for $hit my credit card and I called today to make sure the service was cancelled and they refunded the money They said their policy was only to allow hours for cancellation They gave notice at 2am Saturday morning and I would have had to have contacted them within hours, or by 2am on Monday morning
I called and spoke to both a customer rep and his supervisor Mark Mark told me that while had the authority to make an exception he would not because I missed the hour window I pointed out that it was over a weekend and that didn't matter I let him know I told the rep that I only wanted it for a month and he said his notes said I was undecided That didn't matter either

We were being billed for web hosting that had nothing to do with us.I was not made aware of this until a phone call from GoDaddy yesterday I had helped a friend *** *** who is elderly and a now retired Great Dane breeder by donating a web site to her in I have multiple clients with GoDaddy and somehow my friend was being billed for an additional hosting package since This totals over 400$ US Since the site had no updates and she was paying for her hosting I had no idea what what happening until yesterdayA GD employee somehow linked *** with another person the *** which was a person I helped get their site onto GD a few years ago This person moved her site a few years ago and I guess never cancelled her hosting or never figured out she was not being charged *** *** was being charged double instead The empty hosting package was never used by *** and it was definitely an employee input error A man in their CEO office name

Godaddy.com sold us a faulty program that never worked correctly (constantly having to call for assistance for email to work, logins to work, basically officeto work) I renewed the subscription bc I was told I'm unable to save my email domain, I worked with the sales person and he only renewed one out of the emails we have after I specifically said to RENEW MY SUBSCRIPTION! Then I was told I could go to microsoft but they would charge me times as much (lie - it's actually $less what godaddy charges) After many phone calls I was told by Chris RCrates they could no longer refund us (it's past the refund date) and he couldn't get me to a supervisor so I "am lucky" that all my computers were't down HUH??? Godaddy.com is full of sales people who don't care about their service only their commissions Godaddy.com is a middle con man that scams clients out of just enough money a year that they won't end up in court over it

Called to purchase a higher plan in 365, they sold it to me for I uninstalled and reinstalled office multiple times per there request My old plan still said I need to renew, no one could tell me how to change to new one purchased I asked for them to refund my money and I will go with the same one I currently already had, but no they cant refund without loosing years of emails, I had just done this two hours before and there is no help with a resolution

We are a small business that pays monthly for GoDaddy's "Quick Shopping Cart" service for our Online store Since Aug6, our "Quick Shopping Cart" has been inoperableWe received an email on Aug 8, from a potential customer stating " there was a problem with our site because they were unable to purchase productsWe've contacted GoDaddy customer service several times for answers and no one at GoDaddy's "Customer Service, Hosting Dept., SSL Admin, and several other departments" could give us a definite answer on why our "Quick Shopping Cart" site is down

When I call into godaddy, the automated service asks for my phone number and it states that it is connected to more than one account That is strange because I only have one account I believe that there might be fraud going on with someone else listing my phone number as their phone number for some unknown reason On 1/12/2018, the customer service rep then says that the only way he can access the account is if I verify it right after I told him I had only one account I asked to speak with a manager He responded that they would tell me the same thing and that they were all too busy He said he had no way to do anything which is unacceptable especially if there is some sort of fraud going on

I was online at https://www.godaddy.com/ and tried Chat session
I asked to rename domain names and I said both domain names
The person or software running the chat session asked like that would happen as I asked
What actually happened was I was charged $ and other domain names, that were not due to be renamed until this coming April, were renewed
When I saw this had happened, I charged my phone and called Godaddy at (*** *** to talk to a person about this
I could not get the money refunded
And when I tried to renew the domain names I need to renew, my bank card was declined

This is NOT the 1st time this has happen to us in the past yearsGodaddy has claimed that we cancelled our hosting package on January 15th which in turn brought all of our sites downNO ONE was emailed or called to confirm such a large action and the fact of the matter is we DID NOT cancel anything, nor did either one of us login to cancel thisThey (godaddy) says that they can NOT help us nor will they try and that all the web sites (of them) are no longer able to be recoveredNOR will they provide us with the IP address from that login cancelling this productWe stand to lose more than $10,per month plus the $150,that we lost from the sites that were built!

I got a different product, a different, size, a different cPanel a different server altogether which carries its own product code and advertised price
