Taylor Replacement Window Reviews (2710)

I purchased my website and e-mail essentials through godaddy, and it has been one of the most regretful decisions of my business experiences/purchases so farIn the past month I have spoken via chat at least or times with someone and each time they seem to not understand or comprehend basic questions or statementsIn my most recent experience, I chatted with someone last week to add e-mail encryption to my email accountHe told me that I would receive an email confirmation to set it up in the coming dayA few hours came and went- no emailI opened another chat and the person assured me the email was comingFast forward to a week later (today)- no email, no encryption, but of course they were happy to have already charged meI wrote in and was told that the repupgraded my email account to business premium, but did not add encryptionI told them this was an UNAUTHORIZED SALE since I was not made aware that was what I was being charged for or added to my accountIt was stated several times by me that all I needed to do to my account was add encrypted email capabilitiesThe rep somehow took this to add a feature and charge me for $for something I did not need and was not discussed
The reptoday said there was nothing he could do so we chatted with a managerAfter hours of going back and forth, we finally were told they could work on fixing this and get me back to email essentials but would have to basically delete all my emails and re-set up my accountWe backed up the emails but now, while we wait for them and Microsoft to sort out account stuff, my new business email, which has several emails out and waiting for emails back, is just sitting there and cannot receive nor send emails to customers- the MAIN way that I make money and am able to run a competent and efficient business
Representatives kept telling us that they were sorry but did not seem to understand or comprehend how much it affects me as a business owner and, well, to spend hours of time talking to a team that really seemed to have an excuse for everything and was not customer-service oriented, it really ruined my way
As soon as my subscription ends, I will be transferring to a different companyI had heard reviews on godaddy before and how terrible it was to work with, but until I had an issues that was THEIR fault that cost me time, stress, and essentially money, I had no ideaI do not recommend them whatsoever

Can someone please advise what is going on with our email service?
In recent months, there have been numerous periods when I have not received emails, or those who I send emails to will not receive it
Yesterday was an especially problematic day Earlier yesterday, people were not receiving my emails, and throughout intermittent periods yesterday, including this evening, I have not been receiving emailsI’ve had multiple people send me test emails from different email systems, and none of them have arrivedMy customers call because I provide a time-sensitive regulatory service to them, and when I don’t get their message, they call upset My business is dependent on my emails, so it is very problematic when I don’t get them
I complain multiple times about this, but it still happensPlease advise what the problem isI spoke in chat with Michael yesterday, 2/at 4:28pm and he said he could not help me because he was a chat sales support
Can you please investigate? How secure is my email server account?
Can anyone just hack and manipulate and change the settings?
I sent you an e-mail at [email protected] yesterday but did not get any response or confirmation that it was received
Please advise
Thank you for your immediate attention!

I called the billing department today when I realized that I was being charged the wrong sales tax rate on my purchase The person I spoke to was (I believe) reading a script and said, " the tax is computed by an algorithm based upon the information in your profile" I tried to explain to him that there must be a bug in their algorithm He then said again (with some emphasis) IIT'S AN AUTOMATED ALGORITHM I explained that I was charged 8.4% tax while the tax for my town is 7.375% He then came back with some strange answer about adding in an e-commerce fee and that is where I figured I was getting nowhere From my records this problem goes back at least to I wonder how many other tax rates are wrong based upon their ALGORITHM?

Their web site *** lists my name and my address to the publicI have sent email to their support and called them to request to opt out my information off from their listingsHowever, they refusedtheir phone line never has people to answerI need to protect my privacy an safetyI am meeting serious problems that someone is stalking me

I’m writing to inform you of my horrible customer service experience while attempting to upgrade my hosting serviceI called in on July to inquire about website performance and was advised to upgrade my hosting from Ultimate to Enhanced Business*** *** was my service advisor who processed the upgrade for years at around $He then mentioned that he has an hour left to work and he can transfer all of my websites, three in allI was thrilled with that and upgrading the two smaller sites went quicklyThe largest site took longer and subsequently he was an hour over his timeAt this time, I was on the phone with him for hoursBecause of his error with migrating and setting up my sites, one reason why it took so long, I asked him a question about removing duplicate domains that were slightly different in the file managerHe raised his voice out of frustration and we both got in a loud shouting situation that should have never happenedAll because of his inability t

Reps are just hanging up in middle conversationsreps are constantly giving inconsistent information incorrect information very hard to deal with this company as they are simply in disarray and the opposite from being organized very hard to deal with them
They keep writing to email them at [email protected], but they simply never reply to those emails

Immediately after I opened my webpage my page was hacked and people would see pornography when they went to my webpage (my webpage was selling a children's book)I Purchased whatever was recommended to me at the time of purchaseAfter I found out about the *** I called back and additional services were recommended for me to purchasedI didThe *** came back and additional services were recommended for me to purchasedAgain, I did that and ultimately my site had to deleted and started overI was left with an empty webpageI am a nurse, I know how to save lives, not build web pagesI called for help building the webpage and was told again THERE IS A FEE FOR THATAfter all of the fees, frustration and time, you would think they would just tell me how to build the webpageNot even build it for me (that would be nice), just tell me howThey sent me a link that was more complicated than tending to patients post heart transplantsI don't know how much money I spent all toge

Godaddy charged my account a renewal fee in July of I called to get a refund but they told me that it's been over days since the renewal in MayI told them that I was charged in July not MayI told them that if my card was charged in May, I would have called then for a refund The supervisor told me that there was a systems problem that affected lots of people so they had to charge the accounts in JulyWell This is not my fault or my problemI called within the day billing period and feel that I deserve a full refund

I was billed on my credit card for a "Get Found" product offered by GoDaddy I only tried out the "Free version" of this product on their site, and then was auto-billed for this without being notified prior to the billing, or being informed while using the free version that I would be billed
I called the GoDaddy customer support and was on the phone for approximately minutes I spoke to the customer service rep whose name is "Joheb" He kept indicating he was trying to get me a "refund" for this but I explained I never indicated I wanted to purchase it He spoke to his supervisor "Talia" who denied my request to have the amount given back to my credit card
In my opinion, this is a really bad business practice They promoted using their free "Get found" package, and then didn't know inform me (on the screen), or via email about the auto-billing The customer service rep "Joheb" confirmed that GoDaddy did not email me or notify me about the auto-billing

I order a domain name from godaddy.com and as soon as I did I started receiving calls at all hours of the the night and day people wanting to build me a web site I received calls at 3am in the morning waking me up out of bed also in a days time I would receive almost calls being yelled at because I refuse to let them build me a website a few of them told me to go *** myself because I wouldn't give them my credit card info

I hired GoDaddy to build a Wordpress website for me to advertise our vacation rental propertiesmonths & upwards of $later I've ended up with a terrible website that does not allow a visitor to ever reach a page that describes any of our properties much less allow them to book it, formatting issues such as text being hidden by the site's header, etc
I have had multiple calls with their "Professional Web Services" staff members and developersEach time I've provided a detailed list of the issues with the websiteI even had to pay an additional $for "WP Premium Support" because the original payment I made did not include support after the website was published (despite the fact that the website has NEVER operated correctly)I've received emails saying that they've fixed the issues that I've reported but the site is still a disasterTo prove my case today I've recorded a video review of how my website displays just in case there is a need for it later
Today I was promised that my account manager would call me within minutes, however that was hours ago and still I've not received a call
I am terribly disappointed in this whole process and am just done with GoDaddyNow I need to start from scratch and find a web developer who actually knows how to build a good website

I purchased a website makeover over a year ago, paid for it in full, and kept paying for the current website hosting until I had time to update some of my content They never told me I had only a certain amount of time to get the work done With working a very full time job, a part-time consulting practice, grad school, volunteer work and two kids, it became obvious to me that I did not have the time to update the content myself as I had originally thought so I called godaddy and they said they have a new, even easier-to-update *** product that I would be switched to and to call back when I was had time to answer a series of questions regarding the design I wanted When I called back, after being transferred FOUR times, I talked with a rude service person who lectured me on waiting so long and told me that their latest product was better now so it was more expensive and that I couldn’t possibly expect to get what I bought so long ago He told me that if I bought something at

I thought I was buying a domain name for $I was mislead into purchasing a domain name for $3,

On 08/31/I purchased the domain name wholesomeliving.com for $5,and registered it with ***On 10/24/I moved the domain registration to GoDaddySince it was an expensive domain, I've been renewing it with them diligentlyDue to an oversight, I failed to renew in time, and it was set to cancel on 12/13/Luckily I found out about the cancellation on 01/07/Since I was aware that there is a 30/day redemption grace period, I quickly logged into my online account with GoDaddy and attempted to renew itHowever, I was unable to do so, because I did not see the domain in question, neither a history nor any record of it, so that I could select it for renewalImmediately I called GoDaddy on the same day (01/07/18) and explained my situationThe gentleman I spoke to turned me away because he could not find the domain in my accountHe said all he could see that it was being "auctioned" and suggested that I buy it from the auctionWhen I said I don't want to buy a d

I paid for two website rebuilds and it has been a nightmareI have spend over hours and 10+ months hours dealing with tjis companyI have to keep pointing out all their errors and they completely disregard my detailed notes and emails wasting my timeI hadn’t to postpone one website rebuild which I paid for a nearly a year ago- and as such I have paid for a service I am not gettingDealing with the other site which was supposed to be the easier fix was a nightmareWe finally got it 90% perfect and came to find out that today BOTH sites are not up and runningI have paid nearly $for what? Their new way of dealing with rebuilds is horribleYou talk to multiple people and information is lost in translation if you willIt is like the game broken telephone where one person tells another and what is supposed to be done is notWhether my websites are riddled with mistakes and/or are not up and running is a very poor reflection on me and my business which is unacceptable and c

I purchased a product called Sitelock which helps to prevent malware from getting onto my website, which is *** -- Sitelock functioned properly the first year but then when it was renewed in October, 2016, Godaddy failed to configure it correctly and malware did infect my website and caused loss of sales at a critical time in my business Users trying to go to my website were redirected by malware to SPAM websites I called GoDaddy about the issue and the agent was of no help, telling me that a PORT number was missing When, in fact, there was other incorrect configuration within the Sitelock control panel I did not do this bad configuration I never configured Sitelock and was relying on GoDaddy to ensure that the SiteLock was working properly In desperation I hired a third party called https://*** to remove the malware and put security in place to block future malware attacks Eventually Godaddy repaired Sitelock, but considerable damage was done until S

I purchased a VPS plan in October through GoDaddy, primarily because it included a CDN and WAF (through ***)A week into setting up my server, I began to realize all the problems that existed with the serviceGoDaddy support referred me to ***, who referred me back to GoDaddyBoth would refuse to help claiming it was the other's responsibility
The service itself had limited control, sometimes missing entire sections necessary to use the productThere was no way to purge the cache, and the temporary solution was to ask GoDaddy to ask *** to purge the cache when I needed to make changesAs a developer, this is unacceptableThey finally addressed this issue by manually upgrading my account to a different service so I could see the necessary functionality to use a CDN
Since then, there have been many problems with domains not being verified, problems with SSL certificates, sites not being scanned, notifications not being received, and the dashboard becoming unr
