Go Daddy aggressively contacts me every month stating they are providing a customer service call, however they call me to pitch me on a new sale Most recently they called me to sell me on purchasing a second hosting plan and stated that the lower cost existing plan I had did not allow me have more than one website so I should purchase a deluxe hosting plan and have two plans, they also told me do not worry about my existing website "***" which is my primary business site being eliminated from the existing basic hosting, that they would help me to move the site over to the new more expensive deluxe hosting plan After I purchased the second more expensive plan in which I was sold, I never heard from Godaddy on its promise to help me move the site over, consequently my site was eliminated and I have called times and keep getting sales people who say they checking with there manager and they will take care of it, fix it, and call me back, that has gone on for

I am trying to get a hold of GoDaddy with no avail I don't have the money for the subscription, nor has it helped my business

Terrible service! Do not go with these people I ordered a domain and email address only to find the email address was not available After going back and forth with Microsoft and Godaddy many times, each saying it's the other person's problem, I requested a refund I was able to get most of it, and again, after waiting on their chat system (one time for over an hour) for them to do their thing they never refunded my money for the domain They said I was days outside of the refund window which was over New Year's holiday weekend They never provided me with a transcript of my chat sessions when I requested everything The supervisor I spoke with said he couldn't make an exception for me because he'd have to make an exception for a million other people If they have a million dissatisfied customers maybe that says something about their business So upset about they way they treat customersI still believe I requested it within their time frame and the customer service rep didn't put the request through until after it had expired

Godaddy involved itself in the ongoing abuse of my websites , *** , *** and *** My involvement with the Internet is being suppressed by some webhosts sabotaging my websites or trying to censure and keep them from the webGodaddy is the registrar for my websites about of them and has the responsibility of maintaining them whenever I should decide to park them
I had a problem with Ahosting against whom I have filed a complaint , leaving my websites online with error messages to deliberately embarrass my company as I have a small business also associated with them I first contacted GoDaddy on Friday April , so that I could change the DNS on the websites and park them immediately so as remove the "downtime" on my websites That would give me time to do whatever was necessary to restructure my websites to avoid further embarrassment and inconvenience In stead of resolving the change in DNS in a reasonable

I got my domain transferred to a wrong personAnd while transferring I was told in an e-mail by GoDaddy that "If for any reason this information is incorrect or you feel this change of registrant request was made in error, please contact us within days at [email protected]." You can see this here: ***
I upon noticing the error in transferring, instantly contacted them on the said email address to stop itYou can see my email here: ***But they returned to me with a TOTALLY unexpected and opposite response to what was stated in their emailYou can read their email below:

Hello ***,
We understand that you moved a domain to another account in errorUnfortunately, the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) won’t allow registrars to get involved in domain agreementsWe know this may be frustrating, but at this point, our investigation is closed

Hello
I had a old account which had domain hosted through Godaddy.com and I totally forgot about itIt used for one of my old clientsSuddenly I saw a charge in my credit and I checked with Godaddy and they digged and found it's old account under my name and it had domain with auto renewalMy card was there but fortunately it's expiredThey charged my old expired card for the auto renewalHow can they charge my old card with expired date and addresssThat's in correct and I tried to tell them that account is old and refundThey refused it

Purchased a few domain names and not happy with the recurring payment service for Godaddy and their productI realized someone was using my account and made these purchases! Everything is all about upselling and I can't navigate all the ads, so frustrating even logging into the website and doing anything with the domains that were purchased! This company is all about scamming people and selling and marketing, not about real serviceStop with all the ads and stop with auto-enroll and all those crappy TV ads with girls and focus on real service instead!

Godaddy.com sold us a faulty program that never worked correctly (constantly having to call for assistance for email to work, logins to work, basically officeto work) I renewed the subscription bc I was told I'm unable to save my email domain, I worked with the sales person and he only renewed one out of the emails we have after I specifically said to RENEW MY SUBSCRIPTION! Then I was told I could go to microsoft but they would charge me times as much (lie - it's actually $less what godaddy charges) After many phone calls I was told by Chris RCrates they could no longer refund us (it's past the refund date) and he couldn't get me to a supervisor so I "am lucky" that all my computers were't down HUH??? Godaddy.com is full of sales people who don't care about their service only their commissions Godaddy.com is a middle con man that scams clients out of just enough money a year that they won't end up in court over it

Go Daddy is refusing to grant me access to my Google Plus Page that they created for my businessI utilized the Go Daddy "Get Found" service to set up my google plus page, and I have been unable to gain access to the page to fix errors that were made
I have sent emails I have called customer service and noone will give me the username and password to my google plus pageRight now there are a few mistakes that I have attempted to correct through the Get Found service and none of them have been correctedFor example my hours of business are incorrectCustomers service directed me to a set of instructions, to have me request to be a manager of my own pageSo they are essentially telling me they set up a Google Plus page for me in my business name and I can't have access to it, I can only submit a request to be added as a manager
I have had clients find me on Yelp and say that they were confused by my google plus listingRight now my google plus page shows I have 3,views wi

I requested a refund I called to follow up, and they said it had been refunded to the card on file on 1/12/ If it was rejected for any reason, a check would be mailed out The refund did not hit any of my bank accounts I called back and they said I would have to have my bank call them I went to Wells Fargo and had a banker phone them The Go Daddy rep could not research anything or transfer me to accounting or a supervisor and determine where my $was and when I would receive it I did not receive an email about the refund until 1/ I have filled out their survey requesting a response and also emailed customer service requesting an update on when I would receive my funds My complaint is their inability to research the funds with my bank, and give me an appropriate response on the status of my refund

I spoke with different people today, meaning I had to call in times, & over an hour of my time wastedEach time, I got different answers from different people about the pricing listed for Domain name renewals, with the 1st female repin accting sounding very much like I was bothering her with my questions, then I called back to speak to a different department & the 2nd female repsaying she was going to put me on hold when I asked for a supervisor because I was already disturbed by something she said about being overcharged last year, but then she hung up on me! This last guy Andrew is a real piece of work & should be FIRED! I want Go Daddy to pull the call & listen to how he spoke to me, how he treated me which was rude & completely disrespectful on so many levels...not to mention that I repeatedly ask for a supervisor which he never brought on the line, at one point telling me 'that was never gonna happen' & 'it's not my god given right to speak to a

I hosted my company website with Godaddy, I did not realize the account was not set to automatically renewThey sent me emails over the course of weeks, all of which fell into my Junk folder so I did not see themWithout any phone call (like the calls I get when they are selling me something or my domain is expiring) they proceeded to shut my website downWhen I called they said it would cost $to restore my website so I paid it, then they sent me an email that it was not possibleUnbeknownst to me as the rep did not warn me, that fee is non refundableSo then they proceed to tell me that they can manually "migrate" my website for me from my backup for $100, which I will also payI have yet to determine if this will actually work

I've been a customer for years and have paid to use the email and web hosting services I recently found that 30% of all of my emails were not being received or sent out I spoke with customer service on numerous occasions as well as other users experiencing the issue on the community forum and offline
Customer support said that the emails were being held on their service and there is no explanation as to why they weren't being sent out Godaddy didn't report that these emails were being held and their service noted that they had been sent Other users have experienced the same exact issue and their response was to pay more to upgrade to the Office product They mentioned that their business class email is not reliable and should not be used for everyday email
I think it's unethical for a company to withhold emails without notifying the customer Telling the customer that these emails were sent out when they actually weren't is unacceptable and advertising Godaddy advertises the reliability of their email service and charges customer for these services This company is charging customers money for services that don't work

GoDaddy has held my credit card hostageAuto renewal has been set up, and they don't let me cancel it, with the message "Well, that's a bummerThis product cannot be canceled at this timePlease contact our customer service team for more information." However, their renewal email clearly said: "If you wish to cancel automatic renewal of your product(s), you can turn off this feature in your GoDaddy account."
I also cannot remove my credit card from their system, with the message "This payment method is associated to one of your products for auto paymentPlease add replacement."
I contacted customer service on March 19, 2017, and they said they can't delete my credit card without first going through a hours manual reviewThat does not make any senseIt must be my choice to keep my credit card there, not theirs

I Purchased a 3yr shared hosting from Godaddy, days ago I started having a problem accessing my shared folder, after a ton of research, I seek the support of a Microsoft networking engineer, he pointed out that the issue was a packet being dropped before it reached the server hosted on godaddy
I called Godaddy (Secureserver.net) customer while Microsoft was on hold and I spoke to JillP, I then told her what the issue was, she said that since we manage the server hardware, there is nothing she can doIf's this is a VPS(Virtual Server) how do we manage the hardware? to continueshe put me on hold and said she will go and ask the server department, she came back and said that they were no issuesI spoke to sonicWALL and Microsoft engineers both are saying that packets are being dropped before it reached the virtual server

I was charged for a service I did not wantIt was automatically renewedThe reason I could not stop the renewal was because I forgot my password and they demanded a step process where I had to fill out a form and waitBy the time I got my new password I was past the date of unchecking the "renew" box
The Service was the personal website builder renewal Item # *** $$and the office starter email renewal item # *** $and the Search engine visibility renewal year item # *** $
I emailed and called them a few timesthey said I was past date of cancellation even though I told them that I was in process of resetting my password which took a few days at leastI cant remember how long the process was at this time but I can find out if it's pertinent
The total bill was for $
I told them that I built my website on *** and did not need their services, never wanted them and never ordered them
They were steadfast in their denial of my refundI

I'm a long time customer of GoDaddy This is the time the same situation has happened where a large portion of my Domain Names have been deleted because GoDaddy charged the incorrect billing card The old card was removed because of fraud and a new one has been on file These domains were my business, including my own name

I have been paying monthly for my website to remain on-line at *** via GoDaddy's hosting serviceEvery month, I receive a notice about pending expiration, and that I need to pay the bill, and I pay itI have not missed a monthly payment, and have been doing this for approximately a year nowI've been paying approximately $per month
December was differentI received an expiration notice on December I was traveling out of state for the first time in five years to see my family for the holidays on December 15, so that combined with a full inbox with too many emails, meant that I missed the expiration noticeI received a second expiration notice On December 23, which is the anniversary of when my ex-husband filed for divorce behind my backI don't deal well with this day, and to avoid negative things like self-harm and suicide, I typically engage in some form of distraction, like visiting a friendI received a third notification on January I saw

I paid for a domain name up front years ago for a period of yearsOn 11/16/I received an email notifying me that my account was automatically renewed
- I replied that I did not authorize this auto-renewal and requested it be cancelled and funds to be ***ed back to my accountI received an auto-notification that the email was undeliverable
- I called a few times a couple days later and couldn’t get through to a human
- I’ve never used the account or accessed it ever but on 11/26/I figured out how to access the account onlineI attempted to cancel and received multiple notifications that if I cancel the account the fees still would not be refunded
- on 11/27/I submitted a dispute to my *** card company, ***Cards
- on 11/30/*** updated my dispute stating they contacted GoDaddy and temporarily refunded the charges until the investigation was complete
- on 12/7/GoDaddy emailed stating that *** cancelled the payment so they subsequently

Go Daddy overcharged my credit card and refuses to make correction stating that the payment went to ICANN
