Taylor Replacement Window Reviews (2710)

I setup an account in and set it so that it would not renew automaticallyThis account was never used, not onceIn August of a representative from GoDaddy called me directly and asked if I would like to renewI told them no I do not want the renewal and if they had any further questions they could call my husbandFast forward to today, my husband is doing our taxes and notices that GoDaddy went ahead and charged me over $regardless of my telling them NO do not renewWhen we contacted GoDaddy they refused to do anything about this other than turn off an auto renew that was obviously never on to begin withI called AMEX and they also told it as terrible as this company is that they could not dispute because it was over months since the chargeThis is nothing less than theft and this company is committing FRAUD

Email service has been unavailable for an entire day, causing significant damage to our business

On March 21, I called GoDaddy for a domain registration and personal website The next day I began receiving spam emails, texts and phone calls on my cell phone Upon doing some research online, I found all of my personal information displayed on a site called "WhoIs" I immediately cancelled my domain name and website, but the harassing phone calls, texts and emails continued
Several phone calls to GoDaddy have not solved my issue I was never offered a privacy setting for my domain, and was never informed that my personal address would be displayed online for spammers to see My name, cell phone number and address are now publicly displayed on the web, and GoDaddy says I have to wait up to days for it to be removed Even if it's removed, the damage is already done I no longer feel safe, and am being harassed GoDaddy should be held liable for damages as a result of releasing this information

I have reported numerous cases of malware hosted on GoDaddy servers, which also include trademark and copyright infringementDespite numerous emails, tweets and submissions through their contact form, GoDaddy have neither responded nor have they removed malware from their servers

Go Daddy does not care about their customersRead their policies carefully before you pay your hard earned dollars for future services in advanceYou are basically at their mercy and do not get any refund if they are not able to provide any service or if you want to move your account somewhere else

On 3/2/my credit card was charged for an SSL certificate renewal Unfortunately, the charge went unnoticed until 5/2/ The certificate was originally purchased for a customer of ours many years ago on an account we don't control The certificate isn't in use any longer I called to request a refund and ask how the renewal even occurred because my credit card had expired in February of We don't own the account so there's no way the card expiration date had been updated I was told that their return policy doesn't extend beyond days and there was nothing they could do days is an unacceptable amount of time for a situation like this The majority of people won't notice an unexpected credit card charge until it appears on their statement nor will they realize that GoDaddy defaults everything to auto-renew I suspect GoDaddy is betting on this behavior While it may be stated in the small print of their T's and C's, it's a bit dishonest The return period fo

A friend set up my website and suggested I use someone such as GoDaddy as a host I checked with GoDaddy The GoDaddy representative assured me they could support my WordPress program In fact, they were unable to support WP nor help with even small tasks such as photo importing I tried several (at least four times) with different 'technical advisors' to no avail I went to the WP 'help' site There my problem was instantly resolved They showed me how and this really upset me discovering how simple the task was Yet, GoDaddy failed at the simplest of tasks I asked for reimbursement of the unused portion of my pre-paid fees GoDaddy refused with the absurd reason that I had to request this within days No way to know in that short a time GoDaddy is, in my view, a sham!

I was charged for a year subscription to *** *** *** without authorizationGo-daddy claims they had phone authorization from my administrator, however my administrator denied the service and only authorized renewal of domain names onlyA representative of Go-daddy, without authorization, signed us up for a service we did not want or need as we have that service already for free through our internet provider Because I did not catch the financial transaction within days, Go-daddy refuses to refund Go-daddy has no proof of a name or authorization of that service as it was done with out authorization by one of their reps

I signed up a year ago on godaddy.com I shortly called and canceled this last year and was told it had been canceled and no further charges would happenWell I've received chargesOne for $and one for and some changeThese charges are unauthorized and you were not authorized any longer to charge my credit cardThis is theft and needs to be reconciled immediately

Their web site *** lists my name and my address to the publicI have sent email to their support and called them to request to opt out my information off from their listingsHowever, they refusedtheir phone line never has people to answerI need to protect my privacy an safetyI am meeting serious problems that someone is stalking me

I recently purchased a domain *** from undeveloped and transferred that domain to GodaddyI received an email after transfer to Godaddy that the prior owner opted out of the 60-day lock so that I could transfer the domain out of GodaddyI went to transfer the domain to *** domains and I couldn't Godaddy locked the domain for days stating that the prior owner placed the domain on a 60-day lockThis is a lieI contacted the prior owner and they stated that the did NOT place the domain on a 60-day lock
Godaddy is the absolute worse company to deal withThey screw customers with upcharges for privacy and protection*** domains is way betterNever use Godaddy!

I have used go daddy last years with no issues at all.As most companies as they grow their service drops .Today I received a call from them and never before they wanted to verify a purchase buying hosting for years. It was not meOf over he said maybe someone from my office did no true. Then he said maybe hacked my go daddy account was not really getting the answer sensed some reservation as they really didn't want to tell me I figured for sure they were hacked and did not want to get in the press not yeti finally kept trying to drag answer out of him for minutes I said you have no clue had access or how they login etc.he finally only then at minutes of games said it was overseasHe suggested to change my email he said he could not help so then he transferred me to the so called departmentto handle Then I told this guy what happened because the other guy for some reason didn't tell him so I guess they wanted to put me through another minutes. However after min

My personal phone number and email address was shared with a large number of third party companies without my authorizationThese companies have been incessantly harassing me attempting to sell me services to accompany the website domains I had purchased

My domain showed as scheduled to renew on 06/14/ On 06/15/17, I checked and found that the charge had not processed and the domain still showed as having not been renewed To avoid a lapse in coverage I checked out using my shopping cart, which also showed the renewal as still due The charge then posted the following day, so I was charged twice for the same renewal The service rep who I initially spoke to was extremely reluctant to transfer me to a supervisor when asked The Supervisor, Chris in Billing, also refused to do anything to rectify the situation GoDaddy has lost a customer for a lifetime, as well as hosting, over a $renewal This is a predatory billing practice, and abysmal customer service

I have been with been a customer of Godaddy since 2001!! I remember when their customer service was top notch and they did try to give you their best serviceThe past few months I have noticed a decrease in fair serviceGetting good service is so inconsistent with Godaddy these daysI spent over hours trying to migrate a site from SiteGround to GodaddyGodaddy sent me videos and information on how to do it, however when I followed step by step instructions it still failedThey suggested that I pay for a migration at $to get my site transferredI purchased their migrationLater after they said "migration is complete", the site looks nothing like it use to look likeI called to complain and they said "Migration is only to migrate the contents (files)"Then they told me that by purchasing the migration, I agreed to the AS IS NO GUARANTEES policy in their fine printThis is what an actual Supervisor told meHe told me,"You have two options": A"Pay for the premium service" OR B"Do the work yourself"The simple effort of taking my files that I zipped to them and putting them into my account is pretty much the same place I was to begin with
Here is a great analogy of their service that they provided:
Let's say your cars transmission messed up so you call a tow truck to pick up your carYou watch the car being carried away by the tow truckWhen the car arrives, it is in a thousand piecesThe tow truck driver says,"I got your car back to you, there were no guarantees that it would arrive in one piece and there are no refunds"Next he tells you that he can put it back together for a "PREMIUM SERVICE CHARGE (godaddy)"I don't know about you but this should be illegal, no matter how many pages of fine print you want to hide behind

I have been a GoDaddy customer years and just a few days ago was told that my website that I host with them was infected with malware--SURPRISE they offer a new service that supposedly removes the malware and protects against future attacks Three or four days and many tech support phone calls later--my word press files are GONE and I can no longer get into my hosting site to perform administrative duties, but they have ANOTHER premium service they can offer me to totally take care of the problem
They previously worked with me to get into my dashboard to at least deactivate some of my plug-ins but today and for the fourth time I am having the same technical issue
I believe THEY infected my sight to sell me the new service
I believe THEY are causing the issues that I continue to have as a result of purchasing these new products
They say that the malware caused the issue, but now---I don't believe that!
They never offer solutions for their so-called tech-sup

I recently initiated a transfer to move of our companies' domain addresses away from GoDaddy after their prices for renewal were simply no longer cost effective to continue using them as our domain host
The process for transferring these away from GoDaddy is already complex in nature, creating a chilling effect for the end use like myselfDuring this process, authorization codes are issued by GoDaddy that are necessary for the new domain provider to have in order to transfer the domainsThey're emailed to the address on file
After days of not receiving the codes, I inquired with GoDaddy, only to find that the email address associated with the these domains were incorrectMyself, nor anyone at my company changed these email addresses and the CS agent at GoDaddy told me that If I change them there would be a 60-day lock applied to the domains, preventing me from moving themAgain, another chilling effect
After complaining to the CS representative about the issue, s

I lost of my domain names because godaddy sent the renewal to the wrong emailnow they want to charge me $in redemption fees to get them backI been with the company for over yearshave other domains with them., as well as other servicesI was getting ready to begin web hosting with godaddy prior to thisThis was a matter of sending the invoice to the incorrect email on their part

So I went on line to buy a few domain names from Go Daddy I successfully bought the domain names and proceeded to checkout All of a sudden "Free Trial buttons" appeared offering various services I inadvertently, click on these buttons About days later, I noticed on my bank account a charged from Go Daddy in the amount of $ Horrified, I immediately, call my bank to report that there was a fraudulent charge to my account The bank later reversed the charged later stating that Go Daddy had provided them with screen shots of my information for these products I advised the bank that I never received an itemized invoice from Go Daddy with these charges I telephone Go Daddy and they advised me that I had clicked on the Free trial buttons at least times, and I had to opt out after days and if I didn't there was a pre-checked box with automatic one year renewal once one failed to unchecked the box The problem with that explanation is there was no visible pre-chec

I called GODaddy to obtain a web page domain September 22, and paid $and was told by the representative that it was a year prescription that I cancelled via the telephone with a representative in August of this year A GoDaddy representative called me today and I had informed him I was not interested in there products and in August when I cancelled my prescription I requested to take my number off of there soliciting list and informed I never used the services that I paid for due to there website was not user friendly and constantly would freezeThe representative then told me that they auto renewed the prescription and my debit card was charged $on September 23, I am requesting a full refund due to I never authorized GODaddy to take any money from my account, the prescription was cancelled and I never agreed to an auto renewalCr ***
