What am I supposed to do now? All my work, programs, websites are all gone just like thatThis is not a good business practice at all

I own several domains with GoDaddy as my registrarI no longer have access to a GoDaddy account, but still own the domainsThe domains have my full name, address, telephone #, etc in the whois registryI asked Godaddy to assist me with moving the domains to a new registrar and they have refusedThey claim that I have to provide a copy of a business license or pin# to a paid account to get them to release my domainsThe domains are not registered to a businessWhen I registered the domains, I entered an unincorporated social club name in the "organization" name blockThis is NOT a business Godady is using these arbitrary rules to avoid releasing my domains for moving

On May 15, I contacted GoDaddy customer service to renew a domain name that had expiredThey let me know it expired because I had an old email addressI paid the extra $fee to them to renew it after expiration because that was my fault for having an old email I no longer usedI had them also update the email for me I have since then been getting communication from them on my new email account and never had any emails cause any concernToday I went on to use one of my domain names and to my surprise the domain name was no longer thereThey informed me that the domain name had expired and they send emails to my old email account that the renewal failedUnfortunately I did not get those emails as the email account was not workingFirst issues was I was told my email was updated for proper communicationSecond they have chosen to email me on this new email address and have been unwilling or unable to explain why they would choose to send those emails to my old accou
I had an account with GoDaddy for a few years and I cancelled all of my products in June 2015, turning off the auto-renew optionI tested my domain and it was deactivated at that timeIn Augof 2016, GoDaddy erroneously auto-renewed my accountI called on 10/10/to resolve thisThey say they would not refund months worth a product due to an arbitrary day cancellation periodThis is unreasonable and is a low-handed way to make moneyA reasonable refund would be 1/to 3/of the year However, a much worse scenario resulted from my dispute with them and indicates seriously unethical business practicesSomehow the DATE of the auto-renew option on my account was changed to 10/10/at 1:pm (ET)I did not change this and in fact, I had not logged into my account since June of up until the time GoDaddy requested that I reset my password and log in at approximately pm ET on 10/10/The customer service representative at GoDaddy claimed I had changed the auto-renew setting myself at 1:pm when I had not! I was not even logged in at that timeSomeone at GoDaddy changed the date of the auto-renew option on my account to justify their charges to meGoDaddy can change their log files however they want to justify collecting funds from their customersThis is extremely unethical if not illegal

Hi we are constantly receiving text messages from various phone numbers offering us discounts on Godaddy logo services we have asked them to stop, but the messages keep coming we receive an average of three text messages per day during weekdays
I was sold a upgraded product (Officeemail) by being misled to believe that my old product would no longer be a product option for meWhen I was incorrectly charged for the renewal of the old product I had, I was informed by the Customer Service agent that my old product (Workspace email) was in fact still a product that I could have usedHad I have known this, I would not have upgraded my product to a new product, because my old product worked just fineThe sales person on the phone used bullying, fear and high-pressure sales tactics as well as withholding information from me in order to sell a product that I did not need When I called to switch back to my old product, GoDaddy refused to refund my upgrade and allow me to keep my old planBy refunding me, GoDaddy would have only lost $133/year but would have retained a customerThe amount of time that it took me, my staff and GoDaddy's staff to resolve this issue is wildly disproportionate to the severity of this issue as
I purchased two domain name from Godday.comThe first domain was www[redacted] .net and the other one was www[redacted] service.com but Godaddy.com's representative order this domain name instead www[redacted] .com on December 21, Now the www[redacted] service.com is not available at the regular priceNow the domain is at a premium price of $at a mark up price of $moreI want Godaddy.com to purchase the domain at the markup price because the price I would have paid was $
Seems like they have a domain ramson business on the sideThey are keen to manually delete a domain immediately to force you to pay $to get it back or they put it for sale on auctionActually they advertise this expiring domain auctions quite a lot, who knowsI transfered a .ch domain with them and swith autorenewAfter receiving a notification that my credit card was not up to date, I updated the information before the domain expired, but they wouldn't let me renew it automatically and sure enough I got an email saying that they had deleted the domainAfter I call the tech support, all I got was that I had to pay up or they would put it out for auction, even if they acknowledge that my payment information was up to date at the time the domain expired and it was marked for automatic renewalGo Greedy!
Dedicated IPsI have been getting charged for Dedicated Ips , but there is NO clear way to see what I have and what they are applied to Since GDs accounting for Dedicated IPs is horrific and an investigation should be startedThis could be a SCAM!
I spoke to a customer service agent in October about my hosting site [redacted] ***. I was asking questions about subdomains and add on domains, when the answers made clear to me that the product did not fit my needs, I made it clear than I would not be renewing the web hosting. the associate until then kept pushing for me to renew. I told her the hard sell had no business in our dialogue as I had not had my questions answered. I made clear I do not do auto renew so that needed to be taken off. well, it was not. even when I thought I had all the auto renews turned to the off position, I still got $32.97 taken out of my checking account on Nov 8. this payment was NOT authorized. when I saw what happened when my budget numbers did not add up in my checking account, I was told there was no refund available. one, it was over an imaginary 48 hours, which was not made clear at first. then when I showed that I turn off all the auto renews and that backed my play, the customer service representative got snotty with me and I hung up on him. I went back through my account. my products to my account shows nothing but Undawnted being renewed in February. I went through manage [redacted] Today and nothing else came up about renewals. so I believed I had canceled any renewal with the turning off the renewal button for that website. little did I know there are different cancellation pages. someone NOT affiliated with godaddy had to show me today where they hell that was. I am disabled and do need assistance. Assistance I did not receive from the Godaddy representative. I didn't want to renew this hosting package as it did not fit my needs. I expressed that to your customer service agent back in October. it should have been taken care of by her then and there. instead, it seems godaddy has a policy of blame the customer and that is why I hung up on your last customer service agent. to me, godaddy stole that renewal money out of my account. I will be researching a new hosting/domain company. I do not call to get pushed for a sale. I do not call to get blamed. I call to get issues resolved favorable to both parties, I was even nice enough to suggest a pro rated refund as I did not want to continue this deluxe hosting... but that was ignored. that is terrible customer service. terrible company policy. I do not see going forward with godaddy in the future and considering I am the blogger/website manager for west Phoenix communities, I am going to find a company more willing to work with us. Thank you, [redacted] …Also, Godaddy does not take emails anymore. With my disability, it is too hard on me physically to be on the phone. my lungs hurt and it exhausts me. Another example of poor customer service.
My complaint relates to receiving an unknown, unapproved monthly billing charge for $on occasions On 10/25/I paid $for the web hosting company's "Discount Domain Club Membership" (Order # [redacted] ) which helped reduce the overall cost of multiple domains when purchased in volume over months This package included some bundled services including "Premium Cash Parking" (month term at $0.00), "GoDaddy Auctions - Membership w/ DomainAlertPro Monitoring" (year term at $0.00), "Auctions Membership" (unspecified term at $0.00), and "Pro Domain Alert" (unspecified term at $0.00) I did not renew this membership months later in On 1/25/I noticed an $charge for "Premium Cash Parking Renewal" (Order # [redacted] ) Reviewing my order history, I realized GoDaddy had also charged me for this $service on 12/25/(Order # [redacted] ) and on 11/25/(Order # [redacted] ) On 1/25/I called GoDaddy to dispute these unauthorized charges
Go Daddy repossessed a domain Take it gamescom and Take it games.net They said the bank charged it back. I had proof twice the bank did not charge it back. They will not release my name. I charged back a duplicate charge on [redacted] and [redacted] . They took my money and will not release my name unless I pay for the additional year on instructional writers that their system put in as a duplicate. Below my bank responded to my request of the the charge back Go Daddy stated there were two charges.. But there was one $chargeback-duplicate for system error for [redacted] and .net for duplicate and a $hosting chargeback that was a bank mistake that I paid so they got their money My account is active. I have worked with a billing supervisor [redacted] but the chargeback team will not acknowledge the info from the bank. They also have not noted my account of
I purchased a domain name in February 2016, for a full year In August 2016, my GoDaddy account was hacked and the hacker canceled my domain, then changed the email address on the account so I would not receive information on the cancellation I discovered the issue, when my website was "turned off" Even though I purchased the domain for a year, GoDaddy would not activate it without me paying, again, for the same domain They also did not care that I was the victim of a fraud/hack that occurred on their site and failed to resolve the situation
I've been having problems company-wide with not being able to see the body of emails, and some email addresses won't show any new emails for the last couple of days(email addresses affected)Nobody on chat help has been able to help meEveryone tells me it is a connection or device issue, but everyone uses different computers, browsers, virus scan, internet providers, etcSo, I have to call a long distance number to sit on hold for an hour to be told there is nothing wrong with our emails This isn't the first time we've had problemsThree of our email addresses were constantly kicked out of email (again, different computers, virus scan, browsers, internet providers, etc)Godaddy denied it was their issueIt magically went away on its own after six (SIX!!!) connections with customer service
They continue to contact with with e-mails and they wont stop I have been on the phone with their personnel for months I am not allowed to talk to a supervisor or when I tell them the problem, they hang up on me They want me to renew service with them for a company that is out of business and the owner is DEAD!
