Godaddy claims they have a website builder that is easy to use for freeOnce you give them your information they say its only free for the first daysI proceeded since the website also claims it can post photos for artistsWhen I try to add a photo - it cuts most of it offDue to work obligations I waited but proceeded three months later to build the website and get helpGodaddy says that I have to edit each photo to size before uploading it but could not tell me the size only the pixelUpon changing the pixel outside of the software it made the picture quality and or size all wrongUpon asking for assistance - they were unable to help
In other words they advertised a simple software that cannot be used for artists even though their website advertises to artists

We called GODADDY back to close our account back in because we closed the business Now years later GODADDY says they see where we called in but the account was not validated as closed So they bill us in for years of services to even though we closed the account Additionally they will not send us any documents showing the account is closed because they say there is a charge back on the account Discover Card says they ruled in the merchants favor because the merchant had my credit card number Merchant said that Discover Card is their bank and they always rule in their favor This is such a sham

I recently purchased a domain from godaddy.com, at which time I was prompted to pay them to "protect" my personal information When I did not pay extra for them to "protect my personal information they presumably sold all of my personal information to every scammer in the world I see they have a 96% rate of dissatisfaction here with the Revdex.com yet the Revdex.com has them rated at A+ I think both the godaddy.com and the Revdex.com have some explaining to do

On June 23, I was sold a SEO service by a Godaddy salesman, Josuha P***He told me that a representative would contact my team to review our website and make suggestions to improve traffic flow I was also told that I would have a dedicated account manager I agreed to the purchase but I told him I was going to away for two on July 4th vacation I told him to start after I return He started the process right away and did not wait until my return There was never an on boarding meeting between my team and Godaddy I was never assigned a dedicated account manager All my complaints were never replied in a written format He spoke to me and made promises but never in writing Any email replies were generic and most did not even have a name attached to it I was sold a bill of goods, got taken by a con artist and worse, the company has no integrity because they never put anything in writing One time a Goddady agent, uponing hearing my complaint, confided in me that

1) On 12/29/I received a phone call from GoDaddy telling me that, due to their server limitation problems, they needed to “migrate” one of my domains to a different server and I needed to pay $for that migration (to solve their problem??)
2) During the conversation, the GoDaddy representative indicated that the domain name registration expires 5/7/and we can take care of the whole thing, migration, hosting, and domain name, at this time This was going to cost well over $1000! We talked about several options and settled on a year plan that totally takes care of everything required for this domain for years The price was $
3) On 2/6/I received an email from GoDaddy indicating that the domain name registration for this domain would expire on 5/7/and therefore needed to be renewed I “chatted” with a GoDaddy representative and told him that I just paid for that on 12/29/ He insisted that I could look up the order and the domain name registrat

Unfortunately, I am unable to select more than reason as the Primary Nature of My Complaint herein but please note this also includes: "Customer Service Issues." GoDaddy sells bundles on their services which are add-ons and already included in your purchaseBe diligent and pay attention to these unnecessary charges and unwanted services on a monthly renewalYou must cancel within hours
