This complaint falls under several categoriesI have a BIG problem with no resolve concerning GUARANTEE & WARRANTY-PRODUCT ISSUE-SERVICE ISSUE-REFUND/EXCHANGE ISSUEAfter being brushed off with a *too bad, you bought it* attitude from the phone reps, I am seeking the Revdex.com help
I purchased hosting from Godaddy, ONLY AFTER contacting support to purchase with confidenceI believed that the representatives would direct me to what I NEEDEDSo, I purchased Deluxe Hosting w/cPanel-Unlimited websites-Unlimited storage-Unlimited bandwidth
I didn't have any issues publishing the first siteIt was not until I was working on a second site that I began experiencing SEVERE service issuesSLOW is the best service receivedMore often I was constantly experiencing the site being DOWN because it exceeded RESOURCE limitsI contacted support several times about this & was only directed to UPGRADE for more moniesI refused that in December & asked for a refund because I was mo

My virb.com account owned by godaddy has no ability to change credit card information or delete my accountOnly a link to email customer serviceI'd be surprised if this was legal
I am not receiving responses from the help email at all despite several attempts to close my account
Instead I was just charged a monthly fee on my account incongruent with my billing schedule with no communication as to whyI would like a refund for this charge and the immediate closure of my account

We have been a customer of Godaddy for many yearsWe have subscribed to a Dedicated Server to maintain good performance of our websiteWe also pay additional costs for the Assisted Server Service
Several months ago a Godaddy Representative called me to have our server (***) upgraded to another server (***) because the old server was becoming outdatedI was promised that the migration would be seamless
During the course of the migration we found that several files were not migrated, but we worked with Godaddy to resolveAll seemed to be running smoothly on *** until last weekAll of a sudden our Email was gone! I called Godaddy and found that our email was never migrated from *** to ***, and Godaddy turned off ***
With some resistance by Godaddy they were going to Migrate the Email from *** to *** I did get some attitude, They spent hours doing the migration, apparently they claimed they do not do anything with Email, and since I am

One of the sites that you host, http://publicrecords.directory, is in violation of federal law for linking information about a federally protected personI am asking for your help in getting the site owners to stop linking this informationI look forward to your cooperation on this matter

Representative at godaddy changed my contact email address without my consent or knowledge therefore I did NOT receive a reminder email that one of my domains was expiringNow godaddy wants to extort $from me to recover my domain because of their mistakeOh and before someone at godaddy replies that I changed my email...there is zero chance I would do that since I not only have had that email address for 15+ yearsI have that email at almost every address i.eyahoo, hotmail, live, gmail, sbcglobal, comcast, charter, at&t, even at a domain I have with godaddy with the same nameThere is, and I repeat NO WAY I would have changed my email with godaddyIt simply isn't possibleSo since this is something godaddy did without my knowledge or consent I BEAR NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT! They should not only renew my domain without the $recovery fee, they should renew it for free as compensation for the inconvenience their error has caused meOh but wait that is something only a responsible customer caring company would do not a money grubbing profit before customer company like godaddy would do

Terrible customer serviceTerrible communicationAll they want is money

I have a domain that expired on 4/24/ I have it set for auto-renew with a credit card I received an email on 5/that there was a billing failure At the time, I was busy and my father had just passed away, but I figured I still had time On 5/I tried to renew, and it said I had to pay a redemption fee of $to get it back I had figured that the expiration date and the failed billing email would have come either before the domain expired or on the day it expired, so when I went to pay on 5/I was under the impression it had only been days, plus I was told by one of their representatives the last time I had to renew that there was a day grace period before having to pay a redemption fee Why did they wait at least days after it expired to send me a billing failure notice? Why was I told days before, and now today I was told it is only days? I feel they purposely create confusion for people in order to collect more late fees and penalties

I signed up for a renewal on their email servicesI have been a customer since Their email services have had problems with disappearing emailsI would see an email listed on my computer and have it disappear off the computerI called them twice about the problem asking for helpI even had someone come on line to take over my computer to diagnose the issueThe problem kept on happeningI run a business and customer emails were not getting through!! I called my computer tech at Boxaid and he reviewed the issueHe said it was GoDaddyI switched over to Google and then Godaddy took it back overI had to reset up my computer with GoogleI must have spent hours with this issueI called them to get a refund and they refused to give me oneMy receipt does not state that there is a set time for returns, etcI believe that they are supposed to have that on a receipt by lawI have had previous issues with themI needed to update my website and they had me switch times bet

I signed up for a GoDaddy hosting plan for a websiteGoDaddy also offered a FREE domain name to go with my hostingGoDaddy told me I had days to get 100% of my money backI cancelled after about daysThey then charged me for years for a domain name because the domain name refund was only days, as described in their terms and conditions I asked several times and in several ways about the refund, deadlines, etc., and not once did they did not reveal any info about the day limit GoDaddy is hiding charges in their terms and conditions The practice of placing charges and deadlines in Terms and Conditions and completely contradicting those T&C during the sales call is a scam and Illegal I feel a class action law suit is in order and all customers should get their money back that were charged in this manner

I purchased Microsoft Office (year K) on 9/12/through GoDaddy, the host of my domain I asked about email hosting and cloud services and was sold this product
Since that time, I have had several issues with the product and every time I call GoDaddy customer service, and they don't know how to address my issue, they tell me that they do not support the product and refer me to Microsoft
The first -times this happened, I called Microsoft and was told that Microsoft would not provide free support since I had purchased the product from GoDaddy Microsoft will only support the product at a cost that I was quoted as $400+ for a single phone service call
I have spent countless hours on the phone arguing with GoDaddy about this issue to no avail
The product has never done what I need it to do - i.e., provide cloud services for client files - and I want my money back
GoDaddy is refusing to refund my money because it is past the days
I want my full $

Just a word of warning so others don't make the same mistake as meDon't use GoDaddy for anythingI used them years ago and had no problems, but when I set up my website again last year I immediately started getting hounded with phone calls about small business loansI asked the rep about it and he said it's for ICANN and they have to put the info on there, but for a small fee they could hide itHow nice of themThen they sent me email after email saying my service wouldn't auto renew because my card was expired so I thought I was done with themThen I got an email saying that they did auto renew somehowI just got done cancelling the services with them and they didn't give me all of my refund backThey said they couldn't refund the tax because of the laws in my stateFunny that has never happened to me before in this state

We purchased a domain and hosting from Godady back in AprilI always pay monthly because never know when a better deal with another company will come upWell back in April our website would just go offline for a short period of timeOur web developer told me that the hosting plan we had couldn't handle the traffic so we upgradedAfter this our developer said he would provide take care of the hosting price for us for months, with the promise of getting more work, we agreed and he took over that!! Today I get an email from an employee saying how website has been took downI called godaddy and they told me the account was suspended because of a charge back, and in order to get the account back open I needed to supply them with a front and back copy of the credit card used to purchase the latest hostingI explained to them what I just typed above, and I was told there was nothing they could do if I couldn't provide this informationI let them know that I never used anything but my

I received an email from Godaddy that I could save my website on 5-8-before it gets deleted on 5-10-I paid $to have it saved from deletionAfter 5-10-the website was deletedI called them a week later because I noticed the website was goneThey said it was a $charge to have it restoredI asked why and they said they could not helpI opted to cancel and request a refundSo from 5-8-to 5-20-I received no services for $I requested a refund and did not receive it

Go Daddy removed $from my checking account on May 11, 2017, for what, I am not sure I called yesterday, June 11, 2017, as soon as I saw it I have kidney disease, am disabled and have been in the hospital for most of May The jerk on the phone wanted to argue tit for tat, saying they took it out on the 10th and that it had already been days, NO REFUND!!! I told him no, it was removed from my account on the 11th Regardless of the date, I never authorized any amount be removed from my account I'm disabled, been very sick and that was my grocery money for the month I need them to refund my money It's no longer about "the customer is right" or "making sure the customer is happy" It's truly sad what is happening to customer service at Go Daddy Revdex.com can you help this old, disabled lady that's on a very tight budget?

Set up a free website with them back in 2011, this website was taken down several years ago8/years later one of my credit cards has a charge on it from godaddy.com? Contacted gdaddy they claim the charge was for a automatic renewal of a web domain name? I don't have a web site with them why do I need a web domain name with them? I asked how they got my credit card info....they said it's a card I put on fileI explained the card they charged was just over a year old, how could I have put it on file over years go? She said when your other card expired your bank must have given us that card infoNo way! They must of hacked into my accountInvestigation on goingCheck the internet on complaints people are making about fraudulent charges from DNH*GODADDY.COM on their credit cards

Domain *** is setup under account belonging to *** ***Customer passed away years agoApparently Domain has paypal agreement with my paypal informationMy paypal account was billed $USD for year renewal for a website that doesn't exist and a customer that is deceasedI contacted Godaddy and they said since my email address is on file for the notifications, that I am out of luckI couldn't access that customers Godaddy information to disable the renewal - the emails ended up in Spam and I was out of town for a week for a funeralAlso why was it renewed for years? The rep wanted to make things right as I've been a godaddy client for over years with numerous domains and services, but the supervisor rejected his attempt to simply credit one of my other domains at Godaddy (PcComputerGuy.com or IndyVoIP.net) with the timeThis poor service is going to be the reason I transfer my numerous domains off Godaddy and inform my clients using godaddy services to d

In short, I believe GoDaddy's marketing of their "Domain Buy Service" is intentionally deceptiveI am considering starting a business, and after looking for a domain name on GoDaddy, I was intrigued by their offer to reach out to a domain name owner and "facilitate" a saleAfter reviewing the FAQ's and product information thoroughly (which was NOT offered as part of the checkout process and required me to proactively search their site), the proposition seemed clear: Pay a GoDaddy Agent to ask a domain owner if they want to sell their domain within a range of pricesMy distinct impression was "a $option to purchase the domain I want seems worth it," so I proceeded with the transaction
Eventually, GoDaddy reached out to me and told me the owner would sell the domain for $I began considering whether I wanted to proceed with the purchase, but to my surprise, GoDaddy reached out to me and informed me that unless I paid $1,I would be in breach of contractNowhere in the

Godaddy sent me an email for 25% off my next purchase and then refused to honor itMy purchase was made and I then contacted them to have the coupon applied...they stated that it could only be applied to MY NEXT PURCHASE after that one I had just made just minutes before
Furthermore, agent Josh M*** claimed that the code could only be used on NEW PRODUCTS and not renewals (i was renewing several domain names)Nowhere in the email I received did it state this...agent Josh M*** began to speak with an unwelcome tone and then his ostensible superior, CHRIS, made the situation worseThe irony is that GoDaddy prides itself on great customer service - that was NONEXISTENT in my interaction with them
At the end of the day, I wanted them to honor a COUPON CODE that THEY SENT ME for 25% off (and it was for a $order)...but they appear to be such a collectively GREEDY BUNCH that they held firm to the claim that it could only work on my NEXT ORDER

I have a very small organic lawn service businessI have just a few customersGoDaddy has precipitated the failure of my businessI made my payment for services in February and for the 2nd year in a row, GoDaddy has taken down my website without any notification
Upon calling and talking GoDaddy Rep Danielle, I was told that the website was taken down because the domain had expired, but it was my lucky day because they could recover it That is pure BSThe domain has always been set for auto-renewalGoDaddy sets all purchases for all of their products and services for auto-renewalMy lucky day? GoDaddy has evidently lost their way for they consistently come across as a shady operationAs if that wasn't enough, GoDaddy had the temerity to try and charge me an $recovery fee for the domain name that was set for auto-renewalShady Shady!

We submitted all our document to removal of two step verification and still its not been updated our domain getting cancelled now and customer serrvice are hopeless they dint even call back and the cut the call
IF the case is not resolved we need to go legally
Hope any body will return back
Thanks
