Taylor Replacement Window Reviews (2710)

It has been very painful dealing with GoDaddyThey force users to autorenew products and have draconian rules that make it impossible to get refunds for products that one did not intent to autorenewThey are ruthless, and each time you call to resolve an issue a) they create a new one, and b) they try to sell you more stuff, without addressing your initial issuesI never had so much frustration with a high tech company before

I called the customer service a couple times from September because of my frustrations of not being able to accept email and can't login to their site until I decided to cancel all the service (office 365, search engine visibility and wesbite builder) except for the domains I thought everything's good until today when I checked my credit card bill and saw that I have charges from go daddy for the services that I cancelled They told me today that they cannot cancel, they can only stop the automatic renewal and that I need to do it in their website but I cant even login to their site I keep requesting to reset my password but doesn't work I spend my whole afternoon trying to get it resolved, talked to guys from the company but no one can help but my finally the last email I got to reset password works so I cancelled
I don't think that it's fair to get charge on something that doesn't work and wasted my time and made me frustrated
They charged me for the yearly amount

My wife owns Pope Counseling Center (***) and we began using GoDaddy's SEO services in October of After speaking with the sales rep, a website evaluation and discussing our goals we decided to move forward with a month campaign to reach our goals for specified key wordsAfter the onboarding phase I received access to the SEO dashboard and realized only keywords were included and of them were wrongI called Godaddy and informed them of this and also advised there were keywords missing that we discussedAll of my keywords targeted surrounding areas, ie counseling in city, state, couples counseling, city, state, etcThey said they would correct this and that never happenedFor the one keyword that was listed correctly, my ranking dropped 40+ spots and when questioned, Godaddy said that is unusualAlso, in the SEO dashboard, there were link building directories provided showing work done, but I have never showed up in any of these directo

I've paid for a year of service and the company has corrupted the year of service on their end
I called them directly to report such
They wrote a ticket to repair it ensuring it will be taken care of in hours (protocol)
hours passed, they're asking for another hours or additional funds
None of which can help my business and I feel like a sucker
Who pays for a service then gets asked to pay again to ensure the initial service????

I have been on the phone with Godaddy for a couple months regarding issues with my websiteThey have advised me to spend more money and upgrade to plans that have not resolved my issues with my websiteI have been generating error for mySQL database consistently since 8/16/They have not resolved the issueMy customer have reported issue with content not displayingOn 8/16, they advised me they had an issue with Level which was suppose to be correctedHowever, I am still having the issue and every agent want to continue to up sale to professional services or high plan without looking in logs to address the issueI am spoke to an agent on 8/which advise me I would get a full credit of $*** but emailed me after the call to tell me that I could only be refunded around $*** on a managed service that they should supportI am completely unhappy with the support from this company

Godaddy failed to sufficiently notify us of an expired domain, then proceeded to put it into an auction with a company that they ownedWe were unaware the domain had expired and did not become aware until days after it was sold by their internal auction companyThey claim that the payment option associated with the domain was not workingHowever, there were multiple payment options available in the account and they failed to attempt the other methods which included PaypalWe believe that Godaddy has a conflict of interest because they own the company that auctioned off the domain when it did not renew and made more money from that than allowing us to renew

My complaint relates to receiving an unknown, unapproved monthly billing charge for $on occasions
On 10/25/I paid $for the web hosting company's "Discount Domain Club Membership" (Order #***) which helped reduce the overall cost of multiple domains when purchased in volume over months This package included some bundled services including "Premium Cash Parking" (month term at $0.00), "GoDaddy Auctions - Membership w/ DomainAlertPro Monitoring" (year term at $0.00), "Auctions Membership" (unspecified term at $0.00), and "Pro Domain Alert" (unspecified term at $0.00) I did not renew this membership months later in
On 1/25/I noticed an $charge for "Premium Cash Parking Renewal" (Order #***) Reviewing my order history, I realized GoDaddy had also charged me for this $service on 12/25/(Order #***) and on 11/25/(Order #***)
On 1/25/I called GoDaddy to dispute these unauthorized charges

I signed up for the free service for a short time, and when it became a fee every month , taken out of my bank account I canceled Then three months later they are still taking ii out without my permissions I just notice it in my bank account I never used the accountIt wasn't active at all but yet In being charged every month I want my money back

Haven’t used the service in over yearsEmails regarding renewal were sent to spam so I wasn’t recieving them I saw a few in my credit card bill and imediatly calledAccording to the rep I had days to get a refund and since days had elapsed he said “there’s nothing they can do”I asked for a proration and they said no

On 2-6-we paid to have our hosting account restored back to its original state, INCLUDING our websites which were down
After receiving a reply from Godaddy concerning my order, I phoned them several times to get clarification of what they needed to COMPLETE my order
I was told to provide information that I have found was not necessary, and have cost us unnecessarily monetarily
I attempted to resolve this issue with Godaddy because THEY not only gave us the wrong information, but they never completed my orderI had to hire an outside company to do the completion after weeks of going back and forth with Godaddy about their requests
I have been unable to resolve this issue on my end and would like to file a complaint against this company

My issue is with my hosting account with godaddy that I have for atleast year nowI let my hosting account expires and yes it was my fault but I tried paying for my hosting but it was not in my accountFinally after not waiting plus mins to speak to someone on how to pay my monthly hosting they claim since it expired Godaddy moved my files from my website and now wants me to pay them $to get them back
Last emailed I got was on March 28th
The agent claims I was emailed more times after thatThat is I never got more emails
Then claims I had till April 24th to pay after that godaddy move the files to there server and holds it hostage until I pay $I never got any more emails nor did they ever say anything about paying the a " admin fee" to give me my files back
I have tried a few times to pay my monthly hosting fee but goodady removed my files so I was unable
All I want is to pay my monthly website hosting fee which I have been doing for years

Purchased a domain name yrs ago with Go DaddyI was hoping my business would grow faster than it did I NEVER went further than securing a domain name, no webpage ever started I was getting numerous emails saying I needed to update payment info in my account and getting constant offers to renew at a discountI had already decided I was not going to renew since I was just not needed at this timeOn 9/5/I received an email and charge to my bank account...it seems Go Daddy puts on you on an auto-renewal program without first asking if you want that! I think this practice should be illegal No one should access to your cc or bank accounts without permission I never visited my account because I never did anything beyond securing a domain name for those yrs On the day I was charged however I logged in and I saw options is large letters about my infoOne said CANCEL RENEWAL...so I hit thatThen I checked back later that day and over the course of a few days checkedIt

Contract with GoDaddy # *** in the name of *** ***On February 18, 2018, I spoke to Godaddy to see if I could cancel the hosting I had hired for three years and if they could return the moneyThe person who answered told me that if they reimbursed the money proportional to what I had already used during the contract, that there was no problem and that the domain that had been given to me from could still be kept free of chargeAfter making all the changes in the new hosting of the website of the company *** S.A., configuring the emails in the new servers, I called Godaddy to cancel the hosting and they told me that they could not return the money; I asked to speak with a supervisor who told me that if that was what I had been promised that GoDaddy would respect, that I would review the recordingAfter reviewing the recording he told me that this was indeed what they had promised and that they would reimburse me for the money, which has never happenedOn May 7,

Domain and hosting required a renewal on 3/18/I was aware that the credit card that I had on file expired years ago, so I made full payment for renewal with another credit card on 3/19/I later received a bill in May from the company of the expired credit card, *** Card, for charges from GodaddyI contacted GoDaddy and explained that I had already made payment to renew my domain/hosting and that I also received a charge from my expired credit cardGodaddy said that they were aware that the card was expired and told me that I could not get refunded because of a day refund policyI explained that I was not aware that I had been charged until I received the bill from *** CardThe representative that I spoke to said that although it was the fault of Godaddy for charging the expired card, I could not get a refundI disputed the charge with *** Card on May 6, and they revoked the chargeOn May 20, 2016, I noticed that my website was downWhen I contact

I reviewed my recent statement that revealed a charge of $ 187,96, dated 10/15/16, of which I was not familiar with, so I asked them to dispute the charge contacted GoDaddy On 11/10/16, produced an invoice for web hosting This was for a business that I closed down In addition,, there was a policy note that I had days from the time of the invoice to contact GoDaddy to have the charges refunded Since is my billing agent, I contacted them GoDaddy is telling me that since I did not contact them directly, and may have contacted a department other than the billing department, I am outside the day window and they will not refund me these funds, even though they did admit this is a pre-billing that extends thru 10/15/ I've since cancelled this service as the business does not exist, yet they are holding firm and not refunding the funds I clearly contacted them, thru as I should, since they are the billing agent and acting on my behalf

I've been with godaddy for yearsAs soon as I can, I'm leaving with all my domains (I haven't yet because of the cost to do this)Their pricing scheme makes it difficult to understand renewal rates, which are more expensive than other competitorsTheir marketing is sneaky and bombards you at every chanceLog in to your account, greeted by a survey popupClick I don't want to see this again, doesn't matterText notifications, email - "Renewal failure notice" is one I've gotten dozens of times which is misleading and really just marketing to get you to visit your accountEven after all my settings phone, email, text are set to off - I receive many messages on all fronts - text message for logo design!? They abuse your contact info, so disrespectfulContacted support to complain, the rude staff said there is another level that only management can turn off that's not available in your account settings?? Isn't that illegal (CRTC anti-spam laws)Then the guy ended the call rudely without asking if my issue was resolvedThey're concerned with making money, understandable, but just so slimy, sleazy, insincere, inconsiderate94% negative ratings hereDo your research and choose a better provider

Godaddy is a disreputable companyBeware of them adding products to your cartThey will over charge you and getting it refunded is time consumingI have had the run around from them and conflicting answers from there employeesThe supervisor accused me of 'only hearing what I wanted to hear' from my bank and that my bank gave me information
I will never feel comfortable using Godaddy again and find them so distrustful that I feel I will need to cancel my credit card for a new card number that they will not have had access to

On 10/24/we purchased for $renewal of hosting service with GoDaddy.com for a neighborhood association with a simple WordPress websiteWe were advised by GoDaddy rep to switch to a more WordPress efficient serviceIn response to my concern that this would create more work, we were advised that the migration process is easy and we'd be walked through itI was instructed on how to update the account administrators but was not instructed to update the contact information on the domain nameWhile still on the phone call we followed instructions on migrating the siteThe process takes a few hours so we hung up
Later I received an email notifying me the migration didn't go throughI called GoDaddy.com and was advised to try to migrate it a second timeA second time I received an email that the migration didn't go throughOn 11/16/16, I emailed the representative ***@godaddy.com, [email protected] and [email protected] with the following message: "The transitio
