These scandals have email that is not functional, and they know of the issues/yet fail to mitigate them and continue charging for unusable email. Cpanel email intermediately shuts off, they know of the issue, yet they up sold me to it, only to have a subsequent representative tell me "I'm not sure why they would do such, it periodically shuts off for no reason." Workspace email has constant issues as well (i.e. people won't receive mail, you won't receive their mail, etc.) I subsequently switched to office 365, and this week it was constantly down. Some go daddy representatives acknowledged the issue, while others completely denied its existence. The office 365 constantly shuts out the Godaddy client, continuously asking for a password over and over again. A go daddy representative acknowledged the issues as "wide spread" on Friday the 17th, while others deny it, including the manger Matt Poland, who refuses to refund my money paid a few days ago for the office suite (whic

GoDaddy had me on automatic renewal on a four year basis for a domain name I have not used for more than four years because I moved out of that area When I saw the charge on my credit card, I called them immediately They told me that there was only a day grace period to cancil and I was calling (today) on the 23rd day, so all they would do is turn off the automatic renewal feature so that I would not be charged again four years from now (2020) I had no idea I was on automatic renewal from four years ago and because I called two days after their grace period, there was nothing they could do The bill was charged on my [redacted] credit card on 5/7/and the statement date for my credit card is 5/20/and I received it on 5/28/16, but did not open it until today 5/31/16, so I missed the grace period by three days So because I missed the grace period by three days, I will now be paying for a service I no longer want, need or can use, but I am paying for it for four more years The
My cr with GoDaddy is: [redacted] . The address on file with GoDaddy is my ex-husband's mailing address: [redacted] ***, West Milford, NJ 07480. I am now in France, and I will update my address shortly on my GoDaddy account. My former website [redacted] was and is being hosted by GoDaddy since September of 2007, without a billing issue until now. By April 2014, the time of my hosting autorenewal, I called GoDaddy at their Scottsdale office; asking them to cancel the autorenewal, given the fact that I would not have Internet access for long, not to mention my laptop had been stolen in Brazil where I was living at the time. I came out of my spiritual retreat end of August 2016, more than two years after having cancelled my autorenewal. It is then that I found out my domain name, doniamili.com, had expired sometime in 2015. I did not think anything of it since I had cancelled the autorenewal. Then MC started cantacting me, they had closed my account at some point sinc
I was planning to purchase a domain name through Godaddy.com I went to the site and it said right away that it was for one year I put a domain name in my cart and it told me that one year would cost $ If I did two years, the first would be $ I tried to get help from the on line chat option The operator only claimed that I was finding a cached version of the site that must have had a promotion I asked them to send me a link to a page that would be correct I clicked on their link, same situation exactly I could not find any way to pay for the first year It really seems like a case of bait and switch pricing

I received a phone call from a collection agency this morning trying to collect money for GoDaddy.com I tried to cancel my account in 2017, but the agent speaking to me convinced me it was a good idea to keep the account and offered me a deal to continue my services through them I didn't touch my account since and I was not planning on renewing Apparently, my account was set to auto renewal and in March they tried to pull money from a bank account that was closed over a year ago Per the collection agency that claims to be used by GoDaddy, the bank denied payment and this created the charge to then be collected by the collection agency I was on the phone with godaddy and customer service manager stated that they show the payment was accepted by the bank and they do not use a collection agency They suggested I contact my old bank So here I am The collection agency is claiming they are collecting a debt for GoDaddy GoDaddy is claiming that they show they receiv
Since renewal of website our business website has been down or listed as unsecure due to SSL isseus. GoDaddy was contacted and the SSL issues and site availability was supposed to be fixed within "15 minutes". Over a week later and the site is still down with SSL issues. Every day the site is down is lost revenue and GoDaddy does not seem to care. When customer service was contacted I was routed in a loop for over 15 minutes then had to wait on hold for over 30 minutes. It took several hours to get "it will be fixed within 15 minutes". Issues are still not resolved.

Godaddy.com sold us a faulty program that never worked correctly (constantly having to call for assistance for email to work, logins to work, basically officeto work) I renewed the subscription bc I was told I'm unable to save my email domain, I worked with the sales person and he only renewed one out of the emails we have after I specifically said to RENEW MY SUBSCRIPTION! Then I was told I could go to microsoft but they would charge me times as much (lie - it's actually $less what godaddy charges) After many phone calls I was told by Chris RCrates they could no longer refund us (it's past the refund date) and he couldn't get me to a supervisor so I "am lucky" that all my computers were't down HUH??? Godaddy.com is full of sales people who don't care about their service only their commissions Godaddy.com is a middle con man that scams clients out of just enough money a year that they won't end up in court over it
I had a recurring billing set up with GoDaddy for many yearsThey were charging an email product at $for yearsThis was the price when they auto renewed in And suddenly in they had changed that fee from $to $ I had not logged into my account until recently and found that I have been such an exobirant amountI asked Godaddy to stop subscription and refund me years backBut plainly refuse to pay my money even though I am asking the subscription to be stopped and is only asking for the unused amount backI know I am very late in asking for the refund but it is still my money and there is more years to go on the subscription and request your intervention and help

Several months ago, GoDaddy automatically charged my credit card for a "renewal" that we did not want, and did not authorize. After calling and complaining, I explicitly stated that we are never to be charged automatically again, without authorization, for any product or renewal. Then, just a few days ago, on July 7, 2017, They went ahead and again charged me, without prior authorization, for a product renewal that I did not want. When I called to complain, I was treated rudely by their customer service people who flat out refused to refund my money.
On November 27, 2017, I received an email from GoDaddy Hosting, that my hosting account had been migrated without any prior notice of the migrationThe notice was sent as a congratulatory email, but this turned out to be deceptive as I later learned that the server hosting my website crashed and Godaddy had to move my site due to this crash The new server is not compatible with my current website software, and my site (www.lesliewoodarts.com) no longer worksI have over $invested in the build of that siteIf this had been a true migration that I was given prior notice of, I could have saved my site, the money I had invested in the site, and the money I lost not having the site functioning during the holidaysI attempted to remedy this situation with GOdaddy support, but after a couple hours on the phone they were not able to recover my site I relied on this GoDaddy's guarantee to protect my site and my work, but this reliance has now cost me my site, the money I put in
