On 2-6-we paid to have our hosting account restored back to its original state, INCLUDING our websites which were down After receiving a reply from Godaddy concerning my order, I phoned them several times to get clarification of what they needed to COMPLETE my order I was told to provide information that I have found was not necessary, and have cost us unnecessarily monetarily I attempted to resolve this issue with Godaddy because THEY not only gave us the wrong information, but they never completed my orderI had to hire an outside company to do the completion after weeks of going back and forth with Godaddy about their requests I have been unable to resolve this issue on my end and would like to file a complaint against this company
GoDaddy is refusing to honor a payment I made to renew my two year domain registrationThe payment was made online on February but each day after making the payment I was notified that my registration and privacy renewal was still in my basket waiting to be completedI tried online again on Febbut could get confirmation that the payment had gone throughI phoned GoDaddy and explained this was my 2nd attempt to process the payment on their websiteThe Rep said he could fix the problem, he returned to the phone and said he had got the payment to go throughAfter he hung up I decided to check my bank transactions on lineI found the February 6th payment did in fact go through I called GoDaddy back within minutesThey informed me two more payments had come through for a total of three payments and they would only return one of themI spoke with their supervisor and pleaded with them to correct the mistake and return the two payments that they pushed through minu
The service the were to provide me was an active email account Turns out that they renewed my email account, however didn't inform me that I needed to review my domain in order to have the email account active Therefore I own an email account that isn't active!! Since it took over days to find out that my account was not active, I am no longer eligible for a refund but they are happy to take MORE money from me to activate the domain and allow the email account to work What a scam!
I pay GoDaddy to host my WordPress site ( [redacted] )On May 25, 2017, they updated the software to a versionThat caused my site to crashI hoped it was temporary, but that was not the caseOn June 1, 2017, I contacted GoDaddyThey said that everything looks fine on their end, so I would have to pay them $to look into the matterEverything is not fineTry going to my site and you will get an error message(If my site is working when you receive this, then they have decided to fix itIf it is not working, my complaint remains.) My newest book comes out on June 20, 2017, and people cannot find it due to GoDaddy's refusal to address the problem

I happened to go to my website, only to notice it was no longer up and running I called to see what may have happened and I was told that I'd purchased a new plan, which required for me to rebuild my entire website I was completely taken by surprise, because I didn't want to have to nor do I have the time to build a new site Then, I was told in order to get my original website restored, I'd have to pay another $in addition to what I'd already paid I flat out refused, since this was not my fault, and I'd already spent almost $ Finally, as a "courtesy" to me, they're allowing me to restore my website (which I'd already spent $to have continue seamlessly), and will give me a $credit They will only restore my website for one year, at the supposed yearly renewal price of $ I'd paid $for the website builder (not including the domain names, which, coincidentally cost me an additional $35.34, not including taxes) back in October for two years
In June 2018, I contacted Go Daddy for setting up a domain name and web site for a new business They charged $for the name, and a month later charged an additional $for renewals I decided not to pursue the web site option and requested a cancellation and refund I mistakenly sent emails as a reply to their billing notice After email attempts, I tried calling to speak to a representative By then it was past the time to ask for a refund They finally agreed to a prorated refund, but only as a credit for further purchases of their products With the cancellation of the web site, I see no way to "use" the credit they were giving Their policy of no cash refunds is very unfriendly to the customer!
I currently have charges on my credit card totaling $for renewal of services I no longer have/no longer have access to and no longer needAfter calls to Go Daddy customer service did not resolve this issue, I sent a certified letter on July 2, to Go Daddy and, according to the tracking data, the letter has been received Please note the following: Charges were billed to my credit card by Go Daddy on March ($65.42) and March ($51.19) I was unaware that the account of TurnerNotaryServices.com was on an automatic renewal, as I no longer operate under this business name and do not/did not need the services/products at the time of the renewal charges After challenging the charges with my credit card company, the charges were removed; but after my credit card company received information from Go Daddy, the charges were rebillled on May and May The web address and associated services for TurnerNotaryServices.com are not active and I do not have access to them

GoDaddy overcharged me $179.88 in February. Because I did not recognize the charge, I did dispute it. GoDaddy agreed to refund me the money, but said I needed to release the dispute, which I did. Since then they say the money has been refunded and I need to call my credit card company. My credit card company says they have re-sent the money back to GoDaddy to refund to me. I am tired of the run around. Three months later I deserve that money. GoDaddy will not help. Here is my GoDaddy case # [redacted] .

I have been a customer for a few months. I was dissatisfied with the service that I was receiving so I transferred my domain to another web-host provider. Go Daddy failed to allow me to transfer successfully. They held back pertinent information that I needed to input to allow me to perform this process. I had to call and speak to the supervisor, which advanced me a little bit. They seemed to have taken me as a joke. The emailed me certain information, but they failed to send me the correct information. I( went back and forth from website companies where they seemed to be working together to halt my business practices. I finally spoke with someone who was not an american who seem not to want to block me but help me and I got a little closer to transferring my email. This process of transferring my domain and my email services have taken nearly 2 months where I lost business opportunities.
