Taylor Replacement Window Reviews (2710)

Our company paid GoDaddy on 1/12/to create a website for usThe design process was very cumbersome and the customer service was not good from the startRequests that were made took several attempts to resolve and the process was very slow, it was quite frustrating but we were patientWe paid the initial fee to design the website on 1/12/The website did not get up and running until March Upon the one year renewal of website we had days to get the website renewedWe paid the renewal fee and were assured in two separate phone calls that the website would be up and running againThe second call that was made on 3/7/said it would be up in hours but it was notAnother phone call on 3/13/and we were told our website was gone foreverThe days had not passedThis is unacceptable and we either need a new website up and running IMMEDIATELY at ABSOLUTELY NO COST to us or we want ALL monies paid for the website design refunded to us right away

Go Daddy automatically requires domain names to auto-renewThe website makes it impossible to remove your credit card information from the site, even if you have cancelled the serviceWhen you try to select "delete payment method" the system claims that the payment method is still associated with a domain that is auto-renewing, even if you have cancelled auto renewIt will only allow you to replace with another payment method, not erase your credit card informationWhen I requested a refund, I was told that I had to respond within daysI had complained within business days, but apparently Go Daddy counts weekends as days

Godaddy's sales representatives used manipulative methods to get me to subscribe to a three-year hosting plan and an SSL certificate promising that if I decided at the middle of the road to unsubscribe, they would refund the amount equaling to the duration not usedThis was not the case when I decided to move to another serviceThey informed me that they would credit me the amount if I moved to one of their services or use their services to build the websiteThe sales representative that I talked to didn't mention any of that conditionsAlso they call me regularly trying to sell servicesA huge number of people have marked their number as spam that when I see their number calling, I get a red box saying (Godaddy- probably spam)

A full years after cancelling my account, I am suddenly hit with $1300+ in charges to my credit card from GoDaddy Disputed with the credit cad issuing bank, and when they went back to GoDaddy, they were told that the charges were valid! I have just supplied copies of my cancellation emails to my issuing bank, so hopefully it will be resolved in my favor shortly, but I am astounded that a company this big would have the nerve to try and sneak through unauthorized credit card charges just to make a buck Completely shocked that when the credit card issuing bank contacted GoDaddy the first time, GoDaddy had the nerve to try and keep the money! There is no possible way that they would/could feel entitled to the money- they have no provided any services to me since 2012!

My Experience with godaddy , let say never again I will do business with them , I have been suspended with no notice no phone call's & no e-mail to advise menow when my client want to contact me with my website there is no more website, this look bad for us , when we trust hosting name GODADDYDO NOT GET HOSTING WITH GODADDY

We order the website products design behalf of our business, they didn't have any response for over days

GoDaddy has been awful to work with and their customer service is very poor We paid Go Daddy $3,on 03/12/ to create a website and we need it as soon as possibleThey promised that they will take about days to create and an additional couple of days for correctionsSo total daysAll files were uploaded from our side on 3/13/On 4/12/ After almost days we spoke with the manager about the bad service so the manager promised that the next morning a designer will contact us to finish the projectNobody called us the next dayWe are tired of calling them almost every day to speed up their workWe will find another company who cares about customer satisfaction

I have a website and don=main with this companyThey closed my website without warning because the Credit Card on file was not good any moreInstead of notifying me they closed my siteI called in and fixed the problem and I still do not have my site back and I was told it could take another day or soI called for help and basically got an I DONT CARE attitudeHow in the world could a company with SO MANY Complaints still have an A+ Rating????

I became a customer of Godaddy years ago when I established a domain name
for my brother’s company Unfortunately, we did not utilize the domain beyond playing around with the tools to set it up and it was not
utilized at all in the time sinceWe did not intend to renew the domain, much less for additional years I know we did not select an auto-renewal on the account I have now received a charge on my credit card for additional years of this service and when I called to ask them to remove the charge they indicated since Days had passed since the charge occurred, this was not possibleSearching for reviews on this company, I see the website consumeraffairs dot com has an overwhelming number of one star reviews with a similar taleThis feels awfully scammy to me, if not also breaking some consumer protection laws

Here is a copy of the email I sent to the godaddy.com headquarters an email address I was given by their customer service representative to resolve my complaint
Good Afternoon,
My name is *** and last week I spoke with your three of your customer service agents about a problem I am having with your company
In I opened two separate accounts for different business ideas I had which I didn't end up usingIn when I saw the charge on one of my credit cards I called customer service and cancelled the account, during that conversation I told the customer service agent that I opened another account and I would like to cancel that one as wellHe searched both of my cards and I gave him all the information neededHe said that I did not have another accountAt that point I thought I might have been wrong and maybe I didn't open the second account
Fast forward to when I realized this month that my debit card had indeed been charged for that accountI immedia

I had called on Oct1, requesting to cancel my accountThe customer representative refused to do so, instead forced me to include 2-step verification on my account I called in again, on 10/13/spoke to MrJ*** and MrB***, who once again, refused to cancel and refund my account I need the account cancelled and the full amount refunded to my card on file
This is atrocious policy as I had called specifically on Oct1, to cancel my account

We purchase a VPS instance This allows us to remote into a desktop This instance broke and we were unable to remote into a desktop We called to Godaddy and was told "YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN" This is abreak on their side and we took the video NO help even after showing the video

I purchased go daddy products a little over a year ago and used them on a website for my small businessI have decided to close the business and intended to let all relations with go daddy expire, because I don't need a website for a business that I will no longer operateI unchecked a box that would bill automatically for the next years servicesI received a credit card bill notification in my email in the beginning of November and thought nothing of itIt was due Dec 2nd and when I went to pay it a few days ago I discovered that I had been billed by go daddy for the next years servicesI called go daddy, who told me since it was outside of days (even though I had not used the product) I could not ask for my money backI do not want their product and do not intend on using itI apparently only unchecked the domain name box, so I have essentially purchased a website builder for a domain name that I no longer ownIt doesn't make any sense

I like their prices over all, but I really hate that they sell your information if you don't pay for the identity production to just about anybody Every time I purchase a new domain, for the next or so months after that, I get flooded with phone calls at just about every hour of the day and night for webdesign contractors, SEO consultants, etcjust about everyone under the sun that does anything website related
It's not bad enough the people that Godaddy sells my info to call and spam me all hours of the day, those annoying peddlers also resell my information to even more people so I still continue to receive calls and emails even months or years after I have purchased the domain

In Daughter took out a web name for business, In she no longer wanted the name and had used my credit card and email addressShe had none of her own In I contacted Godaddy to cancel the web name, I was assured it would be canceled and I would no longer have that service The Name was *** *** and tea I had an old email address with connection to AOL that is now defunct for the past years....I do not use it nor have access to itOn my current Credit card statement there is a charge for $for renewal of the web nameI contacted the company and explained that name has not been used nor have I authorized a renewalThey claim they have been emailing me and I should of responded, when in fact I told them I don't have access to that email name anymore since I was berated by the representative for not alerting them of a new email address, I explained to the young man steven, since I cancelled the account, I did not notify them of an email change

Our account was automatically billed for unnecessary services totally up to a little under $200! These services were setup by our website developer who is no longer with us and it was setup in 2015!! We were not aware that these charges were being made or that they were originally configured on auto-rebill, and when we found out the customer support representative said they were not able to give a prorated refund regardless of our situation We are days outside of the day refund policy
We don't feel that we are being treat as a valued customer and are being scammed with the auto rebilling policy structure that is completely designed to take advantage of unaware or apathetic customersWe are extremely unhappy about these charges as nearly $is a lot of money for us to pay for services that aren't being used nor wantedYes we are to blame as those charges should not have gone unnoticed on our credit card statement but give the fact that our web developer did not communi

On April 23, GoDaddy took payment of $to build a websitePrior to paying, we asked Ana Rajao with GoDaddy to confirm they would be able to move our current blog to the new site and if they would be able to build a shop like they did on our former site they built months priorShe placed us on hold came back and stated she could
We spoke with Shayla, the web builder, and she said they couldn't custom code the shop, but when we explained we just wanted it like our other shop, she said they could
She also confirmed they would move our blogs
I provided the blogs in formats as they requested
months later, they refused to complete the work stating we were asking them to 'custom code' and 'work out of scope'
This is untrue and supported by numerous emails and recorded conversations that our company has
A representative named *** from headquarters set up a call and was extremely rude and admitted GoDaddy was breaching contract and would not fulfill the terms of

Just a word of warning so others don't make the same mistake as meDon't use GoDaddy for anythingI used them years ago and had no problems, but when I set up my website again last year I immediately started getting hounded with phone calls about small business loansI asked the rep about it and he said it's for ICANN and they have to put the info on there, but for a small fee they could hide itHow nice of themThen they sent me email after email saying my service wouldn't auto renew because my card was expired so I thought I was done with themThen I got an email saying that they did auto renew somehowI just got done cancelling the services with them and they didn't give me all of my refund backThey said they couldn't refund the tax because of the laws in my stateFunny that has never happened to me before in this state

On January 26, I received a call from *** offering me their "Get Found" serviceI was told that by subscribing to that service I would increase traffic to my website and my website would come up one of the first ones when someone searches on googleThey offered me a year deal because they said it's the best value that they haveI assured that I can cancel the service at any time and that they would refund my money backI was told that I can try the service for several months, and if I don't like it, I can call and they would refund the moneyI think I called a few more times after thatOnce after they listed my site on yelp after I was assured that it was not going to happen and I also spoke to them another time when I was unhappy about their serviceI was told that it takes time for everything to start working and I was asked by godaddy's staff to wait a few months longer before cancellingWell, I waited and after deciding that this service has not produced a si

I discontinued services with this company in August I received my credit card bill on 9-6-and found a charge on that bill for one of the services I had cancelledI spoke with representatives ( Maria, and Justin C) requesting a refund of the chargeNeither person was cooperative during the conversations and did not refund the amountI asked to speak with another manager and the request was deniedI will never do business with this company againThey are rude, and not concerned with customer service at all
