I wanted go daddy to host my website, but after all of the confusion on how to transfer my domain, I cancelled the hosting and was refunded my moneyA week later go daddy decides to go back into my bank account for a retry payment, I called them and spoke with a representative named Steven and I informed him on what happened and he said go daddy did not go into your account because you do not have any business with us anymore since you cancelled your service, and I explained to him that they still went in my account, he said to me the bank must have went in your accountSo I called my bank and they told me that go daddy is the merchant who has access to your checking account to do a retry, and they were responsible for this transactionIts so disturbing how these people can lie to customers and take their money without authorization

Over a year ago, I was contacted by GoDaddy about the ability to participate in an auction service to obtain certain URL's, as there was one in particular that was going up for auction So I paid my $for the Auctions access I was not told that this access would be setup on an auto-renewal basis I consequently was able to purchase the domain name through their auction that I wanted Fast forward to nearly a year later and I was sent an email saying that they were trying to renew my $purchase I tried replying to the email to say that I didn't wish them to do this, yet they did it anyway I've been enrolled in many auto-renewal programs throughout my life, even though I'm not fond of them So I contacted GoDaddy to ask for a refund of this $charge I was told by their customer service rep and a Manager that they simply couldn't or wouldn't refund this $charge I threatened to pull my other services and they just said that if I needed to do this, that was fine I do not appreciate these tactics and feel that they are underhanded, and when my domain hosting comes to a conclusion, I will be looking for another company to do business with, as I do not appreciate these kinds of tactics Very poor customer service and it's amazing that they would risk a bad review and losing a larger level of business over $

Terrible customer service and they were unwilling to give me a refund for a service they never provided but promised to

I purchased a domain name "innoventscience.com" on January 12, and paid by my bank debit cardGodadday's employeed charged to my debit card and fraudulently assigned that domain name to a fictions personThis is a mailfraud and wirefraud by Godaddy Before I sue Godaddy for fraud, I like to see if they will deliver the domain name I purchase

Signing up for a "Free Trial" "No Credit Card Required" and thought I was safeThe Company used my credit card from a PREVIOUS purchase that they retained on file (With or without my consent?) for the next years

I had a hosting account with GoDaddy that I got years ago It was for $and then they said they would charge me every year the full price but that I could cancel at any time and get a refund for the amount I didn't use I was billed this year on March 26th and as soon as I realized that I was billed since I no longer needed the service, I cancelled it online on May 4th I never received a refund I called today and asked about the refund and they stated that they had a new policy that required me to call in and cancel the policy or they don't issue a refund And, that they had a new policy that said I had to do that within days of the renewal I talked to a supervisor who said he could have refunded me, but that he would not since that was their policy He cared not that I hadn't signed up for that policy It didn't bother him at all that I was being charged for something that I wasn't even receiving He didn't care at all that I had no idea what the new policy was In sh

Fake information given over the chat that my domain name will be renewed with coupon *** for only 0.99$USD once I transfer it from the old Godaddy a/c to the current godaddy accountNow the Twitter handle is also harassing meIt looks like that they are waiting for April and deliberately wasting my time so that once the domain is expired they have one more reason to harass meIts been 3-days tweeter handle could not do anything just saying we are reading the chat where fake information was given that my domain will be renewed with the coupon
I had a coupon that was to be used on one a/c only one timeI have a domain to be renewed so I contacted Godaddy customer care where they approved that If I transfer this domain from my Old Godaddy to the New Godaddy a/c I can renew that domain with the coupon and the new renewal will cost me only 0.99$USDHere is the Chat proof where your chat team officially provided me this information ? ***

I have had a shopping web site with GoDaddy for many years that stopped performing correctly due to not be TLScompliantGoDaddy told me I needed to switch to a Plesk platform and that would solve my problemIt did not solve my problem and I dealt with them over it for about weeksI finally gave up and put up with it not performing a proper handshake over TLS
Six months ago PayPal notified its shopping cart business customers they had to meet certain compliance standards and they told me I was not compliantI contacted GoDaddy serveral times over the past months and they guaranteed me their server was compliant and that it was a generic warning from PayPal
PayPal's new standards went into effect last week and immediately my site could not process payments with PayPalI contacted GoDaddy, they said it wasn't their problem, it was my codingI communicated with several shopping cart sites who used GoDaddy and they said they had the same problem, moved to a differe

I have been a loyal Godaddy customer for many yearsRecently, I keep getting logged out of webmail on both my phone and computer and when I try to put in my password, it says that it's incorrect
I submit an email to change the password, and it takes upwards of minutes to receive the password reset email
I tried calling in about this and spoke to an extremely rude and unhelpful agent, who did not want to help me because I did not have my pin code which I set up nearly a decade ago
She tried to send an email authorization code with a one time PIN and this also took over minutes once she said that she sent it for it to arrive in my inbox
Godaddy is causing damage to my business by locking me out of my email account and not letting me log in with my password!

Over the last years I have paid a substantial amount of money to Go DaddyOne payment was for a service called get foundwhich was supposed to bring attention to my businessA Man was supposed to contact me from Go daddy to set it up correctly, and never didI paid $for a service which has expired and never brought me a single customerThe receipt #Along with all of the others I have documented prove that go daddy helped me build a webpage with a domain name and that is allThey did nothing to help my businessI never received a single inquiry because of Go daddynot even one! So after two years of the same thing I decided to only renew my Dominion name and nothing elseWell I had a billing issue and tried to pay for another year and was not given much in the way of helpneedless to say I paid them a grand total of $for nothing but a page I'm not even sure was ever really viewed by anyone other than me or people who I gave my website address toI r

On 4/18/I phoned godaddy to ask about their servicesI was sold a package of services I now understand consisted of domain name transfer, email address to match my domain name, and use of email marketingAfter the purchase, I had trouble using Godaddy's email building softwareI didn't understand that I had to take specific action to transfer my domain name to godaddyI phoned godaddy to verify the time period I had to cancel my servicesUnfortunately I misunderstood the time periodMy credit card had been charged on 4/19/and I called on 5/20/to cancel the godaddy services I had purchased but not used during that periodGodaddy confirmed the domain name hadn't transferredA supervisor gave me a refund of $for the portion of my payment that related to the domain name transferHe didn't explain to me that the "email essentials" package couldn't be activated without the domain name transfer, and therefore my $purchase is useless without the $purchaseI

We order the website products design behalf of our business, they didn't have any response for over days

I recently got an email saying I am in danger of losing my domain name, ***My one domain name is the only product I still have with godaddy because every interaction I've ever had with them is an unbelievable headacheA day after getting the email, I try to log into my godaddy account but cannot remember the passwordThe service wants to email me a way to reset the passwordI say ok, and wait for the reset emailAt this point I realize my email has been shut off by godaddyShutting down the domainI call into the call centerThe rep wants my pin codeI do not have a pin code, never set one upThen the rep wants my last digits of credit card on fileIt was over a year since I used a credit card with godaddy, and my card numbers have all been changedI have no idea what card was used a year agoThe rep tells me I am out of luck thenWithout a pin or last of a credit card I no longer use, he will not help meI never set up a pin I repeatWell then one was

On March 21, I went onto the GoDaddy website to try and renew an expired websiteI tried several times to take the site off of privacy and when I renewed (and purchased some other items), it charged me $for privacyThis morning I went to the godaddy chat and chatted with ***After a lengthy conversation and going through the same things on the web site that I had done before, I got nowhere and no refundSo I called godaddy and got Ryan in the billing departmentAfter going through the SAME items on their website and clicking the SAME links and being told there was a PROCESSING ERROR ON THEIR WEB SITE, he put me on hold and finally told me he could refund my moneyI have not see it yet, but this is horrible business practices on a website that is for DEVELOPING, BUYING AND MANAGING WEBSITES! I wasted two hours of my time and was overchargedAdditinoally, the godaddy website had numerous elements to help PREVENT you from checking out without additional charges
I would

I took the domain for three months last yearI was charged a fee of 13.17$ though I have closed the accountPlease refund my amount deducted

I sold a domain on Godaddy Before payment was made to me, I called to tell the rep an old, invalid paypal account was still listed on my Godaddy account He told me just to add my new Paypal account and it would be fine It wasn't They proceeded to deposit the funds into the invalid account anyway After several calls and emails (and being on the phone with reps who lacked knowledge of their own system) the matter still is not resolved I've been emailing Michelle Carrozza and her supervisor Randy Wilson repeatedly I received one response from the supervisor with a canned response that did not even address the issue It has been weeks and I still have not been paid for my domain, which they've transferred to the new owner THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALWAYS TERRIBLE, BUT THIS TIME TOPS ALL! JUST TERRIBLE!

I need files of copies of ALL FULL RECEIPTS of ALL purchases I have ever made with GoDaddy.com Currently, any customer using GoDaddy.com is unable to view in full or save in full any complete receipts of purchases made through GoDaddy.com This is a problem GoDaddy's technical support team, supervisors of that department were unable to provide me with PDF format of FULL RECEIPTS OR THE ABILITY TO VIEW FULL RECEIPTS ONLINE ON TH GO DADDY WEBSITE with only the option to print as several pages a full receipt or to send the information in a generic format of a cvs file This is a problem for not just not myself but for ANYONE using the GoDaddy.com site I have contacted their legal department to request PDF's of FULL RECEIPTS of any and all purchases I've ever made with the company as of today, Thursday, 5/25/and cc'd my Trademark attorney

Our small nonprofit paid godaddy.com to host our websiteWhen I spoke with the man in sales, he assured me that if there were any issues with migration, that they would resolve themHe told me that I would be able to cancel and receive a full refund within daysThere were several problems with the migration process and I spoke with several different customer service peopleOne of the men with whom I spoke flat out refused to help meI asked him if I could speak with the person who had sold me the service originally because he had been more willing to help and his tech skills were higher than this person'sHe assured me that he would have that person call me backI never received that callAt that point in time, I was well within not only business days, but also within calendar days
After trying many fixes on our end, it occurred to me that what he should have done was to do another migration from our current website After Christmas and New Years fell within that

I think they suckI had Domains that I was putting up for saleThen I bought another domain for a price of $and placed it for sale tooLater my account was removed and I was over charged with an amount of $12.00+ which overdrew my bank accountLets face it, it is fraud

Horrible Service, defective products, fraudulent marketing,
My company has been a Godaddy customer for over a decade Well, that is about to change
We have purchased numerous products and services from Godaddy For a while they seemed to be decent
Now all they seem to do is sell expensive - but crappy products that DO NOT work - costing our company to lose thousands of dollars in lost business revenues and hours waiting on hold to talk to their incompetent technical support
Godaddy takes FOREVER to fix products that they eventually had to admit that they created As a business owner and a professor of business I can state with 100% certainty that this is NOT A GOOD BUSINESS MODEL AT ALL
We have a long trail of paper, email, social media messages, tweets, etcabout our recent travails with godaddy defective products and poor service This seem so nonchalant about committing fraud - knowingly selling products with major defects It is a wonder that they a
