I recently had a break in & lost 100% of my home based jewelry businessTherefore, I no longer need this email or search engine optimization or URL domain namesince I no longer have anything to sellI originally purchased a year subscription for these servicesHowever, when I called to cancel & get a refund for the unused portion of this subscription, I was told that they do not do refundsI only used mosof the year subscriptionI have a police report number, the detective's name & the insurance claim & inventory of loss to prove the total loss of my business, displays, & inventoryIt's bad enough that I should lose my business that took over years to build, but now this! It's very poor customer service! I should be refunded at least 1/of the cost of this since I can't use these products anymore since I have nothing left to sell! Please help me
I have been getting billed for an email address service with GoDaddy.com that I have not used since June 27, I did not authorize the auto bill for $and when I complained to GoDaddy.com about this issue they couldn't back track the auto bill back to July for the full amountInstead they have refunded only $I have been a loyal customer since and was ashamed they couldn't help me solve this issue
I purchased a domain auction account with GoDaddy however it is apparently unfit for purpose, as I have repeatedly attempted to list domains with it only for them to be marked as "pending" and then disappear without any kind of notification or error message
Further, I have been unable to seek support for this as GoDaddy has apparently destroyed their support service, grinding it down to nothing but a phone-line that I cannot call without incurring chargesThis makes this likewise unfit for purpose, forcing me to seek a refund via the Revdex.com complaints process; as a support service that can potentially cost more than the product I am seeking support for is incredibly hostile towards customers!
I would like to request a refund of this apparently non-functional auctions account
On the website of Godaddy it states that an account can be closed by contacting customer serviceI contacted customer service and was told that the account can not be closed but only that is can be lockedThey are clearly lying either on their website or the representativeI requested to speak with a supervisor only to be denied
December 11, my domain web site was shut down by Go Daddy because I cancelled payment on my American Express CC which was used without my consent thru Pay Pal, when paying for my charges I told the sales repto use Pay Pal and later I saw charges on Pay Pal and American Express, I then called back to Go Daddy and was told that they did not bill American Express but the billing was thru Pay Pal, then called Pay Pal and they said that they do not bill American Express so I filed a fraud case with American Express and they removed the charges which then lead to my cancellation of my web account
I have sinced learned that Pay Pal credit is not available thru Go Daddy and that they use your attached Credit Card even thou you are unaware of the charges
Then to reinstate my account which I did thru Go Daddy and usuing my American Express I was told I would have to pay a $in reinstatement fee in order to activate my account and to get back online
I am now waiting to see if the original Pay Pal charges now disappear or stay on as paid charges to Go Daddy
Very sad they have to charge and not own up to their mistake and then blame me as if I am the FA!
Very sad customer service with Go Daddy the custermer is never right!
GoDaddy.com gave out my contact information including email address and phone number to people or organizations that scam/spamI created a new email address and got a new phone specifically for my business, I had each sitting unused for around a month prior to registering a domain through GoDaddyAs soon as I registered my domain I began getting automated calls purporting to be the IRS, getting calls about registering my domain for SEO, calls about building a websiteAlong with these my otherwise empty inbox began receiving numerous unsolicited spam emails

I called into this lame *** company today at 08:AM and talked to a Brian that was really rude and I advised him that I had a domain name that renewed for year, but I only wanted a year renewal He told me that he could cancel the domain name but I could not renew the domain name for any term that is less than the original term in the auto renew process Then when I asked to talk to a supervisor he put me on a endless hold Then I talked to Kyle LeslieHe would give me a answer, and then later change the answer or tell me a different answer He told me that if I wanted to change auto renew that I could consolidate a few domains and do it that way Then I asked how to do that, he said that I couldn't They did give me a free year on one of my other domains to compensate me, but at this point I was already on the phone for minutes Then Kyle promised me a 25% discount, and he offered to take my order than for the discount I told him that I was not ready to make an

I have been a Go Daddy customer for more than years now and I am very very unsatisfied with their policies and their serviceThey are always looking to make money in every way possibleTheir policies are very unfriendly to small business and they should be ashamed of itOne recent example I give is about my email hosting plan
I was a subscriber or their old 'Website Builder' for almost years now, however limiting, expensive and frustrating it was, I was putting up with it as I am a one man small business and with my limited time and resources, I never felt that it was worth my time to spend more time criticizing itSo, when they offered their new "Go Central" plan, I signed up and it seemed way more flexible and had much better UIWhile switching, the rep never told me that the email plan I had was linked to my old website builder plan and that switching from that would make me lose my access to my business email and email address itself
Thankfully, I called up again and the new rep clarified this and made me sign up for another stand alone email plan for $for years - basic email etc - I wasnt too happy as I had free email before and now I was paying for this separately as wellI still went ahead as no business can survive without an email - so you Go Daddy got me here - v clever
If this wasnt enough, I called them again with an unrelated issue when I was told that the email plan I had just bought was an old email server that they were planning to retire and in order to migrate to their new server, I would have to pay another $t keep my emailsI mean - "Seriously" !!!!! Since when did consumers start paying for email server migrations ?? Isnt this supposed to be something the business is supposed to provide the consumer as an ongoing infrastructure support??
I asked the rep as to what would have happened if I had not called up and known about this - how would you have charged me and he answered that it would have showed up as a pending balance in my next statementSo I pay for their new website builder, I pay for basic email and I also pay for your server migrationsI asked if all existing customers on email plans have been consented to this migration payment and he said that they have to agree to this while accepting terms and conditionsie it is all hidden in the fine print that no one ever reads and here is the golden opportunities that GoDaddy looks forShame on You
You are a total rip off - taking advantage of busy small businesses who are trying to survive and stay afloat already
BTW - GoDaddy always offers discounts on new services ONLY and never on renewals - once you sign up for one, you are screwed because when that comes up for renewal, the next time around - you will never see a discount again
Stop your advertising Go Daddy- you are not small business friendlyUtterly and deeply regret my decision to having bought the domain and the web hosting plan with you
1) On 12/29/I received a phone call from GoDaddy telling me that, due to their server limitation problems, they needed to “migrate” one of my domains to a different server and I needed to pay $for that migration (to solve their problem??)
2) During the conversation, the GoDaddy representative indicated that the domain name registration expires 5/7/and we can take care of the whole thing, migration, hosting, and domain name, at this time This was going to cost well over $1000!
