Taylor Replacement Window Reviews (2710)

Hello, I have been with GoDaddy for good several years until April 28, Late January 2016, GoDaddy did an automatic renew for my website With a product that I did not use because it was not user friendly and was never told that was going to be new thing to use on GoDaddy's website Recently I found out the website builder I was using was being replaced with not user friendly website builder
After month trying figure out the new website builder and finding out one of features it did not have that I used in old website builder Plus they put cap on storage even though I paid for better storage for my website Everytime I ask for help from GoDaddy, I did not get no help at all I tried making my website look good but just ran into issues and program errors I gave up and took some people recommendation on another website company and moved my website to them
When I found out the transfer was completed, I called GoDaddy to let them know to cancel my account and for

GoDaddy sent me an email renewal notification for an email service which was no longer being hosted by GoDaddyA GoDaddy official instructed me that all of the emails were still being hosted by Godaddy, which was not correctI asked the representative to no renew my email account until we confirmed who was hosting the email accountsI confirmed that the emails I was using were not being hosted by GoDaddy and requested that my email accounts be cancelled
I was subsequently billed by GoDaddy for the email accountsI called GoDaddy and was told that they would walk me through cancelling the account and I would be issued a refundAfter cancelling, I was not issued a refund and I called again and was told that it would be escalated to a supervisorI reviewed the chain of events with a supervisor and she apologized for the misrepresentations by the GoDaddy representatives but indicated that no refund would be issued and said that they could reinstate the account, even though the e

June 18, 2018, GoDaddy billed (private registration renewal & domain renewal) of domains I have paid for since 2011, SIX MONTHS EARLY WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR PERMISSION GoDaddy then on their own set the renewal term for five years, charged my credit card over $1,and sent me a renewal receipt after the fact I was told that either I pay up or I could cancel the domains I have paid for since so they can be resold and GoDaddy can profitTheir unauthorized action of charging my charge card prevented my client and myself from determining the renewal me from selection the time of the renewal which is offered from one to ten yearsI canceled my domains, one I may have to get back, and my client is very upset (was screaming) that GoDaddy took away his option to renew for less than five years I have called GoDaddy back time and time again and was told that it was ICANN's policy that once purchased time cannot be reduced or refunds givenThis is a lieI called

Late February of 2017, I received a renewal fee for NUMEROUS domains to renew for a full year term through GoDaddy hosting serviceThe charge was over $*** and didn’t even include the pricey re-seller program that would also be up for renewal in the following year I asked the Rep I spoke with at the time to CANCEL EVERYTHINGThey tried talking me into keeping the re-seller program which I quickly proved to them was of no value based on the sales processed and that I had already shut down the website it was attached to and had done nothing with it since that time They finally agreed and I was told at that time that I would be refunded the entire amount of $*** and that everything had been cancelled Fast forward to months later, (aka now) and I receive in the mail a mastercard statement today that displays another charge of a whopping $*** processed July 30th for an additional years of Re-Seller programA product that had already been cancelled and refunded in t

On March 17th, I purchased and paid for a domain from GoDaddy The domain name was *** and it had a fixed price which I paid I agreed to the terms and conditions and paid Godaddy $
After purchasing the domain I spent a significant amount of money having a logo and banner designed for the *** website as well as articles all written specifically for the website and finally had a web designer build a custom made for my new website The cost for all the design work and article content was $
On March 26th the site designer had completed the design and was ready to begin adding in the articles, logo, banners etc so that the site could go live so they requested the GoDaddy information from me
When I logged into GoDaddy on Saturday March 26th I didn't see the domain listed in the domains that I owned and controlled so I called GoDaddy to inquire why it wasn't listed
The GoDaddy representative said that GoDaddy had refun

GoDaddy lured me into their site because I inquired about an available domain at phoenixdivorcemediation.comThey charged me $69.99, then told me the domain was unavailable after I paid themThat's it

I've been a loyal customer for yearsHowever, I have never been mislead or deceived as badly as today by any companyCharging and preventing a transfer of a domain and turning my autoreneawl on without my permission along with not being honest upfront of charges and conditions, is obscuredYou should care more about your customers, not blaming them, and be more honest with them before any purchasesWhat's worse is the customer service agents saying there is nothing that they can do -- even though it is your faultUnbelievable

Was charged over dollars for a product being renewed after a representative from go daddy told me they were removing the product over the phoneMonths later, another rep calls me and I tell them the issue and they tell me I'm responsible for removing things , which is what I thought I did when I spoke with customer serviceSo sick of having constant issues and being overcharged with this company I also paid extra for my website to be updated to a secure website months ago and went online today only to find my page listed as unsecuredWhat a scam

Having followed the instructions to remove SSL certification from my website...GoDaddy has failed to respond to me within hoursI have contacted customer service timesvia live chat...and via email...I followed the protocols designated within the privacy-removal instructions which included uploading a copy of my state issued drivers license
My goal has been to remove auto-renew...as I have parked my website....it appears that I will be billed anyway...there are countless complaints online of this practice from GoDaddy...I now believe the complaints!

I had purchased a website builder service and e-commerce store from GoDaddy I had multiple issues with the service that I had called them for I was interested in upgrading my service, if need be to get the desired service She told me that if I cancelled, I would have to "start from scratch" I had weeks worth of work into my website I found it very frustrating that the person who took the call was, essentially, the only person I could speak with about my complaint She told me I could speak with a Supervisor, but that person would only answer to her performance I had expressed my dissatisfaction with the service and mentioned, if their suggestions didn't fix the issues, I would then cancel I asked the representative how long I had to cancel She stated days I asked her when that would be and she told me I had until May 25th to cancel I was getting nowhere with the use of this website and decided to cancel and not run it until the 25th When I signed onto my acc

As I have previously had discussions with the Godaddy Management team, I was sent e-mails to renew services, which I had no intention of renewing- since I never proceeded with business plan, did not need any of their services----these e-mails, over dozen, all stated my service would expire- I let them "expire" but not responding or renewing I later discovered they charged my cc over $for an "auto-renewal" of services which I never agreed to terms of service I have not received a refund, despite one of their reps validating I never proceeded with any use of the services I do not understand how their business strategy works, but I suspect a class action lawsuit has been tried, will be tried, or has been won-
I would like an immediate refund to the services I never enrolled in, never used, but was charged for-
Thanks

I have used Go Daddy for many years for domains and more recently Outlook service for my business email The program crashed last week and I spent numerous hours trying to get help from them to fix it After having to uninstall it, do a fix and re-install it I find that all of my business folders with important information are missing Go Daddy tech support will take no responsibility and, in fact, continued to tell me it is all my fault I am not a tech person, I am a financial services professional I hire companies like Go Daddy to do the tech support and if there was something I needed to know about how to save my files, they needed to tell me BEFORE this happened and now take responsibility to help me recover the lost files Instead, they just tell me it's my fault Bad Business practices!

I renewed .com and .net domains on GoDaddy for instructional writerI was charged twice. I charged back 2nd chargeof dollars GoDaddy took name, down kept 1st charge and want additional $(legal and chargeback $32)They parked my name with ads making mone for them Upon initial contact, It took supervisors and a couple of days to get them to find the 2nd chargeThey originally stated I charged back the original charge Later they said after finding second charge that I extended the domain name I explained that was not true You don't have to put in two orders to do thatRenewals are automatically set for two yearsI changed to one yearI received one confirmation and one receiptMy bank statement had the same number assigned to both charges indicating duplicate I contacted VP on LinkedIn -no luck No one addressed it was a duplicate charge due to their technical issuesNo recourseI feel like I a being robbed and stronged armThat is my free

I was charged $renewal fee for an account I know I cancelled a long time agoI called them to settle the issue but they refused to refund the moneyThey sent me some link to get in and RE-CANCEL the account So what now? Are they going to take my money again next time and claim AGAIN that I didn't cancel the account? How many other people do they do this to ?

I purchased a VPS plan in October through GoDaddy, primarily because it included a CDN and WAF (through ***)A week into setting up my server, I began to realize all the problems that existed with the serviceGoDaddy support referred me to ***, who referred me back to GoDaddyBoth would refuse to help claiming it was the other's responsibility
The service itself had limited control, sometimes missing entire sections necessary to use the productThere was no way to purge the cache, and the temporary solution was to ask GoDaddy to ask *** to purge the cache when I needed to make changesAs a developer, this is unacceptableThey finally addressed this issue by manually upgrading my account to a different service so I could see the necessary functionality to use a CDN
Since then, there have been many problems with domains not being verified, problems with SSL certificates, sites not being scanned, notifications not being received, and the dashboard becoming unr

Standard website hosting package fees covers one-year of service forward Per godaddy.com CSRs, you must cancel within days to recoup any fees No pro-rating exists on godaddy web hosting services

June 8, in the evening time I discovered that my *** website was down and the page said "Suspended." On Saturday I spoke with a GoDaddy Rep who said that I should have received an email but I did notThe first email I received was after that conversationI was then told to speak to the Copyright Dept so I replied to the Copyright DeptAfter several messages went back and forth they gave me the name, number and complaint of a MrAlan R*** who says he owns ***GoDaddy removed my entire website for one short paragraph where MrR*** claims to have a copyright on a few coined words that are used by thousands of people on the internet
I do not want anything to do with MrR*** especially after seeing his poor excuse for professing to be a ChristianGoDaddy handled this entire situation in a very unprofessional manner--> no warning to me, no email, no snail mail, no questions asked to me, no identity check on MrR***, and no proof of this

I have never run into a company that is as unapologetic and incompetent as GoDaddy The platform is horrible, there are repeated problems and they even erased my former email service prior to the 14-day deadline They take no accountability for their mistakes and I wish to see these issues escalated I am under contract with them until February but this needs to be fixed for other customers as they have a horrible reputation

I am a small business owner and have been successfully running my business for years My business relies heavily on website presence and we've been fortunate to gain new business from our website I have used GoDaddy for my website domain/hosting and email This past December came time for my renewal I was told that I had to upgrade to their new technology, but that everything would stay the same except for new technology After upgrading, my work email (including employee emails) and my website no longer worked properly I made multiple calls about the issues (in my non-spare time), and the email problem was fixed, however the website aspect was not, and still is not If someone tries to pull up my website in a browser that they used prior to the update, the website doesn't load properly GoDaddy's response was that the browser history would have to be cleared or someone would have to open the website in a new browser Let's be honest...the general public would not know

Godaddy is very misleadingGodaddy uses young ambitious entrepreneurs as preyI thought I was making all the right steps to building my professional website, that couldn't be further from the truthThey encouraged me to buy things that I didn't needTheir representatives misinformed me and led me down a path of wasting my money and still not having access to build my websiteThey are a legal scamNever will I do any business with Godaddy, I will encourage all of my associates to leave Godaddy if they haven't already been tricked into a year long deal with these crooks
