I have been trying to manage my SOA record on domains using GoDaddy's Premium DNS serviceThe form gives me an edit button that does not work When I called and spoke to sales and support (one dept), they informed me that thiey did not understand dns much less why I would want to change my recordsI then spoke to a supervisor, who again told me she did not understand dns or why I would want to edit my recordsShe did tell me that they do not allow me to edit my SOA record, and they can not edit it eitherDespite the fact that they are using an unmonitored email address as the responsible party in violation of ICAAN directives
