GoDaddy.com, LLC, auto reviewed my webhosting for full price for two yearsWhen I called in, I was told, I was two days late to recoup any money from them because of their 30-day refund policy, not even if I terminate the service! A few things came out of this: 1) First of all, the auto renewal is set by DEFAULT, which is a cheap practice into making customer to pay full price 2) Secondly, not anywhere, even in the auto renewal email, indicates there is such a 30-day non-refundable policy, which by the way, is the worst I ever know of Even cable and phone companies allows early termination with a fee Shame on GoDaddy.com who knows only collecting money! 3) Last but not the least, the auto renewal is two years, again not anywhere indicates that, in fact, if manually renew from website, it gives the option of or years

GoDaddy is notorious for trying to piggyback items to put into your cart I've been a customer for over years and normally watch it very closely Somehow a $order for Linux Web Hosting with cPanel wormed its way into my cart in December without my concent or knowledge The Web Hosting also auto-renewed in December for $ NEITHER CHARGE WAS AUTHORIZED
To my knowledge I did not order the service, nor did I select or request to auto-renew I specifically checked all of my domain accounts to ensure nothing was on Auto Renew The fact that I had web hosting at all was unknown to me until they updated their web portal where it is better displayed I switched to the old portal, and you would never know the product was lurking in your account unless you directly went to

I was looking at apkey.com domain name that is expired to bidToday is Feb 12, which is not the end date of its expired auction
Then, today, I see that, expired domain auction abruptly ended and disappeared before his very own eyes
I have evidence that I uploaded via video recordings today to prove itEvidence video is here:

Godaddy never seem to fix it after so many years
Company provides a 99.9% uptime guarantee, yet when services are not working as promised, does not offer resolution quickly nor compensation of lost time
I've been a loyal customer for yearsHowever, I have never been mislead or deceived as badly as today by any companyCharging and preventing a transfer of a domain and turning my autoreneawl on without my permission along with not being honest upfront of charges and conditions, is obscuredYou should care more about your customers, not blaming them, and be more honest with them before any purchasesWhat's worse is the customer service agents saying there is nothing that they can do -- even though it is your faultUnbelievable

I called GoDaddy with a question on how to add a picture to my siteI Ed, Arron and another agent who was very rudeI asked to speak with a manager, I was placed on hold for 10mins, then was told I have to wait on hold until the manager is finished what they are doingI released the call and called back and asked to speak to another manager, this time I got Robin who was very sarcastic and extremely rudeI asked her what the information did the agent give her so I don't have to repeat myself and can move forwardRobin replied with "No, you can tell me whats going on and I will take your feedback" I said excuse me really
Go Daddy has continued to charge my credit card for services that I have not usedI closed my business almost years ago and they are still charging meThey said my account was on auto renewal, which I never signed up forI didn't even know about itI called within days of my card being charged and they refused to give me a refundThis is a deceptive practice!! They should not be able to charge you without your knowledge or sign you up for auto-renewal without your knowledge
GoDaddy reversed an annual payment in the amount of $251, six weeks after the payment cleared our PayPal account and shut down our website at ***To make matters worse, they have been advertising Go Daddy services on this domain without paying the required $flat fee

I have been a Go Daddy customer for more than years now and I am very very unsatisfied with their policies and their serviceThey are always looking to make money in every way possibleTheir policies are very unfriendly and they should be ashamed of it
Today I received godaddy emailThey said :

I have had an email address for years through GoDaddy It is my personal email address, not for "business"
I opened a separate business website: and had email addresses linked to that websiteHere's the error: Someone at GoDaddy "linked" my personal email address to the business account (which I never authorized) Now, I closed the business website because I was displease with the service - and now GoDaddy will not let me into my PERSONAL email address any longerThey tell me it was "linked" to my business website and I was told I have to pay $to be able to login and see my personal emails
The "linking" of my personal email to a completely different business email account was an obvious error (hopefully not an "intentional" for-profit error)
For the personal email account, I pay for a domain name and registration yearly, and was never charge an additional annual feeI have renewed it many, many times, and never charged a "email account" feeIt was always included
I was sold a upgraded product (Officeemail) by being misled to believe that my old product would no longer be a product option for meWhen I was incorrectly charged for the renewal of the old product I had, I was informed by the Customer Service agent that my old product (Workspace email) was in fact still a product that I could have usedHad I have known this, I would not have upgraded my product to a new product, because my old product worked just fineThe sales person on the phone used bullying, fear and high-pressure sales tactics as well as withholding information from me in order to sell a product that I did not need
When I called to switch back to my old product, GoDaddy refused to refund my upgrade and allow me to keep my old planBy refunding me, GoDaddy would have only lost $133/year but would have retained a customerThe amount of time that it took me, my staff and GoDaddy's staff to resolve this issue is wildly disproportionate to the severity of this issue as

Godaddy has terrible serviceI had to argue with them in order to get "store credit" because of a known issue concerning their web hosting service I ended up purchasing a Microsoft Business package in order to use up the store credit(Store credit is basically useless it's pretty much buying Microsoft stuff or reinvest in their substandard hosting) They set up some "account" for me to download Microsoft Business package but when I went to find out what my Microsoft login was with Microsoft the site said there was no recordFast forward with Microsoft tech support...they put an account executive on with me and she placed a conference call to Godaddy and they agreed to credit my original credit card and confirmed with the Microsoft person that it would not be store credit When I finally received notification from Godaddy concerning the refund it was store creditIf you research their practices you will see I am not the only person they do this to and they do NOT deserve the posit
