Company's claiming that they work with GODaddy LLCemailing me on my personal email from the following domains soliciting services that they should not be soliciting after I have emailed them multiple times with a cease and decist letter
The Domains Are As Follows:

Emails Come almost daily from this domain and I do not appreciate it

on June 5th that logged in to Godaddy.com to renew domains for year period subscription for to debit withdraw form company checking account,
on June 13th that found out Go Daddy had deducted from checking account but also debit from credit card same day(Credit card on their system , I Immediately called toll free number that hold for hours and finally person name Christina answer the phone, I told her the problem but she said this is my problems and cannot refund back either to checking account or credit card, I asked spoke to manager that hold for another hour, a gentlemen name Albert or Robert answer the phone, I repeat my situation and he said this is my problem and nothing he will do , he stated this charges not charged by Go Daddy but other company, I asked why the name showed Go Daddy on checking account and on credit card as well, he cannot answer and upset with threading if I want credit or refund back either my account that he will cancel

Two emails were sent to godaddy.com on 6-6-17, detailing the issue and the desired action(s):
"Hello,
I hope this message finds you wellI am filing a complaint with both godaddy.com and all associated personnelThe product in reference is ***, the domain that I purchased on 5/After purchasing the domain I then signed up for the go central website builder on 5/which had a free day trial offer with billing to start on 6/The template (the arts and entertainment #8) was published with updates on multiple occasions
On 5/however, the original template created on 5/would not load and it appears that godaddy.com created another go central offer for the same domainSo there were two templates for the same domain of ***One being a go central business site and the other a go central business plus, although I did not sign up for the trial offer for the go central plus
When I spoke to a rep yesterday on 6/5, I requ

They are holding my access to my account hostageI do not ever remember requesting or authorizing their two-party authentication service however it is on my accountThe cell phone number which is listed on my account is no longer active and because the only way they will allow me access was through that cell phone number I have been told I have to email a copy of my government id to their anonymous email address (no information about who would have access to my private personal information including address, ID number and date of birth)I am not agreeable to emailing (or providing in any other manner) my personal identifying informationWhat is wholly amazing to me is that I haven’t ever provided personal goverment issued identification information previously so how and why would my sending it now allow them to give me access to my domains and my products which I have paid forAdditionally the service that needs to be renewed is my law firm email account where time-sensitive email

I have been trying to reset my password with them for over month, I have sent them numerous emails to have my password reset that way I could cancel my account and so far they are not helping meThey want to charge me dollars I want my account canceled they waiting for my auto subscription to kick in Before they reset my password that way I could cancelI just want my account canceled before they charge me

I contracted this company to renew my domain name (of years) this company attempted to do a domain transfer and this company did not adequately contact me to alert me that they were having issues with processing my request the company did not fulfill the request, the domain name expired and I lost it Now I have to buy it back for $from Go Daddy (or one of its shell corporations)
This company's representative stated that I was spoken to on 4/27/2015, when I pressed for more evidence, such as what did I say, why wasn't a letter sent to me, why wasn't a voice mail left....the response changed....we do not do that The rep stated that in the ONE attempt I was spoken to, I stated I could not speak- I could not speak I was in a meeting and asked the person to call back Did that individual follow up in such an urgent matter No Now I have lost my domain Whether or not I get satisfaction....from the multitude of complaints about this corporatin...WHY IS it allow

I currently have a few databases hosted with GoDaddy.comI pay for it monthly, and on July they deleted all data from one of my databases stating I went over the storage limitThey should have sent me a warning so I would have the chance to correct the issue, as stated on item of the hosting agreementInstead they just deleted important dataI've had this issue before and they send me an email, opened support ticket #and the issue was resolvedthis time, they just deleted all my dataWhen my password didn't work for the database, I called them and they had no idea of what was going on, they asked me to change the password and wait 24hs to have the issue resolved24hs later I called and they started telling me that the database was too bigand they had to delete it

I was overcharged by GoDaddy for domain registration renewal it was supposed to be charged $but was charged $instead they insisted there was nothing they could do and refused to give back the difference they are now holding my domain hostage unless I pay an additional $

Website builder for *** has a "contact us" form that is NOT functioningRather than looking into the problem or escalating it to the proper people who can resolve this, (as there is NO WAY 1st tier can do anything) I get a "try using another email" blah blah blahThat is NOT the way to resolve thisThis exact problem arose when they changed servers on me
The girl I spoke too was clueless on how to resolve anythingVery sadThis must have been the 20th time I have called and had no assistance whatsoever I have cancelled most of my domains/host and am planning to run as soon as the acapulco domain expires
I do NOT expect this to be resolved and I will continue to badger your what you consider support until someone does their job! I think your business model is pathetic and borderline illegal

It's a scam that the Revdex.com rates this company has an A+ when they scam every customer they get their hands onIf it wasn't for the promo code that I was able to acquire a slightly less yearly cost for a domain name because I'm a cheap ***, I would never touch this horrible institution for anythingThey sell your information as soon as they get itIn fact, it's practically automated!! Sell all customer information for more greedy corporate dollars as punishment for not paying an extortion fee to privatize it! $7.99/year for privacy protection? WHAT A RIP OFF! As an insider, I know it costs them literally NOTHING to automate an email forwarding addressNOTHINGThey are making a 1000% profit on this scam, and a 100,000% profit on selling your information if you don't buy into itYou will be slammed out the *** with automated fishing scams and phone calls from their ring leaders over seasTrust me, they will lawfully rape you to the fullest extent of their ability

Upon using Godaddy's app for my website domain name renewal, the app caused a pop up that had a confirm payment button right where I was clicking to adjust the length of renewal termI tried to cancel this renewal, and received a confirmation that the renewal was canceledI then purchased the correct length of time of year on each domain and resubmitted my renewalThe prior renewal was never canceled and I was billed twiceUpon discussing this with their customer service, I was told they would only cancel everything and give me a full refund, but that I would lose my domain namesAll I wanted was to cancel the accidental payment caused by their app's pop up payment button, but they were unwilling to cancel the extra renewal onlyI would like the $additional charge refunded and my year domain name renewal to remain for the $purchase

Godaddy defaulted to automatically renew my annual hosting package and charged me $when I didn't consentI found out they illegally charged meI've tried calling numerous times during the day window but was never able to get through to a human representative
When trying to reach them through online chat, they conveniently do not have a category for billing
They charged me for an entire year without my consent What they are doing is absolutely criminal and illegal
I was finally able to connect to a human on the 32nd dayGodaddy and the billing department (Keith, Elliot and Andrew) refused to refund the illegally renewed purchase and stated they were restricted by Godaddy policy becasue they only issue annual refunds on year hosting packages after days
Nevertheless, I stand that Godaddy is unethical and commits illegal business transactions for the charges of year services without consent and refusal for partial refund which is hidden and obstructed through their poor user interface, hidden and deceptive language and unavailability through phone calls and online chat support

I use Godaddy for hosting servicesI was happy with their service until a representative LIED to me in order to switch my hosting service to a "faster" serverI later learned from another Godaddy employee the server is NOT any faster I've had NOTHING but problems since the day I switched to CPanel I've spoken to many of their customer service reps, who are CLUESLESS on how to fix the problem THEY created I spoke to a supervisor by the name of HAYDEN JHUSTAD who PROMISED be the primary contact until all problems where resolvedWell, HAYDEN JHUSTAD refuses to return my calls or reply to my emailsHAYDEN J HUSTAD is ignoring me completely THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LIERS!!!!
The problem could EASLY be fixed if they allowed me to return to the old server WHICH THEIR SUPERVISOR HAYDEN JHUSTAD REFUSES TO DOHe, like Godaddy does NOT care about their customers!!! It's been almost MONTHS and NOTHING has been resolved

I have owned a domain for many years which I purchased through go daddy Due to personal issues, I was not able to pay the menial renewal fee this year when the time came Trying to re-purchase it today, the domain was unavailable I was on live chat with a gentleman from go daddy for close to an hour, as he acted as though he had no idea why my domain, *** would have been purchased by a guy named *** *** who lives in Anchorage, AlaskaAfter I told him it had to be scam, I was told that I could PURCHASE the domain once again -- this time for $plus 20% brokerage fee
My name and my brand was now being sold to me at a higher price This is most certainly not the way it should be.k I am not sure if there is something I can do about this, but am hoping to find out It does not seem ethical

This company makes it impossible to cancel a productThey continue to charge my credit card for website security and I don't even have a websiteThey are sneaky and I will never do business with this corrupt business ever again

So I went on line to buy a few domain names from Go Daddy I successfully bought the domain names and proceeded to checkout All of a sudden "Free Trial buttons" appeared offering various services I inadvertently, click on these buttons About days later, I noticed on my bank account a charged from Go Daddy in the amount of $ Horrified, I immediately, call my bank to report that there was a fraudulent charge to my account The bank later reversed the charged later stating that Go Daddy had provided them with screen shots of my information for these products I advised the bank that I never received an itemized invoice from Go Daddy with these charges I telephone Go Daddy and they advised me that I had clicked on the Free trial buttons at least times, and I had to opt out after days and if I didn't there was a pre-checked box with automatic one year renewal once one failed to unchecked the box The problem with that explanation is there was no visible pre-chec

Their customer service sucks! Please read the fine print on the their return policyMy SSL didn't work with my websiteSo, I called their customer serviceI was a denied a refundThey said I paid in advance, so they don't allow refundsWow, Don't buy any products from themWaste of my time and money

Always seem to be able to resolve whatever issues come up and walk you through anything you needPretty high priced, but worth avoiding the headache

I have an account with GoDaddy and on 3/26/my email products automatically renewed I was unaware that the product was set up to auto renew I did not want this to happen and did not realize it until I checked my credit card account On 4/29/I contacted GoDaddy and was told that I was days beyond the refund date The gentleman was rude in conversing with me and I asked for a supervisor This gentleman was even ruder and when I asked to speak to his supervisor he refused He stated that his supervisor's name was Joy I have been with this company for many years and in the past have been happy with their service and cannot believe that they are going to lose my business over a day period on their refund policy Their lack of concern over losing customers was unbelievable When I told them that I was going to pursue my complaint all he said was "That is certainly your prerogative
