Why would GoDaddy partner with Stripe, when Stripe has such a poor track record (see online reviews, see Revdex.com reviews)? Why would GoDaddy partner with Stripe, when stripe does not offer similar customer service standards (no contact number, no way to communicate complaints)? Why would GoDaddy partner with Stripe, when Stripe charges a chargeback fee on a transaction that is disputed (we did not have access to the information that Stripe had when Stripe gave the Green Light to proceed with the transaction)? Why would GoDaddy partner with Stripe, when GoDaddy does not seem to have the same "it's your fault for the chargeback", mentality that Stripe has?

When someone calls in to GoDaddy they can only speak with hosting support people, so I asked to speak with someone at least familiar with WordPressI was informed that they only dealt with hosting issues, not WordPress support, and that there was no higher level of supp

I recently changed my cell phone number because I was receiving harassing callsI also have Two-Step Authentication on my account with GoDaddyI didn't think anything about this when I changed my number due to harassing phone callsAfter my number changed I went to the GoDaddy website to log into my account to update my numberI was locked outThe option I was given was to fill out a form to regain accessIt had to come from the email address on my account and a copy of my IDThe problem is that my ID has expired and I can not get a new ID in time to be able to get back into my account before all my services are lostAll the work and money I have spent will be for nothingI have not been given any other optionThis means my time and money spent on their services mean absolutely nothing to them and I am at risk from losing everything

I used Goddady service two years agoI never knew my service will be renewed automatically but it was renewed last monthGoddady said they sent me email about this but I never read any of their emails
Now I understand the renewal service was set up as default without your knowledge and no paper notice sent out regarding the renewalFurther more, if you cancel you service after days of auto renewal, you will not get refund
This business practice is like a scam to me and I have seen so many people are victims of this practice
I think Goddady should stop such business practice

The selected term for domain name and term for hosting registration were set incorrectly (apparently defaulted to a higher number) on the order form during processingTHIS WAS NOT BY USER SELECTIONI wanted one year terms for all products on oder #***It defaulted after refreshing the page to years for domains and years for hostingI called after the order was placed and the rep said they can't change the order

I have been with Go Daddy since and I have always had some issues with their team of men they are hard salesmen and they are so rude and direct I called today to pay for my account and they had deleted without my knowledge Although, I had made a payment in March or April My website is being hosted on their site and I could not believe that they deleted my entire website and my email account that I had valuable information related to my business on the Go Daddy site, especially my website As a non-profit business your website has to be up at all times without any hesitation, today Go Daddy's representatives showed me their buts to kiss, because they didn't care about how I felt, because to them it's about money, not your business I would like to refund from them because I have spent lots of money with them to build the site, host the site, setting up my *** account and my SSL account, plus the per month must be reimbursed because I have to hire someone to rebuild

This is my 2nd time having a problem with godaddy with my website It's been 3days and my Statistcs are not working it keeps on saying "We are processing your data" I was told most issues are solved with in 24- It's been more then that going on days There has not been a follow up call or email they tell me they don't have a definitive date where it's going to be fixed I'm paying full price for service that I'm not able to use completely and don't know when it's going to be available I would like it fixed or at least a definitive day when it will be fixed some type of timeline

GoDaddy has no confidence in their business that they automatically set you up for a yearly renewal over a monthly renewal when there is no monetary value to do soThey then offer a hosting service that doesn't allow you to hook up to a MySQL database When I went to customer service on ways to work around it they offered nothing I will never give another cent to GoDaddy in the futureWhen I asked if I could be refunded for the yearly amount I was charged and just pay the monthly the refused that as well

GoDaddy did an automatic payment on a credit card that I don't use at all without my consent The only reason why I found out about this charge is because American Express sent me a letter about collections for unpaid bills I had no idea this charge was made because I don't use this credit card and it caused me to have to pay a late fee plus interest I did not authorize this charge from GoDaddy When I called GoDaddy to confront them about this charge they told me that they could not refund me the amount that I did not agree upon They charged my credit card without my consent and that is basically the problem here

My husband tried to cancel our website on June of Despite our attempts to cancel the website, godaddy only took down our domain name and renewed our hosting service for years Even though I have tried to cancel it after the fact, they are not allowing us to do this They say that since it is beyond their day refund period, there is nothing they can do about this We are not even year into our years but they still refuse to let us cancel This seems to be a ridiculous issue since we no longer have our business nor have a need for our website Unfortunately, I did not catch this billing error until it is beyond our credit card's ability to dispute it I am asking for your help in helping us get a refund
