My business purchased a Virtual Private Server on 11/3/at 5:29PM CST order # *** On 11/7/2016, we attempted to build a server on GoDaddy's VPS system, but it hung up for hours and would not build, kept giving errorsI immediately cancelled the server build account, then the next business day called GoDaddy for a refundThey flat out refused, told me it was against their policy to refund outside of hours, even though I attempted to contact them several times the week before and got put on hold for an hour with nobody coming to the phoneThis company and it's service is horridI have never in my years of business encountered such unprofessional-ism and lack of concern for a legitimate customer issueThey didn't even offer to give me a new server build for free as a courtesy for their first server completely failing at startupThe rep also refused to let me speak to a supervisor, but kept relaying messages from the supervisor telling me they are keeping my money

GoDaddy did an automatic payment on a credit card that I don't use at all without my consent The only reason why I found out about this charge is because American Express sent me a letter about collections for unpaid bills I had no idea this charge was made because I don't use this credit card and it caused me to have to pay a late fee plus interest I did not authorize this charge from GoDaddy When I called GoDaddy to confront them about this charge they told me that they could not refund me the amount that I did not agree upon They charged my credit card without my consent and that is basically the problem here

This company is front-running a domain I searched for a domain directly within their search and before I could complete the purchase the domain was squatted by Godaddy.com I purchased their recommended service to "reach out" to the owner of the domain I was trying to purchase not realizing it was actually Godaddy.com that is in control of the domain Godaddy attempts to extort individuals by telling them that they can buy the domain within certain parameters to only then at an inflated price offer the domain for sale From $at my initial attempt to purchase the domain, to on an offer to sell me the domain for a price of $5,from a supposed owner of the domain They state most cases can be executed between $to $2,

I have an going account with go daddy for more than years I suppose, one of the services I have subscribed for is email services, I found out that some of my email accounts has all its most of its inbox emails deleted!! when I contacted their customer service, she informed that its impossible to restore these emails, and they tried to blame me for it (by claiming I set it up to "auto purge" settings , which is like auto delete), and when I proved to the customer service rep, I didn't set this with screen shot she told me I am not a detective , I can not tell you a namewhen I tiold her that since I didn't delete it or set "auto purge" so its an error or a glitch or anything from go daddy, she refused to admit its the company's problem and didn't take responsibility for iti

On April 10th a transaction appeared on my credit card that I did not authorize in the amount of $for advertising of my web site "*** ***cis Helping HandsI did not authorize this chargeGo Daddy is a host to my website and only charge $PER YEARI went thru this last year as well where charges were charged to my credit card that I did not authorize and after battling with them they took them offBut this time they told me they tape all their conversations and I approved it over the phoneI explained that I did not and if I did it was done fraudulentlyI asked to listen to the recording and they told me I had to get a warrant to listen to MY conversationThen they told me they would send it over for internal revue and get back with me in hoursWell they did and they refused to take the charges offI have called my credit card company, Bank of America, and they are freezing the amount so I won't have to pay it until all this is doneThey charged me for adverti

GoDaddy has no confidence in their business that they automatically set you up for a yearly renewal over a monthly renewal when there is no monetary value to do soThey then offer a hosting service that doesn't allow you to hook up to a MySQL database When I went to customer service on ways to work around it they offered nothing I will never give another cent to GoDaddy in the futureWhen I asked if I could be refunded for the yearly amount I was charged and just pay the monthly the refused that as well

A year ago I purchased a domain through GoDaddy.comThe domain is *** I signed up for a one time purchase No where on the page did it state they would use my banking info to renew the next year I am 100% sure I selected the one time purchase option as I was not sure or not whether I would move forward on the business in mind
Long and behold, this year on January 9, 2018, an unauthorized charge was made to my account in the amount of $which by the way was more expensive than my original order to begin with I don't appreciate being charged without my consent I would like a full refund of immediately(further, I have used their services multiple times and never have experienced this)

Horrible Horrible Horrible serviceThey are rude, they want some person who has NO technical knowledge to be the "go between" just repeating conversations with no idea what they are talking about, then if you ask to talk to that person they will just literally transfer you back to the main numberAfter they have done this enough times to make you want to tear your hair out, they are absolutely MONSTROUS if you express ANY frustrationPlease do yourself and your physical and mental health a favor - find someone else to purchase your services through

I purchased a domain from GoDaddy on 9/28/Once I received confirmation that the purchase was completed, I bought several other domains similar to the one I had already selected to protect the url from others who might start competitive organizationsMoreover, I moved forward with business plans, branding, etcbased on the domain purchasedOn 10/29/I received notice from GoDaddy that the domain I purchased had been removed from my account without any explanationI called GoDaddy twice to enquire and, then again, to follow-upThe first customer service rep told me the registrar from which they were transferring the domain, Pheenix, informed the domain was no longer for sale and had listed it by mistakeThe second customer service rep informed it was entirely up to the other party as to whether they chose to complete the sale to meFollowing my inquiry I checked the domain and found it is, in fact, still for sale; and the price is now more than 6x what I paidClearly, these

CLASS ACTION LAW SUITE - HIGH POTENTIAL - THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS HAVE BEEN USED AND ABUSED FOR MILLIONS BY GODADDY UNFAIR AND HIGHLY UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES THAT ARE OUTRIGHT FRAUD
GoDaddy is notorious for trying to piggyback items to put into your cart I've been a customer for over years and normally watch it very closely Somehow a $order for Linux Web Hosting with cPanel wormed its way into my cart in December without my concent or knowledge The Web Hosting also auto-renewed in December for $ NEITHER CHARGE WAS AUTHORIZED
To my knowledge I did not order the service, nor did I select or request to auto-renew I specifically checked all of my domain accounts to ensure nothing was on Auto Renew The fact that I had web hosting at all was unknown to me until they updated their web portal where it is better displayed I switched to the old portal, and you would never know the product was lurking in your account unless you directly went to

I used this company to set up a website over years ago as a favor for a local organizationAfter it was completed I turned the management over to the organization which I have had nothing to do with for almost yearsA few months ago a huge charge of over $showed up on my credit card statementThese despicable crooks claimed that I authorized automatic year renewalThey also claim that they sent an email to me about only having a day refund period for cancellationsNever in a million years would I have authorized year automatic renewal if I understood it, and I didn't receive a renewal noticeThey stole over $from me and I can't do anything about it because their terms and conditions state that they can change their pricing and charges however they wantDo not agree to those terms! Stay away from these crooks! Please note that this company has positive reviews, negative reviews, and complaints yet Revdex.com gives them an A+ rating?!!!! What's up with that? Just remember those numbers if you choose to do business with these people and you get screwed

Initially spoke with a sales rep in May and based upon what was to all be part of a package for the "Premium" package I was promised many things only to find out after paying thousands and months later the things the sales rep *** said would include in my purchase price was notI have made many calls, finally was able to reach a supervisor who stated she could not provide me with even a email address for herself so I would have a point of contactIn the end she emailed me with different stories that each contradicted her statements in writing but siding with Go Daddy and found no wrongWhen asked for additional info she said I needed a subpoenaIn addition in one of her replies she stated she spoke with the sales rep about my conversation with him in May and states he said he remembered exactly what he told meI find this hard to believe as he most likely has spoken with several hundred people since yet he can remember my conversation with him? Common sense no! I ha

How does a company with negative reviews (and only positive and neutral) get an A+ rating? I attempted to end my domain name management with them today, only to be told I have to jump through numerous hoops and then contact customer service again days later (probably in hopes I will forget and they will be able to charge me)This company is completely shady not to let the customer end the relationship at the point of their choosingI've already paid through next week, so ending the relationship now would not take any money out of their pocketIt's complete fraud that they won't let you stop managing a domain when you want to! Never doing business with them againSHADY!

This is horrible! I ordered a domain name on line It came with a free Ownership protection plan When I realized it cost close to $to renew, they told me that I was outside the day period and that they would not refund my money even though they have a step authentication process and you have to call back after hours It was the holidays and I did not call within the hour period and they would not refund my money for the, "Ownership Protection" This is how they scam their customers It is horrible! Terrible customer service, I was on hold for an hour! Boomer is the person who told me to call back and supposedly the supervisor, "Hass" is the one who would not help me one bit even though my notes where in the system I was supposed to call back in December and did not until January I was actually going to transfer some other domain names to them, but not anymore

over hours of phone calls to agents and no proper assistancewe purchased an upgrade to a newer system and were assured that all data and assistance would be given to get the new system up and running we were instructed to remove old software and install new softwareupon completion we tried to reincorporate the datathe first agent was disconnected and made no attempt to recontact uslater we found out his shift ended and he just went homethe next agent stated they do not help with this at all and refused to get anyone else on the line and hung up on usthe next agent did try and assist us but was unable to resolve the issue and when we asked for a supervisor, we were xfered to the main quethe next agent declined to get us a supervisor until we re discussed the issueanother minutes later, he finally gave up and got us a managerthe manager finally gave us info that another department would have to be involved but that there is a $fee to move the data per acco

I had a account previouslyGoDaddy harassed me nonstopI let my websites lapseDecided to set one up again, paid for it using my credit card (less than $charge As soon as I registered I have received non-stop calls from GoDaddy and other companies and agencies trying to sell me goods or services I complained on-line with using the chat function Today I receive an Email asking me to send in a photo ID (I used my drivers license with license number redacted) I served years in Air Force, years a a Nuclear Security Manager, I am dumbfounded at the aggressive manner in which customers are hounded the second they pay and agree to use their service and if you fail to answer the barrage of phone calls they shut down your website with no reasonable explanation or legal basis I feel I am being discriminated against as a direct result of my lack of cooperation in answering the nuisance calls, many that they are Bottom line, I paid for the service, I am in legal complianc

Used GoDaddy.com domain buying service to purchase a domain name from existing customerSpent over $USD under the verbal guarantee that for future years the price would be $per yearAfter purchase we paid for another years of domain rightsA month later they refunded our money and said the price had gone up to $USD per yearWe waited and went back to the site and purchased online (we have screenshots of the entire chat) years of domain rights at $Four months later they refunded part but not all of the fee saying the same thing as beforeWe have screenshots of the sales agent confirming our purchase of the rights

I have been keeping a close eye on a domain name: ***", which's status is "pending delete" beforeThe whois query results showed that the domain name would be deleted and put on public market recentlyI have been tracking the domain name for several days, at the same time, I purchased "Godaddy domain backordering" of ***" to rise the success rate of registration
Until March 19, (the time zone is UTC+8, the same below), one of my friends found that ***" could be registered in GodaddyImmediately I have been noticed, I registered it in GodaddyYet strange, I haven't received any reminder from "Godaddy domain backordering" service even I had registered elm pay.com successfully, nor service had been triggered
But surprisingly, later in the day, I received an email message from Godaddy, it showed that my domain name ***" had been removed, without any reasons, nor did I receive any other notices from Godaddy, such as a phone call, etc
The

Their customer service sucks! Please read the fine print on the their return policyMy SSL didn't work with my websiteSo, I called their customer serviceI was a denied a refundThey said I paid in advance, so they don't allow refundsWow, Don't buy any products from themWaste of my time and money

I have numerous issues with godaddy and the latest being; the persona I was speaking with seemed adamant that he upgrade myssl to the latest versionI hestated and and refusedAgain he insisted that it would be a great idea to upgrade at that momentI asked , Why? again I sasked, are you on a commision or some kind of kick back, why are you pushing to upgrade right now? he said "I can get you a discount" sadly I agreed
BUT!!! what he didnt tell me was that my site (which is my primary means of subsistence and the key to my business) would go of line and completely disappear fro to hours.....WTF.....so when I finally realize I call backThis story only gets worseIt is am on Friday and I am nursing my site because in one of their so called experienced fixer / tech (JOKE) delted all my plugind and my library
