I've been with Go Daddy since They have gone downhill Big TimeThey have Very Poor Customer service the past few yearsThey have unethical business practices and sneaky pricing that they do not discloseI bought an SSL that would not appearAfter weeks I called and they said it was another $for them to install itWHY wasn't this disclosed upfront?? I would not recommend them and can hardly wait for my products to expire so I can go elsewhereAnd I'm seeing complaints regarding transferring domain namesI think a Class Action is in need here!

I purchased the URL *** and received an email from Go Daddy that it was time to renew, with a grace period During the grace period, I tried to renew four times, but each time, there was a problem with Go Daddy adding extra charges, locking the charges on, and receiving help from their online support teamThe extra charge was for privacy, but Go Daddy put some type of LOCK on it so that I could not remove the extra charge without speaking to a chat person, and both times the chat person left me hanging for so long that I had to leave and go to workThe fourth time, I received an email from Go Daddy saying they tried to charge my card to renew it, but couldn't because I had a new card, so I went immediately to the website and a customer rep named Chino came on but didn't reply after I wrote "hello" a couple of times, so actually it was the fifth time when I disconnected, reconnected, and got David P I went through the same thing, with the extra charge locked onto my p

I have upgraded my hosting early on July and the NIGHTMARE startedThe websites would not show, or would point to some different business, or shown as parked
Also every few days an old version of the site was uploaded (so I would have to have my developers CONTINUOUSLY UPDATE) as GoDaddy would upload Mar 18, version! IMAGINE THAT!
And when you would call them they would try to sell you maleware and SSL (even though I had both) and I was a subject to telemarketing twice a week
I can't trust GoDaddy as the issues continuedI have now transferred my services to a different hosting and all of the sudden (SHOCK!) EVERYTHING WORKS!
I also want to take my domain names as GoDaddy is tampering with them but I am getting :
"Transfer domain away from GoDaddy (disabled)
Transfer available on 18-09-05"
Holding me hostage for days from the purchase meaning causing CONTINUOUS SEVERE DAMAGE TO MY BUSINESS
I am tired of my sites being shown as 'parked' or show steaks

Godaddy charged my account a renewal fee in July of I called to get a refund but they told me that it's been over days since the renewal in MayI told them that I was charged in July not MayI told them that if my card was charged in May, I would have called then for a refund The supervisor told me that there was a systems problem that affected lots of people so they had to charge the accounts in JulyWell This is not my fault or my problemI called within the day billing period and feel that I deserve a full refund

I paid GoDaddy $2,to design a personal website host and maintain it
After a long and effortful process in which I provided my desired website specification both in writing and in a phone call, they sent me a website that explicitly ignores my instructions and includes features that I requested to avoid
They offered to revise the website, however, that would take even more time and effort from me, and they already demonstrated that they could not follow my instructions
I demanded a refund, and they offered me only $out of $2,claiming that they have already put 80% of the work inHowever, their work has nothing to do with what I requested

They don't give us chance to fix copyright problem
And we don't know who uploaded these videos, cause we just a video website like youtubeThe users can upload what they might like
When we saw the email, then we found the whole server is already shut down
I sent emails and call them again and again , but no response
This behaviors looks like robbery
If they got any information with problem content or behaviors
We are happy to remove these contents even the whole site permanently and add pending system
Let it never happen againBut it not a right way to shutdown whole server without any notification

Charged me for Auto renewal for a service I didn't authorize which they said was a default setting on everyones account Both times I used their service I manually added in my renewal Haven't used this account in over two years Found charges last month of and without my authorization when I called they told me it was a default setting witch I have to turn off If you go on their settings, you can't even turn the setting off or delete you credit card because it's set up for auto-renewal by default Seems like it's done on purpose to confuse and frustrate the customer they also told me they couldn't refund me the amount because it's been over five days Not enough time since you don't see the charges on your account till you get your credit card statement a month later

Hi, I purchased months worth of a firewall service that will not work with my websites due to the way I have the sites builtI understand that this service will work for some people but it will not work for our website users due to us having password protected pages on the firewallI have a half a dozen support tickets acknowledging this

I tried to cancel my account in 2017, but the agent speaking to me convinced me it was a good idea to keep the account and offered me a deal to continue my services through them I didn't touch my account since and I was not planning on renewing
Apparently, my account was set to auto renewal and in March they tried to pull money from a bank account that was closed over a year ago Per the collection agency that claims to be used by GoDaddy, the bank denied payment and this created the charge to then be collected by the collection agency
I was on the phone with godaddy and customer service manager stated that they show the payment was accepted by the bank and they do not use a collection agency They suggested I contact my old bank
