We noticed Monday A.M(9/19/16) that we weren’t receiving emailsI called in & spoke with someone who said an error was made in the migration process & she would switch the DNS to be 'pointed to Hosted Exchange' instead of *** ***She said the change would take effect in 24-hours & there was nothing she could do to expedite, even though we are a web-based business & were losing business by the minute
Tuesday A.M(9/20/16) I didn’t see any resolution & decided to call inThankfully I did because the rep told me that although the DNS had been changed to *** Exchange, the settings were wrong
Tuesday through Wednesday A.M(9/21/16) we noticed that a lot of our emails were being bouncedTo give Go Daddy the benefit of the doubt we called the recipients to see if corrections needed to be made to their addressesSince they were correct I called Go Daddy & was told there was an SPF issue that should have been fixed when I called in the first ti

I did not select auto renewal for my website domainThey apparently have a five day policy for cancelling domains; however, that is from the day the bill it, but it is definitely not the same day my credit card was chargedIn fact, when my credit card was charged without my consent, I called Go Daddy to get a refund, but because it was not in the five day window based on when they "billed it" they refused to do anythingThey would not even take the credit card off file despite me informing them that it is not my credit card any longerThey also increased the price and did not consult me to verify I still wanted the domain at that price

I do NOT want Godaddy to charge me for a year of one of their productsI want to be charged by the month
They charged me for year of GoCentral for July and August
I asked for a refund on months for the product in July
I called Godaddy in July and asked them NOT to do this for August
I said I was not able to set the account to charge by the month on my end
They do NOT do what I asked and they overdrew my credit union accountI was charged $by the credit union for this

I've had domain names with godaddy On March 4, I attempted to log in to both emails and got a message which basically told me that my email address and password did not match their records and referred me to a link that would help me reset my password I went to the link but it was not helpful I called the customer assistance number and was told that they did not have a record of one of my domain names on my account They found one but couldn't find the other They asked me for a cr and digit code to identify me I gave the the only cr I had but it only covered one domain site I don't know what the digit code is and they told me without that they couldn't help me Remember it's been years ago that I registered with godaddy Our office has moved times in that period and I've been unable to locate my original file I have emails from godaddy in my email Of course I can't get to them because I can't access my email They never

I’m having a hard time canceling the product that I purchase from themWhen I’m given the option for tech support the sales department picks upThen I’m told they do everythingThen why have a tech support option? I attempt to log into my account one time and was told online that my account is locked due to to many attemptsI call godaddy to work out this issue and find out the reason behind itI was told by the sales rep or whoever they call themselves that the do not know how many attempts it takes to lock an account nor do they have access to the domainBasically there’s not use for the tech support or salesLet’s just call them reps! All I got from this is a bill and useless informationNot to mention the attitude because I asked to many questionsAt this point I am very worried about my bank account and will no longer look for services from godaddy“Easy” should be noted as advertising on there behalfThe two step security with all the right codes have mad this a very difficult and frustrating taskIt is taking a lot long to cancel then to buyI wonder why! I would leave zero stars due to the payment of services non rendered!

Godaddy charged my credit card without contacting me or informing me till after the factI contacted customer service an informed the I will not renew my service with them and want a refund, he promised that they will do thatNever didMy contract expired on May 27, and godaddy chrged my credit card on May 14,then sent me an email on May 16, to inform me with the chargesTried to solve the matter with the credit company but again godaddy claim that I have a year contract which I do not

I was without my per;mission auto billed for a large renewal packageThe money was suddenly taken from my linked bank accountI requested a full refund over multiple calls for the past month and followed all the instructions they said I needed to do to get my money refunded and accounts closed, and they still have not refunded me the money and always find an issue unresolvedThey said I need to verify that my domain name was not a business for my protectionI notified them it was for personnel use and not a registered businessThey still said there department did not receive this email notice twiceI have spent hours of time talking to them on the phone

I have been a customer since the late 80sYou are not training your customer service people correctlyYour supervisor was even worseI have lost time, money, and peace of mind due to technical glitches that are a part of your business
MX records working on other email forwards that I got from you as a result of purchasingYou did not fulfill your responsibility

I own several domains with GoDaddy as my registrarI no longer have access to a GoDaddy account, but still own the domainsThe domains have my full name, address, telephone #, etc in the whois registryI asked Godaddy to assist me with moving the domains to a new registrar and they have refusedThey claim that I have to provide a copy of a business license or pin# to a paid account to get them to release my domainsThe domains are not registered to a businessWhen I registered the domains, I entered an unincorporated social club name in the "organization" name blockThis is NOT a business
Godady is using these arbitrary rules to avoid releasing my domains for moving

On March 28, I purchased multiple domains from GoDaddy.com including kaittyler.comI added the secrutiy option to all domains which protects your personal information with encryption and 'dump' emails and business addressesWhen I went to check out, it was suggested to me by GoDaddy that I also purchase kaittyler.us to protect the integrity of kaittyler.comSince purchasing my GoDaddy domains I have been harassed with at least phone calls a day by third party phishing companies trying to "set up my website' for meI finally realized that the only 'new' thing I had done with my business was purchase those domains last week
I called GoDaddy customer service today to ask how my personal information was given out and they explained that the privacy protection was not available for my kaittyler.us domain- so all of my information was public and that was why I was getting the callsI asked them to refund me for the .us domain because of this issue and was told that their policy wa

GoDaddy is my DNS (Domain Name Service)Even though I had already renew my subscription for years, I was contacted by that organization telling me that it was time to renew my subscription They misled me and they charged my credit card for $and with this amount my subscription according to them my subscription has been extended to the year I am a senior years old and I doubt that I will be alive in that yearI had long conversations with two agents of GoDaddy and both alleged that their system does not allow to issue a refund for the subscription period to To renew my subscription until the year is I believe unethical and illegal since they knew that my subscription covered me until the year

I purchased Office product thru Godaddy and was told in clear terms that I had until Oct11, to cancel and get a refundThere was NO mention of any kind of a fee for termination of the purchase when I signed upI terminated the agreement this morning and and was told that there will be a $fee for "migration" of the dataI had not heard this term before and was not told about this feeSo, I asked to speak with the supervisor"Bob" introduced himself as supervisor and did not have any clue what I was talking about or at least that was his position - - ignoranceThat is a very deceptive business practice and Godaddy should be ashamed of doing thisI have been a prepaid customer (having paid for years in advance) and am shocked to be treated like this

I called in for email settings to connect a new computer to email
I was advised of a new and better email plan
To get there I had to upgrade to a intermediate plan (POP to IMAP), and was told to not use till it was then upgraded from IMAP to ExchangeI complied
Following the conversion period, the representative (tyler) said the conversion was taking longer than expected (he said I had a lot of data to move) But said to begin using the service and later the rest of the data would complete movingNo data was ever moved, and subsequent attempts to work with Tech Support (at Tylers request) were unsuccessfulThey believe there was never any email to migrate (contrary to what Tyler said)
Nick said to do a day restore, and if that fails then a day restore with DNS
Sean (July 13) says a day restore with DNS wond help, and during that time frame email received will be lost (which is opposite the answer I got from nick when asking the same question)
No consistance be

I have all of my domain names registered with GodaddyWhen it is time to renew, they do not tell you the number of years that you are renewing for, It is not put into the email they send youIt is not available on their web siteIf you have automatic renewal, they bill you for as many years as they want and then tell you that you can not lower the number of yearsAVOID doing business with themThey are sleazy, dishonest and not forthcomingAny honest business would tell you the total they are selling you when they send you a renewal reminderAn honest business would also display the number of years of renewal with the domain name information and make it easy to changeNOTE: There are almost complaints against them and take warningDO NOT do business with themThey are a rip off Why they have an A+ rating with the Revdex.com is beyond my comprehension

Representative at godaddy changed my contact email address without my consent or knowledge therefore I did NOT receive a reminder email that one of my domains was expiringNow godaddy wants to extort $from me to recover my domain because of their mistakeOh and before someone at godaddy replies that I changed my email...there is zero chance I would do that since I not only have had that email address for 15+ yearsI have that email at almost every address i.eyahoo, hotmail, live, gmail, sbcglobal, comcast, charter, at&t, even at a domain I have with godaddy with the same nameThere is, and I repeat NO WAY I would have changed my email with godaddyIt simply isn't possibleSo since this is something godaddy did without my knowledge or consent I BEAR NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT! They should not only renew my domain without the $recovery fee, they should renew it for free as compensation for the inconvenience their error has caused meOh but wait that is something on

I canceled Godaddy website hosting several years agoI continued to get charged, so I canceled again on January 21, I have the cancelation email from 1/21/ As I had previously cancelled service, my January charge was refundedI received an email on January 21, 2018, confirming that my service was canceledMy earlier cancelation attempt was confirmed in an old email address that I no longer have access toAgain, I do have access to the 1/21/cancelation confirmation from godaddy.comOn July 28, 2018, I received an email stating that my service would be automatically renewed on 1/4/ I signed in and saw that my service was indeed set to automatically renew on 1/4/I called and the customer service representative confirmed that the service was set to renew 1/4/even though I had previously canceled serviceHad I not called, I would have been automatically charged for the service that I had canceled twice beforeI believe that I have been receiving charges

I have a sub-domain with godday and many other service, each time I speak with a rep, I was told to purchase a wild-card SSL (was never interested)After many and numerous email and call I decided to buy the SSL and the agent walk me through the process of setting it up and getting started, after about days I call back and spoke with anther rep, who told me that the setup was incomplete and have to do it again, by then I was out of the office and said I will call back when with my laptopI called the following day and spoke with Tom who is the worst ever rep I have ever talk to, no technical ability and rude, no empathy or sympathy, he have no ideal what am talking about and bluntly to me on the phone 'I CANT HELP YOU' and was eager to process my refundDue to lack to good service I decided to speak with a supervisor who in return also have no technical knowledge and does not care, she decided to process my refundI never wanted

On my credit card bill, there showed up a charge to DNH*GODADDY.COM *** AZ, transaction date 4/18/16, posting date 4/19/16, reference # for $ I NEVER authorized this charge, I was divorced in 2014, and apparently, my xhusband was at one time an authorized user on my credit card When I called GoDaddy today to ask them to remove the charge, that I don't have or want this domain name that my xhusband charged, they refused to remove the charge They told me that I should talk to my xhusband and have him change credit cards on their account and that's the only way they'll refund me I feel like this is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous and he and I have no communication what-so-ever This is not a good solution and I'm being penalized for his fraudulent charge on MY credit card for something I have nothing to do with All I want is them to remove the charge from my credit card, and remove me and completely disassociate me with their company ASAP!

In Mid December of I had gotten several emails from Go Daddy that I needed to pay a fee to keep my domain name active I logged in to my account numerous times to pay the fee and could not find a domain name registered to me that would allow me to pay the feeWhile this was happening my web site went downI called Go Daddy and began working with MrLance Hewitt After much research he was able to find my domain name, I paid the fee and the site went back upWhile we were working on the domain name issue I told Hewitt my current web host was no longer going to host sites and that I needed another hostI was petitioned by Hewitt to allow Go Daddy to host my site and we began to set that up During the process, that took over three weeks and many, many hours of my time, I was told by Hewitt what to do, every step of the way and followed every instruction Supposedly the site was migrated and a

I reserved urls several years ago on GoDaddyAfter time went by, I didn't check that email oftenApparently they sent a notice that my urls would renew for yearsI didn't realize this was happening (mid Jan 2018)I called weeks later (early Feb 2018) and requested a cancelation and pro-rated refund, which they refused because it was against their policy
Even now, I cannot tell which products are on auto-renewI get so many notices to upgrade or go back and renew urls I canceled in the past, it's very difficult to weed through all of their notes to see which ones relate to something I care aboutAnd I am afraid to unsubscribe because there are two urls I really do need to keep
The upgrades and scare tactics are very obvious; the fine print to cancel is very smallAnd you are locked in to a multi-year renewalThe company relies on customers forgetting about their auto-renewal products so they can make more moneyAnd, since they don't accept emailed customer service r
