My name is Dr***Cr ***I've been with Go-daddy for over yearsI've been a happy customerI've spoken well about Go Daddy to friends, family, and business associatesI purchased an SSL Certificate from Sharon C on 09/06/on or around 1:p.meastern timeAfter purchasing the certificate she stated I must sign on to give Go-Daddy permission to installI followed her directiveWe talked about the changes with ***I asked her how long would it take to have it installedShe said one-hourI explained to her I have a major launch on FridayI didn't want my site showing not secureThis would be quite embarrassingI then stated is what else should I do? Does this included configuration? She said yesIt will take about an hourI pulled up my site around 9:p.mThis didn't occurI spoke to Dino around 9:p.mHe explained this was incorrectI requested his supervisorI spoke to MattMatt and I talked for about minutesI requested to hear the conversationThis is not possibleI understand but she stated configuration was includedI requested his bossMatt stated he doesn't have a bossHe wants to solve the problemHe wanted me to pay to solve the problemExcuse me Matt "Sharon stated everything would be taken care including configuration why should I pay when this was stated." I don't know what was statedOkay, go back and listen to the call SirI talked about the importance of trainingHe mentioned writing up a ticket etc..We used the example of buying a car We talked about buying a carThe salesman (Go Daddy) stated the car can go miles an hourYou buy the car (me)You drive the carIt doesn't go miles an hourYou take it back (Go Daddy)He can't charge you more money when you were told it would go miles an hour She or he can but it would be unethicalWe agreedHere is the problemOne hour was a lieIncluding configuration was a lieMatt stating he doesn't have a boss deceptionAsking a consumer to pay for something promised is unethical, shady, fraudulent, unscrupulousPlease go back and listen to the callsYou will find my statements trueI was appalled when requested to pay for something promisedThis has been very disheartening to meI know I was deceived, mislead, and hoodwinkedI have faith your investigation will validate everything stated in this missiveI look forward to having this issues resolved in a timely mannerI hope this does not cause any ramifications on my account

I have been with been a customer of Godaddy since 2001!! I remember when their customer service was top notch and they did try to give you their best serviceThe past few months I have noticed a decrease in fair serviceGetting good service is so inconsistent with Godaddy these daysI spent over hours trying to migrate a site from SiteGround to GodaddyGodaddy sent me videos and information on how to do it, however when I followed step by step instructions it still failedThey suggested that I pay for a migration at $to get my site transferredI purchased their migrationLater after they said "migration is complete", the site looks nothing like it use to look likeI called to complain and they said "Migration is only to migrate the contents (files)"Then they told me that by purchasing the migration, I agreed to the AS IS NO GUARANTEES policy in their fine printThis is what an actual Supervisor told meHe told me,"You have two options": A"Pay for the premium service" OR B"Do the work yourself"The simple effort of taking my files that I zipped to them and putting them into my account is pretty much the same place I was to begin with
Here is a great analogy of their service that they provided:
Let's say your cars transmission messed up so you call a tow truck to pick up your carYou watch the car being carried away by the tow truckWhen the car arrives, it is in a thousand piecesThe tow truck driver says,"I got your car back to you, there were no guarantees that it would arrive in one piece and there are no refunds"Next he tells you that he can put it back together for a "PREMIUM SERVICE CHARGE (godaddy)"I don't know about you but this should be illegal, no matter how many pages of fine print you want to hide behind

9/29/5:20PM Cameron, SupervisorCameron started the call by telling me that there is nobody to file complaint to; that Go Daddy does ‘not’ have a complaint process and he was my only source Cameron told me that he was there to field all complaints and would speak to every rep who assisted me in the process He then continued by asking me to explain the issues/situation and I did I mentioned the conversations as per the logged calls and that the first two women and the one I just spoke with were very helpful and knowledgeable but on the other calls the reps continued to assure me the folders were going to be restored and that everything would be fine yet none took the time until Emily to actually discover that they were no longer on the server I also explained that on one of the calls (though not logged I believe it was Josh or Alic) the rep continued to insist that someone had to be stealing my password at each new reset and deleting my folders.) I explained as on every ca

On October 25, 2016, I made a Domain Backorder Auction purchase of $to have first bid on an expired domain name GoDaddy would automatically make a $bid on my behalf, but there was no specific date of when the auction would take place GoDaddy did send me email updates, leading up to the auction On Oct30th, I received an update that the domain name servers had been changed from NSand NSSedoParking.com to Nand NDomainControl.com On Oct31st, the update said the domain name servers changed from Nand NDomainControl.com to NSand NSSedoParking.com! On Nov6th, there was a Old Client Delete, Renew, Transfer and Update Prohibited and New Client Delete, Transfer, Update Prohibited On Nov19th, I was notified that the domain name I backordered, was now listed for Auction at GoDaddy.com The email stated that my bid was made and I would be notified, if I were outbid On November 29th at 12:pm EST, I was notified by email, that I had been outbid and ha

Domain *** is setup under account belonging to *** ***Customer passed away years agoApparently Domain has paypal agreement with my paypal informationMy paypal account was billed $USD for year renewal for a website that doesn't exist and a customer that is deceasedI contacted Godaddy and they said since my email address is on file for the notifications, that I am out of luckI couldn't access that customers Godaddy information to disable the renewal - the emails ended up in Spam and I was out of town for a week for a funeralAlso why was it renewed for years? The rep wanted to make things right as I've been a godaddy client for over years with numerous domains and services, but the supervisor rejected his attempt to simply credit one of my other domains at Godaddy (PcComputerGuy.com or IndyVoIP.net) with the timeThis poor service is going to be the reason I transfer my numerous domains off Godaddy and inform my clients using godaddy services to d

The UX and UI are absolutely terrible Nothing feels streamlined, they charge for stuff you can get for free on other platforms, the support is largely unhelpful I really don't understand how they are still in businessI have never once had a client that used godaddy and everything went smoothlyThey should change or go out of business

Go Daddy originally was a great company to do business withAt some point this business appears to have lost interest in customer support and satisfactionI had a compliant with this company recently as they began charging for every e-mail profile created instead of the bulk cost for up to profiles
Now, in confusing their "Personal Website Builder" with the Website builder needed to maintain my business website, my site is now complete gone and cannot be restoredI have tried to minimize any interactions I must have with Go Daddy while still maintaining my website and business profile, but now that I have completely lost my website, I am down to just domain registration with companyI will rebuild my site on another, more modern platform and for less money
At least they were kind enough to refund what I paid for their "Personal Website Builder" when they found I wasn't using itMy last review for this company was rebutted by "someone" at Go Daddy, as this one probably will beHowever, I cannot emphasize strongly enough to businesses just starting out, search elsewhereYou need to establish key elements of your business foundation, like your web presence, with a company that cares about you and that you can trustThat is NOT this company

So I have been working with GoDaddy for a month getting a new website developedI call and ask for a status update I hear nothing for days (no call back when any other time I get a call the same day) and then I get an "email" from the developer I was working with telling me she is "not going to start building" the site until she has "everything"In over emails I sent everything that was requested and even more when it was requestedSO now I have to wait WEEKS more (OR FIND ANOTHER BUSINESS AND FIGHT TO GET MY MONEY BACK FROM GODADDY) to get the siteIn the meantime, they are about to get paid a second time and HAVE NOT CREATED OR EVEN STARTED! IN WEEKS THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING FOR ALL THE MONEY I PAID TO THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have paid them OVER $2,AND THEY HAVE NOT DONE A THING!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THIS WAS THE WORST DECISION I COULD HAVE EVER MADE!!!!!

I have been a godaddy customer for over years The company used to be the best in domain hosting etc and has now become a joke compared to it's former self You can no longer get any help from godaddy with any issues All they do is send email instructions and ask you to pay for even the smallest help when this used to be included Basic help is non existent Take your business else where

GoDaddy.com has been charging my credit card for a monthly (auto renewed) subscription of $since without my consentI do not own or have a web domainI do not even know what this isThis website apparently hasn’t even been up and running for over a yearI called Godaddy.com and they said they could not help meThe transaction did not look fraudulentThey were not very helpful and the man I spoke with was very rude

GoDaddy product sales promises 24/tech support and promises if GoDaddy isn’t able to fix the issue it will go directly to the source to get the answersGoDaddy LiesGoDaddy abandons it’s customers and misrepresents its support capibiliesShame on GoDaddy

The company lured me in with an offer for a cent domain name, it found the domain was available, and offered to sell it to me for centsin the shopping cart the price was now I contacted support, who told me to check the promo code in the URL, and use it to get the offerThe promo code in the URL and the one what was applied in the shopping cart were identical (***)in the shopping cart, the code is only for 20% off of I believe this is bait and switchThe customer service agent kept informing me that there was nothing else he could do

Today I tried to transfer all of my domains to my new registrarI contacted GoDaddy and chatted with an online tech to make sure I was doing everything properlyAfter I followed all of the steps and requested the transfers, I approved them with my new registrar and paid the feesThen I started receiving denials from GoDaddy, stating the I must wait another days to transfer because I made changes to my accountThe changes I made were requested by GoDaddy, as well as required per business purposes, including updating the email address and name and credit card for billing purposes
I called and spoke with Jessica who advised me to submit my request for them to be unlocked so that I can proceed with the transfer and avoid having to renew my domains with GoDaddy (which would also occur within the same days lock down)This is an unscrupulous practice that can be removed by GoDaddy per their discretion and is not an ICANN requirementI have had many bad experiences with GoDa

Today, 01-20-at 12:PM every product I have with Godaddy stopped working due to an expired SSL certificate for their cpanel ***
I have spent over hours on the line being transferred from department to department being told that it would be an additional $for me to use a service is that is paid through 11-Godaddy has violated their 99.9% service uptime guarantee and when I ask to speak to a manager I get my call put back into the endless call queue just to speak to another rep

In I spoke with a sales rep at GoDaddy about renewing my website accountI was convinced then to purchase a store (shopping cart) to add my website, in order to make it work better I paid by credit card and was led to believe that my website account would be up-to-date and good to goWhat the sales rep failed to explain when she sold me the store feature, was that my website itself was about to expireBecause my website was inactive for months, the next time I went to post something on my website, it was no longer activeI found out GoDaddy had deleted my website due to non-payment Of course this surprised me since I believed I had already paid for the renewalI believe I was misguided, and misinformed, and charged for a service (the store) that would soon be useless without a functioning websiteI’ll admit that I overlooked some notifications to renew because I assumed I had already taken care of it with the GoDaddy agent who took my payment Anyway, GoDaddy deleted my

I replied to an email about cancelling the renewing of the annual service and was still charged the fee I have talked to people now to get my money back but it has exceeded their day policy by days They continue to tell me they will not refund the money because they can't over days I have explained that they can but choose not to In the course of different calls, they did cancel my service but still refused to refund the money Now they have my annual fee and I have NO Service at all What kind of business practice allows a company to keep your money and refuse to turn on the service or give me my money back They can't have both Go Daddy is a racket if I ever saw one and the worst customer service I've ever seen The worst part is, when I called for my refund, the gave me the one fee immediately with no problem Very cooperative in cancelling service also but not proactive to say something about they still won't refund the annual so you will have paid us

On February 20, I paid $to GoDaddy for web hosting serviceAfter that, I asked them to cancel my order and asked them refund money
But they said they can not refund the money because it passed days period
I thought I have to use their web hosting service to utilize my already paid money of $
When I request to use the already paid money to web hosting service, surprisingly, they said I have to pay again because the payment of $was lost because of cancelling
I never experienced canceling make my paid money to disappear completely
I just want to make use of the paid money of $

A website that hosted by your company www.voterrecords.com I have contacted this website by email and they have replied by email refusing to remove a profile of me that has my name and address on their website

I opened a trial account with Go Daddy- Jan It was a special price trial offer The credit card I used to purchase this was used without my consent to renew Go Daddy has refused to refund meI didn't even receive a receipt for one of the charges They are not a customer friendly company I have never experienced such poor customer service

GoDaddy's hour refund policy is unrealistic and designed to fraudulently trap people into unauthorized credit card charges I signed up for a domain name years ago and sold the business years ago At the time I sold the business, this included all domain names which were transferred to the new owner I just received a charge for $on my credit card and thought it was fraud and cancelled my credit cardI was then charged again on my new card When I tried to contest the charge directly with GoDaddy they said that I was outside their refund period and I selected auto renewal years ago I was told I have no recourse I am paying $for a domain name that I have no legal right to simply because I didn't call them within their hour dispute period
