Taylor Replacement Window Reviews (2710)

We have been a customer of GoDaddy for years (including our other businesses) Our company has decided to move our email hosting to another company because we wanted more integrated features We have paid for our renewal with GoDaddy until on November I was advised that we can cancel our account with them but they will not credit us back the money we paid through I think that this policy is OUTGRAGEOUS, INCREDULOUS! They are holding on to our money for services that they are not rendering I was advised that we can cancel anytime but was not advised that if we do not cancel our renewal with them within days, we will not get any credit back Unfortunately for me, I cancelled our email with them more than days It is only 2017, so I will be paying for a service that I have paid for through If you are thinking about going with GoDaddy, DON'T Consider going to GSuite c/o Google

We have had a domain name website and E-mail addresses with Go Daddy for over years and my E-mail ([email protected]) address has been compromised and after calling in numerous times and having to wait a long time to speak to someone about me having to change my E-mail password every day and was told that I had malware on my computer however: Geek Squad diagnosed my computer for over hours and did not find a virus and or malware I do not understand why after all these years my E-mail address is being compromised my thought was having to pay Go Daddy for the Domain Name, Hosting and E-mail addresses this Service Disable Veteran Owned Business MFG Reps would be protected from this kind of spoofing based on my computer does not have a Virus and or Malware the money is paid to Go Daddy for provided services that are now compromised

GoDaddy can no longer support forwarding URL'sI have worked with them for more than years and since they upgraded their site, the forwarding URL's add garbage when they transferie *** the url adds these crazy letters to the end of the url, *** which makes it return a error codeI have forwarding URLsNow broken URL'sThey say they can't fix it so I was forced to move them to another companyNow, if I total up all the the unused fees I paid (since some of the url's are renewed for several years) it is $It's not in their policy to refund it, even though they can't deliver what I purchasedThey are not telling customers their system is broke, they just let you find out on your own and continue to pay for something they can't deliverThis is the only time I have ever had a problem with GoDaddy and I'm so thankful, I didn't loose more money

It has been very painful dealing with GoDaddyThey force users to autorenew products and have draconian rules that make it impossible to get refunds for products that one did not intent to autorenewThey are ruthless, and each time you call to resolve an issue a) they create a new one, and b) they try to sell you more stuff, without addressing your initial issuesI never had so much frustration with a high tech company before

In January I ordered a domain and hosting services from GoDaddy, cr *** email address ***The last digits of the card charged were *** with a billing address of ** *** ** Oxford, OX6PEI cancelled this order days later, via telephone after no less than minutes on hold and being transferred and disconnected and calling back, etcI was told the account would be cancelled and closedDespite this, I was being charged monthly, sometimes twice monthly, for services I had cancelled and was not usingIn addition, certain charges were charged to the account that I had NEVER approved in the first place and never received a receipt or invoice forI have attempted to call GoDaddy times and have been transferred and disconnected all three timesMy inability to resolve the problem and have the illegal charges removed is why I have decided to file a Revdex.com Complaint

Godaddy is a disreputable companyBeware of them adding products to your cartThey will over charge you and getting it refunded is time consumingI have had the run around from them and conflicting answers from there employeesThe supervisor accused me of 'only hearing what I wanted to hear' from my bank and that my bank gave me information
I will never feel comfortable using Godaddy again and find them so distrustful that I feel I will need to cancel my credit card for a new card number that they will not have had access to

I had purchased a website builder service and e-commerce store from GoDaddy I had multiple issues with the service that I had called them for I was interested in upgrading my service, if need be to get the desired service She told me that if I cancelled, I would have to "start from scratch" I had weeks worth of work into my website I found it very frustrating that the person who took the call was, essentially, the only person I could speak with about my complaint She told me I could speak with a Supervisor, but that person would only answer to her performance I had expressed my dissatisfaction with the service and mentioned, if their suggestions didn't fix the issues, I would then cancel I asked the representative how long I had to cancel She stated days I asked her when that would be and she told me I had until May 25th to cancel I was getting nowhere with the use of this website and decided to cancel and not run it until the 25th When I signed onto my acc

Each year they send an email regarding renewalsEach year you have to enter your online account to accept or notEach year your password won't workEach year you have to call them to remedy(Or else they will bill you.)
This year, after days of phone calls, emails, etc, they switched it up and wouldn't even make it possible for me to enter into my own accountThe real scam is that they won't even let you cancel your account unless you can access your accountSo I will now have to contact my bank to cancel the payments

I changed my checking account last year and inadvertantly failed to update my GoDaddy account I received a renewal notic email from GoDaddy in November informing me that my domain had been automatically renewed You an imagine my confusion when I received a collection notice, yes collection notice, right before Christmas I called GoDaddy and they advised me they use a vendor (Certegy Check Services Inc) to collect money from check accounts I never received any communication from this company at all They simply sent me to a collection agency and I had to figure it all out on my own I closed my account with GoDaddy as I have no desire to work with a company that choices their vendors with no apparent regard to how they treat customers Google now has my business and will forever
When I called to cancel my account they were more than happy to close it for me, no questions asked Apparently they have so many clients they don't care about the ones they lose

I purchased a website, URL, and email package from godaddy a few years ago I have renewed it annually with no problems This year I went to renew, and while I was a few days late, it said I could still renew I noticed the URL wasn't on my list for renewals I called in after I renewed the website and email and was told that I had cancelled the URL several weeks prior I did NOT cancel the URL because it's for a customer of mine who I handle the website I told them I needed the URL back and they told me there was nothing they could do I am now in a bind from Godaddy because my customer wants their website back up and I cannot deliver I am not sure what happened with the URL or why their system shows I cancelled it but I would not have cancelled it, and no one else has my username or password to access my Godaddy account

godaddy must pay for A+ rating with Revdex.com because they have positive reviews and negativeand complaintsCustomer service reps are disrespectful and incompetenttheir hold times are outrageous, even if you opt into having them call back when a rep is available, you still end up being on hold for 5-minutesmy issues were never resolved, and I got told something different every time I called backsaver your time and moneygodaddy use to be a good company, but obviously they got bought outsucks!

I recently hired Godaddy Professional Web Services to build me a simple page website on *** This process has been an absolute nightmare as nothing conveyed to the "project manager" passed on correctly to the "build team" Not having consumers being able to converse with the people actually building the sight is not working I am now a week over due on this build and in the amount of time I have had to spend on phone calls I could have done this myself When I first spoke to Jerry we talked about how I wanted the site to look He took notes and passed them on to the builders The builders just copied my old website and did nothing of what Jerry and I discussed Jerry was just as confused by this as well Jerry then told me it would be another week for the updates to be done I couldn't wait and contacted a supervisor who was able to expedite the build I got an email the day it was to be complete saying the site was done and ready to be published Reviewing the si

We called GoDaddy to ask questions about renewal times and amountsThe man there looked at my and my husband's websites and said that there were items out of placeHe then said that he fixed those out of place itemsAfter we hung up, we looked, and my husband's web site was GONEIt's just gone and in it's place are parts of my website My poor husband has no web site since early July! It's killing him and his businessGoDaddy still has not fixed itWe've been working with them and they admitted that their guy was supposed to have saved a backup point before changing stuff(We never asked for any changes.) We don't know how to work with websitesWe have never gone in to change anything since we got them They are saying a supervisor is looking into it and that he has two other cases ahead of us But it's been WEEKS with out our life line Please, help us

On 2/I saw on my credit card account (ends in 001) a charge for $from Godaddy dated 1/I called the GoDaddy Customer Service number and was told that this was a monthly maintenance fee for a web site called *** I have never heard of this website beforeI was further told that this was an ongoing maintenance fee that had been charged to my credit card account since August of I disputed thatRather than give me an immediate credit the representative told me to call my credit card company American ExpressI did, asked them to dispute the charge, and had them verify that no other monthly charges have been billed to my accountThe representative said he could only refund the $within two days of a billing; frankly, this refund policy, particularly when the charge is erroneous, is outrageousMost people, including me, do not look at their credit card on a daily basisI believe GoDaddy at best is guilty of poor customer service by providing erroneous

When I signed up for my email three year extension I knew I would be canceling it down the roadThe personI was talking with at the time assured me I could cancel my contract anytime and be refunded the unused portionI didn't think anything of it because this person was giving me a credit back to my credit card because the company took it upon themselves to do an automatic renewal on another service I was using of theirsSo why would it be any different with this situation, the person did not tell me I would not get a credit back to my credit card but a credit back to my go Daddy accountThey forgot to mention this one little thingSo I believe I was not told the whole truth with what would happen with my credit once I cancel the email serviceI would like a credit back to my credit card for the balance still owed me

Myself and Mr *** *** purchased a domain name for Godaddy in Everything was fine until Jan I received and email from Godaddy that my account information had been changedI tried to logged into my account but login information and pin had been changedMy web site became inaccessible because my domain name was turned offAlso the same day dollars was taken from my PayPal account I called Godaddy and they informed me I need to write ***@godaddy.com to change everything backThey informed me there was a issue with the domain nameI said my account may have been hacked, but the said no it was not hacked but under reviewI said how can you place my domain name under review and still take money from my account? They said another company took my domain name and there was nothing they could do about itPaypal agreed that the money was taken fraudulently and refunded my money in fullGodaddy said it would be days for the review, that was on Jan and s

I was sold a upgraded product (Officeemail) by being misled to believe that my old product would no longer be a product option for meWhen I was incorrectly charged for the renewal of the old product I had, I was informed by the Customer Service agent that my old product (Workspace email) was in fact still a product that I could have usedHad I have known this, I would not have upgraded my product to a new product, because my old product worked just fineThe sales person on the phone used bullying, fear and high-pressure sales tactics as well as withholding information from me in order to sell a product that I did not need
When I called to switch back to my old product, GoDaddy refused to refund my upgrade and allow me to keep my old planBy refunding me, GoDaddy would have only lost $133/year but would have retained a customerThe amount of time that it took me, my staff and GoDaddy's staff to resolve this issue is wildly disproportionate to the severity of this issue as

I bought a godaddy hosting and domain name years agoThis year I did not want the service I made sure "Auto-Renew" option was turned off and yet they charged me $for the service Once I saw this on my credit card I called and spoke to a person saying that they would process the refund Its been months later and spoken to different people to many different people and Godaddy Representative says they won't issue a refund because its passed days I was beyond upset that instead of screaming I decided to call my credit card company Don't buy from this people, they are a bunch of rip off artists who pass the conversation to many different people in order to avoid issuing a refund

We hired an IT professional to migrate a website that was developed by another company On 5/19/our IT rep tried it to migrate it with a GoDaddy rep over the phone without success Initially, the rep tried to help us migrate the website over the phone but then finally came to the conclusion that GoDaddy would have to migrate it for us The rep told our IT professional that GoDaddy could perform the migration and the cost would be $ Later that day, we called GoDaddy and told the rep (Esa) that we would like GoDaddy to perform the migration At that time a second rep tried to help us to migrate over the phone but then finally came to the conclusion that GoDaddy would have to migrate it for us We emailed him the link from the previous developer where all the files were located, the rep checked to make sure he had everything he needed to perform the migration, told us that it would take about week, and we gave him the permission to charge $to our credit card on file

I hired Go Daddy to build and put the web page on the internet with the promise it would take around twenty day'sThat's been around three month's agoThe logo department I sent a logo I had and asked that they create on very similar in red white and blueThey never sent me one only red and blue which I finally agreed on after three weeks of trying to get them to get it correctI've made the finale revisions to the page twice because they either lost the first one or the employee who was working on itThe changes were only suppose to take three day's that was three week's agoI was told they would have it launch no later than the 26th's last week no their telling me it will be ready for review for changes on the 26th's to make changes that I have already done twicethey are at this point way behind schedule and I see no hope in sight and have cost my company a lot time and lost advertising which has cost my company lost business
