Several phone calls to GoDaddy have not solved my issue I was never offered a privacy setting for my domain, and was never informed that my personal address would be displayed online for spammers to see My name, cell phone number and address are now publicly displayed on the web, and GoDaddy says I have to wait up to days for it to be removed Even if it's removed, the damage is already done I no longer feel safe, and am being harassed GoDaddy should be held liable for damages as a result of releasing this information
I've been a customer for years and have paid to use the email and web hosting services I recently found that 30% of all of my emails were not being received or sent out I spoke with customer service on numerous occasions as well as other users experiencing the issue on the community forum and offline
Customer support said that the emails were being held on their service and there is no explanation as to why they weren't being sent out Godaddy didn't report that these emails were being held and their service noted that they had been sent Other users have experienced the same exact issue and their response was to pay more to upgrade to the Office product They mentioned that their business class email is not reliable and should not be used for everyday email
I think it's unethical for a company to withhold emails without notifying the customer Telling the customer that these emails were sent out when they actually weren't is unacceptable and advertising Godaddy advertises the reliability of their email service and charges customer for these services This company is charging customers money for services that don't work
On 1/4/18, I paid GoDaddy $for a year Unlimited Business Email Plan ($per month)On 8/24/18, I transferred all of my email accounts out of GoDaddy and into Google G Suite Therefore, as of 8/24/18, I was no longer using GoDaddy's email service I called at least times and spoke with Billing representatives and Manager, requesting a refund for the remaining months on my plan, since I'll no longer be using their service They all refused to refund me I stated that the reason I pulled my email accounts from them was due to consistently horrible customer service and equally horrible technical support They failed to fix at least significant problems with my account over the past months Their excuse for providing poor service and poor support is that the email platform (Workspace) is old and their answer is for customers to upgrade to a more expensive platform (Office 365) They have no intention of fixing Workspace, therefore, I was forced to transfer

I am also not getting results from Go Daddy when I called and told them I am unable to change the pin I use when I call in When I attempt to change my pin, an error comes up that says “There was an error while updating your login info.”
I am very frustrated and concerned about the security of my Godaddy e-mail accounts, how my contacts and sent items got deleted!
I need those sent e-mail because I have to reference them with some issues

Due to poor service & seemingly advertisement for renewal, Our Godaddy website (www.ward12democrats.org) & domain services were fully cancelled and not renewed before its contract ended on February 4,
We continued to get multiple Godaddy renewal notices after cancellation and was no longer able to use Godaddy services due to Godaddy shutting down the account at our request including the site and domain
On or about Feb2, after receiving another renewal notice we called Godaddy to reiterate our desire to cancel all services with them and declined Godaddy's renewal offer to continue any further services with Godaddy
We received a single notice from Godaddy stating that they billed our credit card $after they have shut down our website, and where no renewal offer to continue services was accepted by us and without our author
