I have a website and don=main with this companyThey closed my website without warning because the Credit Card on file was not good any moreInstead of notifying me they closed my siteI called in and fixed the problem and I still do not have my site back and I was told it could take another day or soI called for help and basically got an I DONT CARE attitudeHow in the world could a company with SO MANY Complaints still have an A+ Rating????

I've paid for a year of service and the company has corrupted the year of service on their end
I called them directly to report such
They wrote a ticket to repair it ensuring it will be taken care of in hours (protocol)
hours passed, they're asking for another hours or additional funds
None of which can help my business and I feel like a sucker
Who pays for a service then gets asked to pay again to ensure the initial service????

I was given a product/service at a discount years ago that was set to renew at a later date I was not made aware at the time of purchase that the only way I could cancel this service was if I upload my picture of a government ID/ driver's license for Godaddy to view Godaddy is collecting information about people in a deceptive way in this manner I forbid Godaddy to keep a copy of my picture and ID I demand Godaddy refund my money for Domain Ownership Protection Renewal for all domains I demand Godaddy delete any and all copies of my picture and ID I called to have this service taken off I unchecked the box for this service at time of renewal It appeared to go through correctly when I clicked the buy button I was still billed for the service because the service requires submission of photo ID to cancel This means once someone signs up for this service they can never cancel their domain name and must always pay year after year until after they give Godaddy a copy of t

I attempted to purchase a domain name through Godaddy What I didn't see at any point in time is a "premium" domain name feeI paid via *** which also never showed a total for the sale I get a notice from *** that I have been charged 15KThen I receive the emailed receipt from Godaddy with total chargesI immediately tried to call godaddy about this, but could not get a live person on the phoneI also sent an email that was ignored Once I finally got a hold of a live person at Godaddy I was then told that Premium accounts are not refundable My husband also called Godaddy about this and he was told that if I had called in days they could have done somethingI tried I could not get anyone on the phone without a PINI didn't even know I had a PIN All screens for purchases are very unclearThey are cluttered and designed to make you see the small charged $for the doman and an $chargeSomehow turned into a $15K charge I did not agree to this amount

This morning, I purchased a domain name that was at auction for $I clicked "buy it now" and was prompted to sign up for an account and give my billing info, which I didThroughout the purchase process, there were no checkmarks incorporating my understanding or agreement to any special policies, or even any links in fine print beneath any of the purchase stating "by clicking purchase, you agree..." etcAfter my purchase, I went to try and access the domain in my account to transfer it to an existing website built on a different platform, but my account showed domainsI did the live chat, where I was connected with someone named *** told me that I would not be able to see the domain in my account until the redemption period for the original owner expired on October 23rdI had no idea that I wouldn't be able to use the domain for weeks, and would never have purchased if I had known thatI told him as much and he asked if I wanted to process a refundI said yes, and he

Hi,
I was charged an $redemption fee for a site that I did not receive any notices regarding it expiring Once someone notified me that my site was down, I went to renew right away I think it is inappropriate to not send renewal notices I had happily signed up for years, but without a clue as to it expiring, I had no reason to revisit the site after years
Once it expired, I was unable to transfer out the site to another host without paying the redemption fee I absolutely do not mind keeping it at GoDaddy, but it felt like my domain was held hostage

I followed a linked promotion through my employer’s website offering a $per .COM website purchaseI selected websites & placed them in my Godaddy cart at the $priceHowever, when my order went into the pay review my website costs immediately changed to $per .COMI called customer serviceA couple of hours later and lots of placements on hold, I was told that since I had been with Godaddy for over years, “historically, if I ever purchased a website at the $price, then I would never be able to purchase a $website in the present or future”Baffled by such an eternal promo policy, I asked if this restriction was somewhere in writing for the customer to reviewWell, the answer was simple, not from my account or accessibility anywhere in the websiteI had to be emailed the policy from the customer service repIn the policy’s vagueness, there was words that were supposed to represent a previous customer forever, never having access to this $.COM

I have received an authorized charge on my credit card, again, from Go DaddyThe charge is $This is the third year that that unauthorized charges have occurredLast year the charge was over $I contacted Go Daddy several times through email, calls and websiteThere is continual run around and double talk with these chargesThere is a pattern of genuine deceit through continual excuse like : you will have to give me a password, you will have to go to the website, you will have to call with additional information
I have ended my authorization for automatic billing and they find a way to charge it againAlso, the business are not longer activeThese are *** *** *** and *** *** * *** ***The account number is : ***

I purchased a domain name (***) through the GoDaddy siteNo where on the product purchase form or anywhere did the site say that A) I may not get the product purchased or B) You will have to wait 5-business days to get the productI paid $for this domain and my money was taken and chargedThis occurred on 07/25/I contacted GoDaddy later that day to find out why the domain wasn't in my account for useThe Rep told me that the domain was mine and guaranteed me that I would have it with in 3-business daysI called again today (07/31/2017) and spoke with Nicole first and then the supervisor MarcusMarcus was too busy defending his company and wouldn't be of ANY serviceHe told me that the domain I purchased had expired and they would refund my money
This is unacceptableGodaddy took my $and gave me hopes of getting a productIs still holding my moneyAnd I quoted a site based on this information and I will lose $because of this sca

In August of 2015, I bought the domain *** from GoDaddy for $3,I had set the domain up to autorenew each year for their price of $In January of 2017, my credit card was stolen and replacedOn February 1, we logged in to GoDaddy and entered the new credit card informationIt confirmed that we had added the new CC to use as the primary oneThere were NO instructions anywhere on the site that said to update anything elseIt appeared that our new card was added and would be used to process all new payments
However, GoDaddy did not use that new card on file to renew my domain, and instead reverted to the old oneIt was declined, and I lost the domainNow a GoDaddy broker has “bought” the domain and is selling it for $
We called GoDaddy on June 13, June 14, June 20, and the first two employees we spoke to there admitted that yes, it is quite confusing because there ARE not any instructions to do anything else to update the credit card on the w

Godaddy mistakenly charged my credit card instead of using in-store credit, then charge me admin fees, not only that they are not making any sense to delete my email box *** that I used for a long time for the error they made and lying saying cancelled my domain, they actually hid it and not let me to access the DNS zone file and charge me for admin fees

Each domain I bought from GoDaddy was sold to me with several emails per domain, as opposed to one email eachAt the time of purchase, I shopped around, and selected this company due to the fact that for their price, several services were includedThey changed their offer along the way, now stating that I have one email onlyThis discussion adds to the reason for my original call this morning, which was unrelated! My appaulment escalatedIssue: No access to my email accountsThe first GoDaddy technician I spoke with expressed that yesterday (2015-02-15) there were access problems, likely due to their recent change of email interfacesThis interruption, which was not the first time, caused my conference call to be cancelled, business to potentially be lost, and certainly money lostAfter minutes of trouble-shooting, three times changing the password to access one account, and four times to access the other email account, as well as logging into a private incognito tab to have

This company sells services and make promises they don't keep until that service is soldHave a hard time to get anyone to help me with any technical issues as they want to charge $for any little change they can make to your websiteAwful, rude customer servicethey don't want to help you they want to get to pay for any changes on the website/pages and then get annoyed and rude if you try to correct anything they didNever again after this term

I had domains registered with GoDaddy.comI have been a customer there since Recently, I switched them to auto-renewSomehow, and unbeknownst to me, one of them, ***.com, was put on a 3-year renewal
When I got the receipt, it was for $78.85, not the $I’d expected
The receipt was dated 01/22/The next day, I used GoDaddy’s chat to inquire and protest the amount billedDuring the chat I was informed the company has a policy that will not let 3-year renewals be reverted back to 1-yearThe representative stated the only way I could get a refund would be to delete the domain
GoDaddy’s refund policy states:
Products purchased from GoDaddy.com, LLC may be refunded only if cancelled within the following timeframe:
Annual Plans+ - Within days of the date of the transaction
I preferred not to do any further business with GoDaddy so, not only did I delete that domain, I transferred all domains to another registrar
I was well within the days so I i

This company strings you along until you are outside of your cancel window to keep you moneyThey are only good for the user that does not know anything about web hosting, VPS hosting, etcTerrible company and I do not recommend unless you cannot afford anything else.Evidentally we were day past the days and they refused to refund us the months we are not using the servicesHorrible customer service

I spent over $for a custom designed ecommerce website from goDaddy After months
worth of going back and forth to try and get them to create BASIC things for example: what text or pictures should be in the front pageBecause of the poor quality of service and design, I requested a refund They say I am not eligible for a refund
This is their return policy:
Professional Web Design Services
Web Services: 30% cancelation fee when in progress, non-refundable once complete
This project was NOT completedI did NOT sign off on it or give my verbal agreement
According to their contract, which I did NOT sign, this is the definition of "Complete" I even offered to resolve
this by paying the 30%They wouldn't accept it
Completion of ServicePublication of your Design is acknowledgement of your satisfaction with the Services provided to date and releases us from any obligation for further revisions or alterations at that time or until the next Update Minutes

I pay for service and do not get the service

Unfortunately, I am unable to select more than reason as the Primary Nature of My Complaint herein but please note this also includes: "Customer Service Issues." Just moments ago I experienced YET ANOTHER misinformed rep & spurious charges, prompting this long overdue complaint for another situation!
I've been a customer with GoDaddy since Over that time I've spent thousands of dollars on several domains & other servicesOver a year or ago I switched all things over to include hosting, email-marketing etcNotwithstanding such, at the turn of the year, my sites were terminated as products were cancelled, etcI had never had this happen before but I assumed all responsibility & sought acceptable options per my businessUnfortunately I was 1st charged for a SSL Cert & an email address to include Office having, at the time, no knowledge that my websites content would not be recovered for restoration
On Feb 1st I spoke with a representative about my

I am filing this Revdex.com complaint because of Godaddy hijacked my domain namesOn June 27, I noticed that three of my major domain names no longer connected to my serversTo my surprise, when I called Godaddy customer services, I was told that for some reason they decided to take away my domain names due to the wrong whois recordsI was also told that I was contacted by Godaddy via email on several occasionsWhen I looked at my email box, I only found commercial solicitation emails that are sent to me on the daily basis from Godaddy, but not a single email in regards to updating whois records on the domains that Godaddy simply hikecaked from meThe domains Godaddy took away are: PHENOBESTIN.COM, MITNUTRA.COM and SHOPPHARMACYCOUNTER.COM, of which “PHENOBESTIN” is my registered USPTO.gov trademark!!!! These domains is my family's incomeI’ve been operating PHENOBESTIN.com for around years!!! My registration expiration date for the domain is in 2022!!! Godaddy shady practices are
