I had purchased a Domain name in and fought to cancel it about a year ago When I first signed up they offered free domain protection which I acceptedI just got a bill from these thieves for $for domain protection - even though I dont have a domain anymoreThey decided to start charging for domain protection without any notification to me and without my authorizationThen I tried to cancel it, I called them times and spent hours trying to re cancel their service that I didnt even sign up forI finally got it started but they put a day delay on it, thats just there process they sayI have never seen such blatant theft from a large company and I cant believe they are allowed to continue to do itIm sure Im not the only one to make this complaintThere behavior needs to be stopped

I was re billed for two years for account # *** for providing a domain name and two years of webbuilder I am no longer with this group and left over months ago and gave the new leadership the login and password info I thought they had changed the account over to be billed for the charges I am only asking for the webbuilder to be refunded because this service is has never been used The domain name I am not asking for because they are using the domain name and I do not want to take their website down and treat them the same way Godaddy's customer service is treating me in the matter I was told by David I had by contract days to cancel and I missed the window by two days He is very condescending in dealing with customers and I asked to speak with his supervisor and he told me his supervisor would tell me the same thing I asked to speak to his supervisor and he put me on hold and told me his supervisor would not talk to me and he was not going to refund the charge

Go Daddy had a "system error" and the domain name that I had purchased and had a receipt for was still up for sale for more than days after my purchaseI also was not able to work on it or see it in my accountThey had to re process my orderI brought this to their attention not once but twice first they tried to assure me that it took time and it would be taken down, then the second go around they realized they had messed up and left my domain name up for sale for days putting me and my company at risk of having to fight to retrieve a domain name that I had already purchasedthis company is a jokeMy only compensation was a long conversation with an employee and a supervisor and what felt like a trap of their legal terms which basically stated that they aren't responsible for anything and wont refund anythingI will never purchase another domain name from them and I would recommend that no one else does either

I had no idea that there was a problem with a billing issue on my account and I was not once contacted, instead the company sent the problem right to a collection agencyI plan to get rid of all my domain names and products with this company and move them elsewhereYou lost my business and I will do everything in my power to make sure anyone I know never does business with this company either

Recently renewed multiple domains at Godaddy, then modified one, resulting in a credit of $ Instead of issuing us a credit on our credit card, they put the credit into a special holding account without notifying usWhen we found out about this, we asked if the credit would be applied to upcoming bills, and were told No We then asked what the credit would be used for, we were told it would not be used unless we contacted them and specifically asked for a refund In other words, they will keep your money indefinitely unless you specifically contact them and direct them to issue a refund
I believe that Godaddy is not an ethical business

After not using Godaddy's service for over months they charged me a renewal fee, and when I attempted to
1) Disable autorenewal or remove my credit card the site would not allow me to do so
2) When I called to file a complaint with the company they had multiple challenge questions to actually get to a live person where I needed to know a random customer #, a call in pin,
3) The did remove autorenewal from my account
3) After talking to the support person and their manager they refused to refund any of their fees and further the manager at godaddy refused to provide me a name for himself or his manager They also refused to allow me to record the call

Your customer service is extremely subparYou have hidden fees and less than horse after sending me an email that states "You are at risk of losing the service(s) or product(s) listed below." its gone and costs an additional $on top of the fee to get it backYou customer service rep Kevin does nothing but argue and your "manager" Kell laughsI will be looking elsewhere and tell other people to do that as wellNo one deserves to be treated that way

Godaddy.com was my website builder for nine or almost years In March 2016, godaddy.com deleted my website in spite of my payments of $each monthAccording to go daddy.com people, the people receiving my payments do not know where to post my payments so it is sitting in a bucket somewhere (as accountant, we call that suspense account) and not being posted to my account I only have one account so how difficult is it to figure out where to post a $monthly payment when there is only one account for a specific customerI have contacted them several times about this issue, but they could no longer bring my website on line after the deletion One of the managers tried to persuade me to stay with godaddy.com to keep my business without giving me a reasonable discount for the damages that they caused me so I decided to transfer my domains somewhere else To make this story short, I called godaddy.com before the New Year's to request a refund for my payments (total of mo

Called to inquire about charge on credit card statement Told that I had enrolled in auto-renewal program for annual payment for monthly web and email services Explained that I had not used services at all and wanted to cancel They cancelled services but denied refund, even partial refund Expected at least a refund of or months of the fee, given that they had cancelled it Said that I had to cancel within days of auto-renewal date Said that they had sent email to me about auto-renewal, but I did not see charge until it showed up on credit card

Go Daddy will not remove payment information at the customer's requestResult is they have credit card billing capability that is not approved by the card holder

I had some domains go through auto renewal and they renewed for three years instead of one year, I asked to cancel the renewal and run it for one year instead and was told that in order to cancel the renewal I will have to cancel the domains all together which of course I didn't want to doIt looks like godaddy are forcing me to pay full price on a three year renewal when I only want one and there is no recourse, there isnt a way to set for how long a domain will auto renew for anywhere so in order to avoid possible issues like this I have to cancel auto renewal on all my domains or pay for before they renew, I am being forced to pay $ instead of $If I choose to cancel my domains then GoDaddy will try to sell them for their own profit which is why I think they never bothered to fix their system to support canceling domains renewal and redoing them for the correct lengthI Feel cheated by a company I have paid so much money to over the yearsTens of thousands of dollars pro

This company support is absolutely by far the worst support on this planet, not only is this effecting my business, but I have no control over anything, they chose to respond days after and are not willing to help with solving the problemThey are trying to resolve problems by charging more money for things I do not need, almost as extortion to purchase additional services
I have a shared hosting account that was hacked, so I removed all the malicious content, it took them over days to review, I called everyday for days STRAIGHT from June 6th, its is now the 14thThey are trying to get me to buy a service to scan the files all the other website are saying my site is fine, GOOGLE, SUCURI, and othersEven after all the hassle the tech support team has still not given me a scan of the malicious files once again they want me to buy a serviceI have siteground and bluehost they help me find the files not to compromise the serviceI think go-daddy injects the files to flag their own servers to charge clients moneyI been with godaddy for over years now
Ultimately my busy season selling tickets online is this week, and I have no way of getting them the tickets I AM DEAD IN THE WATER! They could careless, one of the worst businesses ever, they should be shut down and sued

I tried to purchase a domain name from Go Daddy and paid $for what appeared to be the domain I wanted There was no obvious mention that this was simply purchasing the right to ask the seller if they would consider a separate offer This should be more clear on their site However, I decided to continue with the service since I wanted the site and thought it was for sale, since they were offering this negotiation However, after weeks of not hearing back from them after several emails and calls, they said they were still trying to reach the seller Then a few days later I received a call saying that it was not for sale So, they basically took $from me for the right to ask something of someone that wasn't for sale That is a scam, if I've ever heard of one! They sold me something that doesn't exist and wasn't available When I called them to ask for a refund, they said the service was performed and they don't owe me anything What service? It would be one thing if th

I placed an order for a back order for a domain that was being released to the public
the domain was available all day on 04/11/at around 9pm I decided to check to see if godaddy acquired this domain for me that I had an order in for them to do soIt was still available for anyone to purchase and acquire at around 9pm stilli joined another domain registrar and purchased the domain through another companyAt no point did Godaddy try to acquire this domain for me that I had paid them to do Needless to say i'm very disappointed with Godaddy! The only reason that I can think of that they did not acquire this domain is that they were hoping another customer would come along and put in an order for it and force this domain name to auction thus resulting in more money for godaddy!

GoDaddy has been billing me for two separate Office subscriptions with one being a yearly subscription so it wasn't caught until nowSpoke with GoDaddy and they refuse to refund me as it does not fall within their day refund policy, even though the subscription was never touched or set up

On 8/12/2016, I placed an offer for of $for *** to ***This offer was declined by ***On 8/13/2016, *** was listed for sale by auction on GoDaddy.com for a Buy It Now price of $I purchased the domain and domain transfer (Order #***) from GoDaddy for a total price of $I called GoDaddy twice between 8/13/and 8/18/to confirm that the sale had gone throughBoth times, I was informed that the sale was guaranteed and that the seller, ***, was in the process of providing transfer informationOn 8/19/2016, I received a cancellation email (Refund Receipt # ***R) notifying me the transaction had been cancelledI called and spoke first with Rep Brandon @12pm, who stated that they were contacting *** to see what had happened, and then with Supervisor Marcus (who started off the call with the caveat that he was sick and his answers would be short and to the point), who said that

After I attempted to cancel auto subscribe unsuccessfully thru their website they charged me for a website and services I no longer use When a rep contacted me he told me no problem he could get it refunded I called today and was told too late and I'm stuck paying for services I haven't used on a website that is no longer valid for another yearThey are a scam

I paid for domain buy service in July of I still haven't gotten a call or email or letter from go daddy with any answers or feed back I contacted them several times asking about it and what was they outcome and they had no answers for me it is now September this is not right not how you should treat your customers I was was very happy when I signed up with go daddy I had faith in them

In April I request a product/service and was sold something differentThe customer service associate, Michaela, and another person I chatted with didn't know how to help me 'fix' the issue and said they would look into it and contact meWhich they they never did So, in June I contacted a supervisor, Jeff G***, and requested his help since I was unable to use the product given to me and therefore was losing moneyHe offered a day "compensation" which I refused because all I want is what was sold to meThis supervisor ignored my further intents of communication (of my emails directly to his inbox)Today, I called back and talked to a different supervisor, Nathan G (he refused to give me his last name)He said he would only offer the same "compensation" and if I wanted the product that I was originally sold, I would have to pay $100+ moreWhen I requested he would listen to the telephone conversation and the read the chat of the original sale, he said that is was "irrel

Two problems:
Godaddy charged my card without my permissionAfter initially purchasing a domain from them I went back into settings and turned auto renewal offa year later, after the domain would have expired, they renewed anywayWhen I called customer service to explain the mistake, the person I spoke to claimed that it wasn't a mistake, he further claimed that it was mandatory to accept auto renewal in order to purchase a domainWhen I said that I don't believe that true, because I turned it off he became very rude and impatient and said that I cannotKnowing that he was mistaken I asked to speak to his supervisorHe put me on hold for several minutes and came back on the line and asked, "It's gunna be a while are you really gunna hold?" When I replied that I did intend to he uttered an intelligible guttural sound and place me back on holdAs time more time passed he came back and said "its gunna be a long time you know"I replied that this was OK and he placed me back o
