I was registered in August and purchased a number of domain names in GoDaddy.comIn May of this year I sold domain names, in June 16, I received their mail that the auction has been paid, totaling $But to this day I still haven't received the moneyDuring the period, I sent them a lot of mail, and asked them to provide payment credentialsThey refused to offerOnly to the beginning of October, they said my auction was frozen by OFACThen [email protected] sent me a OFAC link to let me fill inMy English is not very good, when filling in the relevant information, such as: Financial Blocked Funds,Remitter,Remitting Financial Institution, and so I do not know these content, I asked them to the informationThey also refused to provideI had to through their own grasp of the part of the information and query website, complete and submitted to the OFAC, and do not know whether it is completely correctBut it has been more than a month, and during this period I s

I *** *** made Godaddy customer service , technical help department and other departments of possibility that someone might be trying to hack into my account after I got an email from GoDaddy that one of my domain names was about to be transferredI have called GoDaddy customer service making them aware of the fact that I did not initiate any transfers and to make sure my account is secureRight next day I have called again to make sure my account is secure and I was reassured by one of the customer service representatives that it is for sure secure but to make it more secure it would a good idea to change my password and my pin numberI immediately agreed to this statement and instantly changed my password and my pin number Next day I have tried to login to my account and was not able toWhen I called GoDaddy customer service I was informed that my account belongs to someone else Then I was informed to contact [email protected] department to help me login back to my

I contacted Go Daddy in October for my business needs, I paid for a website in OctoberMy account was charged again for a website that I did not authorizeI made it clear that I only needed one account and broke down the charges to the sales person on the phone during our initial callI was assured that I would be charged $annually and $monthly and no more
When I told them that I never authorized them to charge me twice and that brought to their attention that they had been charging me since OctoberTheir explanation was it was my fault and they will not refund my moneyI have contacted my bank and notified them and filed a police report

My credit card was charged in auto-renewal I had forgotten about the account I had signed up for years prior I am a stay at home mom who cannot afford this so I cancelled the very next day They claim of you cancel within days you will get a refund I waited a few days for the refund to show (I canceled over a holiday weekend) When I did not see a refund, I called to inquire if they needed my credit card Apparently I should have called to cancel and I was now outside the days I was not informed this when I cancelled, and only received an email to verify the cancellation

After 10+ years of paying for service, GoDaddy changed my permissions to my folders on my website WITHOUT my knowledge I am a web Developer and now my customers are down I was on the line for hours and still cannot get my clients websites online GoDaddy's customer service is a total waste of time After many years of payment GoDaddy doesn't care about the customers, they only care about the money they get each month
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Use any other company
I WILL be suing them for breach of ToS

GoDaddy deceptively forced me to sign up for their auction programI did not want this nor did I ever use itWhen I called them they refused to remove the credit
This practice of silently signing up people for things they never use is deceptive and needs to stop

I have been with godaddy over years nowA lot has changed including the way godaddy sneaks in extra charges!!!! You need to unclick things like auto renew or they will keep billing youTheir website and the support that goes with it SUCKS! The new sneaky charges are the privacy onesI called because I noticed my bill renewal was Way to much, so I saw that they added a privacy charge even though 80% of my other domains were not privateI called to get a credit back for the rest of AND ALL of and they said read the fine print, it is over daysAre you kidding me, just started and renewal is OVER A year away...Calob the manager who kept me on hold for minutes, chuckles and said NO REFUND PAST daysYou should have read the agreement

Trying to cancel a domain that is set to auto renew, called days in advance and followed their instructions to cancel, but making it increasingly difficult Have called twice and each time I'm given a new set of issues of why it cannot happen

Don't use them made the mistake of having them do a few simple changes to a wordpress site and like magic all the work I previous did has vanished Call support is useless, I am in the process of moving all domains away from them, Slow to respond but quick to charge your cardAll talk and no action A+ rating is a joke like the Revdex.com itself anything can be bought- I normally don't run out and write such a review but based on this level of incompetence and lack of attention this situation deserves public display

I have been using Go Daddy for 1/years now and they are very goodThe customer service is available 24/7, and I know because I have called them all hours of the day and several times in the wee hours of the morningI really appreciate their availability, the quality of their products, the knowledge of their staff, and the staff's willingness to impart their knowledge to meIt's been a blessing to me since I am my business's IT department, Marketing department, Customer service department, etcThank you Go Daddy:-)

I have been a customer of Godaddy for decades I was sold on moving my websites to a new plan and I bought it hook, line and sinker All I got was a product upsell after doing so I was told that I can move the sites myself after declining their website move service I was sent some artilcles on how to move myself But they left out a bit of info The files are stored in a few different places and after days the delete all your website data I was only given one of the places to download files I have lost all my business website and have to start all over building them Over a half of dozen websites I have am leaving godaddy for good What a hack! I feel so violated and miss-lead

Deleted about emails and still got charged on a monthly basis months after deletion

I received a phone call from a collection agency this morning trying to collect money for GoDaddy.com
I tried to cancel my account in 2017, but the agent speaking to me convinced me it was a good idea to keep the account and offered me a deal to continue my services through them I didn't touch my account since and I was not planning on renewing
Apparently, my account was set to auto renewal and in March they tried to pull money from a bank account that was closed over a year ago Per the collection agency that claims to be used by GoDaddy, the bank denied payment and this created the charge to then be collected by the collection agency
I was on the phone with godaddy and customer service manager stated that they show the payment was accepted by the bank and they do not use a collection agency They suggested I contact my old bank
So here I am The collection agency is claiming they are collecting a debt for GoDaddy GoDaddy is claiming that they show they receiv

I set up monthly subscription account with GoDaddy for my Elementary School's PTA/PTO OrganizationWe were going to switch from a PTA to a PTO, and wanted to make sure we'd have a domainThis was last year, May It became apparent that for many reasons, we weren't able to make the change...and stuck with the PTACut to today...I was reviewing some PayPal Account charges and discovered that at the end of May, I was charged a whopping $400+ for a domain, a webstore (that I never signed up for), and email All of these charges were for items that were never used...not onceWhen I called today (June 28th, 2016) to try to discuss this situation...I was told it was over days and there was nothing I could doSickened by such pathetic customer service I hung up and waited until my husband came homeAfter speaking to him, I really felt like surely someone would be willing to work with me....Okay...so I am outside the day full refund policy (which I still think is pretty shifty), but surely the can charge me for the last weeks of service, and refund the remainderYou know they will be selling the domain name right awayI also never agreed to the webstore or email addresses...but silence apparently means you give your consent to get takenI called back a second time and spoke with another Customer Service RepHe was very calm and pleasant...but also no helpI asked if a manager could help meHe said noI asked if I could have write someone or bring to anyone else's attention -- was not trying to be unreasonable, was not yelling (though it would have vented some frustration), simply wanted to speak to someone that would apply common sense and work with a customerNo diceI was told over and over that days had come and gone and that's itNo opportunity for any refund, assistance, no possibility for a pro-rated solutionI just donated over $to GoDaddy's bottom line with no chance of discussion
How is this legal? I’m essentially being charged for a full year…though I would have chosen to do it in monthly installments…no webstore (we didn’t need nor agree to that)…and emails are needed All things I was charged for without consent Go Daddy knows that I never used it….so isn’t it reasonable that I pay at most for months service…and get refunded the rest of the year’s premium??
At minimum...shouldn't there be a process for customers to write in to someone other than a customer service operator to discuss possibilities for coming to a compromise? I just find it really pathetic that a major company can actually charge you for something you didn't agree to or use and you have no recourse
Surely, other non-profits and schools need to be warned about this as Go Daddy sets themself up to be business that provides a inexpensive, hassle free way to get domains...and then upcharge you for products without permission and then refuses to do what is rightStand by your product fellows, and work with customers, don't stick it to them every opportunity you can!

Their web site www.bizstanding.com lists my name and my address associated with my company name to the publicI have sent email to their support and called them to request to opt out my information off from their listingsHowever, no responses from them at alltheir phone line never has people to answerI need to protect my privacy an safetyI am meeting serious problems that someone is stalking me and my family members

GoDaddy sends e-mails saying it will automatically renew at a certain price per yearHowever, when the date comes, GoDaddy automatically charges for two yearsWhen I log in, the only choice is to auto renew or notIt does not give a choice of number of years or warn that the default is two yearsAlso, despite all the advanced technology at GoDaddy's disposal, it maintains that once charged, it is impossible to changeIt cannot refund for one year nor change the length of my termI feel they are being intentionally deceptive and saying they are unable to make changes to my term are ludicrous

On 20-Feb-I paid $to renew imaginary.nu for TWO yearsI spent weeks going back and forth with customer service and ccltd department receiving no satisfactory resolutionsFinally I reached out to Key-Systems GmbH, the company GoDaddy brokers international domain renewals through, and they provided a satisfactory resolution HOWEVER they indicated that they only received a ONE YEAR renewal keySo, I am here because I purchased a TWO YEAR renewal however GoDaddy submitted a ONE YEAR renewal keyI have been fighting with GoDaddy to get this renewal straightened out since 20-Feb-and I am beyond frustrated with their lack of resolution at this pointI shouldn't have to chase a domain registration company for a solid month (STILL with no resolution in sight) because they did not renew a domain properly

Horrible experience after years of giving them my business they don't appreciate their customersThey talked me into upgrading to their new plan that was supposedly be better and I explicitly asked them if I would keep the email that that I had before with my hosting and they said YESAfter a month from that I learned that my business emails were bouncing back, so called to see if there were any technical issues, but instead I found out they stopped the service for emails and wanted to sell me a new email package instead even though the new plan they already sold me was supposed to include emails
I called and wanted to cancel all my services with them and asked for a refund for the unused portion of services I purchased which is about years from now to expire, but they said they can't refund anything
I don't know what to call them to be appropriateto me they are con artists who took advantage of my trust in them

On Feb I contacted go daddy for my web site was up for renewal in March I was paying about $600/year and with that conversation they got the price down to around $ About a week later they called about putting my web site mobile and that will cost $and yearly it will be less money I was busy at the time A week later I called them and thought about using the $towards the $ Who I was talking to told me that they is no such program available I insisted that I was contacted about such the week before Finally they found the correct department., I was told that they could not do that because the renewal is up in March I talked with Go Daddy about this matter on Feb, 20, Feb; March (times), twice on March, On one of these times I requested to talk to a supervisor about this matter I was told that the supervisor only handles employee relations I found out later that is not true Also during one of these phone calls, I found out, or was told

I called to get support with a product that we had just purchasedI was given a high pressure sales pitch to purchase a protected registration serviceI did not want this service, but finally said ok just to be able to get off the phone so I could take a scheduled callI called back to cancel the service and was told I would have to complete a form and provide documentation including a copy of the owner's passport and business licenseThis information was never requested to purchase any serviceI was told it could take business days for them to process the requestAfter the business days, I called to follow up but was not able to confirm they received the form and documentationI was told that *** would have the information to follow up but when I sent an email, the response was that I would need to callWe then received an email that the passport was not clear, so I resubmitted itThen the response was that they could only communicate with the owner
