The GoDaddy Technical team is not showing interest to restore my cPanel Account from the Full backup from my sideThey don't give the option to restore it from the customer's end they tell to contact the support to do the sameBut while contacting, they are not doing it for me saying they don't have the resourcesThis costs me more day by day and my bills are getting higherThis is not resolved for many daysThe backup is in the file directory

TERRIBLE PEOPLE selling peoples Domain names If they took it from you they will not even negotiate to sell backI'm a working mother and don't have the money to buy my own domain back that I built my business onThey take total advantage of people that are not savvy with knowing too much about their domain nameAbsolutely the WORST! Looks like they are owned by GoDaddy so be careful, obviously GoDaddy is using the information on good domain names that are expiring and selling or using their child companies to purchase them and make you buy them back at a premium priceHow unfortunate and extremely shady business practices

GoDaddy deceptively forced me to sign up for their auction programI did not want this nor did I ever use itWhen I called them they refused to remove the credit
This practice of silently signing up people for things they never use is deceptive and needs to stop

I'm disgusted by how this company rips off its customers who hired their "Dream Team" for website designFirst, you can't just hire them for design alone, but you are bound to continue an annual contract of 1,a yearAnd if you cancel this purposeless contract, you lose the designDoesn't matter if you want to manage the design by yourself after they design itNope, GoDaddy deletes it and you have to start from scratchOk, so you may think...well for professional services from such a large company that everyone's heard of...isn't it worth it? They must have signature serviceRead carefully: WRONGI've been the Dream Design Team customer for three years nowThat's nearly $4,I've paid them to date, and that only include the one initial web design(Which in itself isn't very good from my experience, but that's a different areaMaybe I just got unlucky with a bum designer.) ANYWAY, they only provide a half hour (mins) per month for "maintenance updates." That's itDo you get to rollover your half hour to the next month if you don't need any maintenance updates one month? NOPENo rollovers So, I'm doing the mathWith the exception of the initial web design project three years ago, I'm now paying $a month, that's $a month if you look at the three years in oneFinally, today I called the "Dream Team" to make a very simple update which included, and I kid you not, ONLY inserting two images and two text boxes into one pageThey told me that would take up to seven business daysI was like....what??? It's plunking two images and two text boxes into a webpagebusiness days? She said, our designers have other clients they're working onI was like...if your designers are so busy that they can't take minutes (tops) to plunk in a couple items, then GoDaddy should use all the $$$ it's raking in from its Dream Team customers and hire some more staffAs soon as my contract experiences, I'm so out of there

Revdex.com Translation:On February 2, a purchase was made for the service of websites, till this date nothing has been turned in, Jose R*** from GoDaddy stated on June that 1) during this week would give a conclusion date and 2) for compensation of the delay a certificate SSL for up to sites; none of the two things have occurred and the both times I have called later on June to

On the evening of Monday May 2nd, 2016, I contacted GoDaddy via their live chat as I wanted to ask them if, rather than my due date of the 5th, if I would be able to delay payment until the 12th, as my paycheque is delayed, thus making me unable to make a payment before the 12thI was connected with Brandon and he initially stated that my site would be suspended after days if there was no paymentHe then said something entirely different and said I would be fine to make a payment on the 12thThen he yet again said something different and said I would have days past the due date (which for me is the 5th.) He then said "Even if my mistake was the case..." which was not very reassuring, as he did not seem to be certain of what he was statingI requested to be transferred to a supervisor, and on the first instance of doing so he told me that there was no option to be transferred to a supervisorOn my THIRD request to speak to a supervisor, he then stated he would be happy to tran

I did not authorize the charges and asked my credit card company to investigateGODADDY claims the policy auto renews after a year and sent me email which I never receivedEven if I received email, it does not give them permission to charge me for a service again unless I indicate it is ok to charge my card again and agree that I want the service
They refuse to refund my money even now because they say it is past their cancellation periodThey want to charge me for a service I dont want and did not authorize and the service is for one yearSO how come they cannot refund my money if I have not used up year of their forced service? I want a total refund of everything they charged me asap

I do not need to sign on to my Go Daddy (my web hosting company) account frequentlyHowever, whenever I do (perhaps once every six months or so) my customer ID # and password do not workNaturally, I've thought I was responsible then, I realized what they were doingThey want their customers to call them, their sales persons (tech support and sales are one and the same) in order, not only to reset the password (which actually really was correct) but, this gives them a one-one-one sales opportunityIn order to identify the caller during the initial automated phone call process they ask the customer for the last digits of their credit cardThis is so the customer has the credit card in hand at the time of the phone callI have tried to sign onto various analytics and web browsing tools and search functions and they can never identify me as the owner of my site because Go Daddy does not recognize my customer ID# or passwordWhat they are aggressively after is for the customer to call them then and get them to purchase their very expensive SEO services, or other products

GoDaddy is my Domain Registrar and I need to update information to meet ICANN rules and to make configuration changes that will allow internet traffic to find my new hosting site, *** I just bought this domain but have an existing account Earlier that same day I changed my phone number and got the confirmation at my personal email address but could not log on because GoDaddy sends an auth code to your phone number on fileSupport cannot assist so you get another group that asks you to send Personally Identifiable information to them over emailBut then they refuse to accept it since the account email does not match and you email them over again and they do not respond This means I cannot put up a website, change my company info, etcThey are holding my business hostage and it's been a week and I'm still waiting for an adult response They are punish their customers for their own past failuresThere are other validation info on file (PIN, Credit Card, domain order co

I have used GoDaddy.com and have been a proud and loyal customer for many years while having spent thousands of dollars with themI am very frustrated by the lack of care and professionalism displayed by this company in this past week costing me time, money and energyAs I'm on a fixed income and on full disability as per the order of the Social Security JudgeI'm dealing with a severe medical condition needing undivided and pressing attention by my doctorsAlong the way, since the beginning of 2018, I have always paid and renewed on time my domain name with GoDaddy for my website, paid for search engine visibility, website privacy and even more products I just purchased with them this past weekendI truly have loved my relationship with GoDaddy and have felt as they have had my back in the past as my website hosting (and other products I have with them) company
Now the bad newsAs I'm dealing with my disability/medical issues the past several months, evidently my credit

On 4/18/I phoned godaddy to ask about their servicesI was sold a package of services I now understand consisted of domain name transfer, email address to match my domain name, and use of email marketingAfter the purchase, I had trouble using Godaddy's email building softwareI didn't understand that I had to take specific action to transfer my domain name to godaddyI phoned godaddy to verify the time period I had to cancel my servicesUnfortunately I misunderstood the time periodMy credit card had been charged on 4/19/and I called on 5/20/to cancel the godaddy services I had purchased but not used during that periodGodaddy confirmed the domain name hadn't transferredA supervisor gave me a refund of $for the portion of my payment that related to the domain name transferHe didn't explain to me that the "email essentials" package couldn't be activated without the domain name transfer, and therefore my $purchase is useless without the $purchaseI

In July I hired GoDaddy to design a website for my non-profit businessWith the domain and website hosting, design and email accounts the total bill came to $It took the design team over weeks to design a website for us to reviewAfter reviewing our new site which I was expecting a glamorous site I was really disappointedit looked like a year old designed itWe made several changes only to review it a second time with little or no changes doneThey said they could go back and revise it if I wanted to pay another $plus dollarsI canceled my Word Press $179.88, WordPress Design Set up fee $less 30% and my Get Found account$Total refund should have been $on July they said it would take 3-daysOn AugI followed up on my refund to see why it had not been credited backThey GoDaddy finally credited by credit card $Leaving a balance of $

The Wors support I have ever worked with.!
I pay for service and do not get the service

I was charged monthly a fee of $for an email service I never signed up for, never wanted, never used and never once logged into over the course of years
I called GoDaddy asking them to refund me for these charges that were wrongly charged to my account, and no refund was givenThe total amount charged to my debit card was $
I called numerous times asking for a refund, and was never given oneI was connected to a manager who illegally threatened me, stating that he would charge my debit card on file for $if I ever called GoDaddy again
I have complained and called GoDaddy asking for an apology and a refund for this horrible treatment, but never got a call back or a response of any kind to resolve this issue

While employed at a previous company I had paid for a SSL certificate for a web siteWithout informing me GoDaddy retained my credit card information and then charged me a renewal of $without my consentI contacted GoDaddy and they said without the account information they could not refund the moneyBecause I no longer work for the company involved I do not have that account information and GoDaddy will not release that informationHowever they did bill my credit cardI have numerous emails to/from GoDaddy in an effort to resolveMy final conversation was with a Dan W on 2/1/at about pm Eastern who told me there was nothing he could do

I bought a domain in Go Daddy and it was renewed automatically; but after I pay, I have not been able to enter the webThey redirected me but after they enter the web they tell me that I have to pay again

I went to a domain name and it was for sale via Afternic / Godaddy I submitted the request a priceIt was an average domain and they wanted something like 30k for it Not at all close to what its worth I politely declined
Now I keep getting spammed by them I've replied 2x and never got a reply form them just more generic buy me emails
This makes me want to move all the domains and services off themIts kind of sleazy

I was charged $for an annual service I disputed through my bank and because my bank sent the chargeback dispute through as fraud, my service was cancelled at godaddy and no refund provided godaddy now has all of my money for services that will not be provided

In May 2011, I set up a new domain for a non-profit organizationI have been a Godaddy customer for years and have had problems with their billing practices before, but have always been able to resolve themThis time is differentOn 5/16/and 5/17/ Godaddy charged a total of $as an "automatic renewal" to my credit cardI do not recall authorizing an automatic renewal on this accountI approached the non-profit organization to reimburse me for this amount, and was told that they did not have the funds to do soThis process took several months due to the fact that the non-profit organization is currently in-activeSince they were not able to reimburse me, I decided to close out the website accountI contacted customer service and asked if they could pro-rate the charges and issue me a credit, since only months of the year period has elapsedMy request was refused stating that they have a day return policyIt doesn't apply since I didn't order the service
