GoDaddy (GD) is re-selling MS Office Premium subscriptions on behalf of Microsoft, but the version of the service GD is selling is a crippled, limited functionality implementation I have two critical issues which GD refuses to address on which I have been working with and waiting for ~months in good faith for GD to correct The first issue is with functionality of the Microsoft Office Outlook mobile apps on Android The Microsoft Outlook Exchange servers hosted on GD are unable to remember credentials for more than a few hours which requires me to manually login to both of my GD hosted Microsoft Office email accounts at least twice per day on both of my email accounts on each Android device I own/use This is NOT a email experience on any platform and GD will not address the issue and Microsoft will not support me either because I purchased the license through GD Additionally, in the last weeks, GD's Office OneDrive service on MS Windows desktop (

I've been having problems company-wide with not being able to see the body of emails, and some email addresses won't show any new emails for the last couple of days(email addresses affected)Nobody on chat help has been able to help meEveryone tells me it is a connection or device issue, but everyone uses different computers, browsers, virus scan, internet providers, etcSo, I have to call a long distance number to sit on hold for an hour to be told there is nothing wrong with our emails
This isn't the first time we've had problemsThree of our email addresses were constantly kicked out of email (again, different computers, virus scan, browsers, internet providers, etc)Godaddy denied it was their issueIt magically went away on its own after six (SIX!!!) connections with customer service

In May 2011, I set up a new domain for a non-profit organizationI have been a Godaddy customer for years and have had problems with their billing practices before, but have always been able to resolve themThis time is differentOn 5/16/and 5/17/ Godaddy charged a total of $as an "automatic renewal" to my credit cardI do not recall authorizing an automatic renewal on this accountI approached the non-profit organization to reimburse me for this amount, and was told that they did not have the funds to do soThis process took several months due to the fact that the non-profit organization is currently in-activeSince they were not able to reimburse me, I decided to close out the website accountI contacted customer service and asked if they could pro-rate the charges and issue me a credit, since only months of the year period has elapsedMy request was refused stating that they have a day return policyIt doesn't apply since I didn't order the service

I went to a domain name and it was for sale via Afternic / Godaddy I submitted the request a priceIt was an average domain and they wanted something like 30k for it Not at all close to what its worth I politely declined
Now I keep getting spammed by them I've replied 2x and never got a reply form them just more generic buy me emails
This makes me want to move all the domains and services off themIts kind of sleazy

I called into the center to get information on services and products I was interested in purchasingI was disconnected numerous times and placed on hold for long periods of timeFinally, when I decided to give it another tryThe third (or fourth) time was not a charmAfter being on hold for nearly a half hour, I was disconnected yet againI called back and was able to reach another repI told him what had been happening to me and told him it was not good to have customers waiting forever for help then disconnect themHe said he didn't do it; it was not his fault and it was whoever fault who did itI said don't you all represent the same companyI think I deserve at least an apologyHe said I didn't do anything wrongI didn't do it, so I shouldn't apologizeAfter going back and forth with him over the matter and how badly he was representing the company I asked for his supervisorHe reluctantly apologizedI was told the issue would be address, but I'm sure it wasn't as rud

The GoDaddy website appears to be practicing Bait and Switch Their homepage list new domains costing $but there is no way to get this price For example at the top of their home page you can type in a domain name and search On the next page, if the .com domain is available, it says you can purchase it for $0.99* for the first year If you scroll down the page the asterisk says "Plus $ICANN fee" and nothing else But when you actually try to check out you cannot get that price, the lowest price is $ To get the $price you must sign up for multiple years and then the FIRST year is $ This is not mentioned in the asterisk or special notes In fact here is the current text in the asterisk as of 10/28/1pm EST:
"* Plus ICANN fee of $per domain per year for certain TLDs
Sale/introductory pricing valid for the initial purchase term onlyProduct renewal pricing subject to change
Products will automatically renew until cancelledYou may turn off

Go Daddy will not remove payment information at the customer's requestResult is they have credit card billing capability that is not approved by the card holder

Godaddy.com failed to notify me about the upcoming expiration of my domain name on Dec29th 2016, or that the domain name had expiredStrangely enough, the domain name wasn't suppose to expire for another yearsI had picked up this particular domain name about a year priorThe only explanation that makes any sense are the events proceeding the time when my identity was stolenMultiple charges were made on my Godaddy account, and Godaddy proceeded to remove valid purchases as well as invalid purchases from my account
This resulted in me losing access to products I actually paid for as well as the cancellation of my web hosting service for another domain nameAfter contacting www.godaddy.com customer support MULTIPLE times regarding the issue surrounding my identity theft and the random purchases made on my account, I was ultimately brushed aside
Considering the fact that I didn't have the time, nor the money to battle this out with www.godaddy.com customer support, I ha

Current date and time is Sunday, April 15, I have been on a call with a customer service agent for hours minutes attempting to solve a product issueI initially reached out to product supportThe person answering the phone transferred me to tech support where someone who had more training dealing with technical product matters could assist meAt approximately 3:PM, I called in and spoke to someone named TaylorI inquired about my product billing, and then asked some additional questions regarding my websiteShe gave me product information including information about purchasing a SSL certificate and SEO toolI purchased both products totaling $Later that evening, I contacted her back so that she could walk me through setting up and requesting my SSL CertificateThis function was successfulNext, I walked myself through the SEO tool set upOnce I completed all steps an published the changes, I went back to visit my websiteI noticed the keywords from the

The company's processes are completely broken:
1) Have been waiting seven days for a code signing certificate renewalThe verification takes ages
2) Requested ridiculous documentation such as a selfie with my ID card: "…a clopicture of you holding the Photo ID next to your face is best." Even once uploaded, the web site won't change status nor display that the documents were receivedOnly support can tell
3) FIVE SUPPORT CALLS and not yet processedNo escalation procedure whatsoeverSupport personnel is incompetent
4) The staff completely ignores the fact that my certificates expired three days ago, and that this alone has a negative impact on our business
5) Unable to reliably choose currency and web site version: Keeps randomly opening US, Canada, Australia and UK siteKeeps changing the currency from USD to GBP or CZKEven when a currency is exactly specified in my account settings, it changes randomly once you are (randomly again) redirected to a different version of the web sitePayment method's currency settings is ignored completely as well
I have been a GoDaddy customer for eight years, spent several thousand dollars so far with them, and during the past two or three years I have taken all my services elsewhereThe code signing certificate is the only service left and IT'S A DISASTERThis was the last time I worked with them, ever

The company charge my credit card without authorization using implicit auto-renew featureThe charge was for service called "domain club" When I complaint and asked for refund the Godaddy Inc resorted to unethical tactics threatening that if I cancel the "domain club" they will permanently cancel one of my domains which was renewed using the domain club even though I offered to pay a regular price for the domain in question and even though the domain was well within a grace period

I have been a customer of GoDaddy.com for yearsThey had auto-renewed domains and when I looked at the receipt and wished to cancel and receive a refund for some of the domains, they refused to issue a refundI explained that their policy did not give me ample time to review the renewal; I have boys who just went back to school and I started a new jobTheir policy only offers a few days or in some cases a few hours to ask for a refund which seems implausibleI received the receipt for the renewals on August 30, I have requested that I no longer have the following domains under my account and that a refund be issued for the following domains: hope4achild.info $36.34, hope4ababy.info $36.34, hope-4-a-baby,com $and hope4ababy.net $The total would be $I spoke to customer service representative by the name of Curtis yesterday on September and when he told me that he could not issue a refund, I asked him to have a manager contact meI received an email

On December 22, I renewed (2) email accounts from GoDaddy's website On January 24, I viewed my credit card statement and noticed a large amount charged from GoDaddy I logged into my GoDaddy account and viewed the receipt and there were the following extra charges:
Mini Online Storage Renewal $
Personal Calendar Renewal $
Group Calendar Renewal $
Personal Calendar Renewal $
Personal Calendar Renewal $
Since opening a GoDaddy account in 2006, I have never ordered or used these services When completing the order on December 22, 2016, I did not select or authorize these services
On January 24, I called GoDaddy's customer support line and spoke with an agent concerning these charges He was aware that I had not ordered them but customer support agent did not have the ability to refund charges Because it had been > thirty days a credit for future purchases could not be applied to the account

I have been getting billed for an email address service with GoDaddy.com that I have not used since June 27, I did not authorize the auto bill for $and when I complained to GoDaddy.com about this issue they couldn't back track the auto bill back to July for the full amountInstead they have refunded only $I have been a loyal customer since and was ashamed they couldn't help me solve this issue

Godaddy domain website consistently renews my subscription although I have not given permission for them to do so, but my real complaint is that they will not return my payment after I have asked them to delete my account and return "credits" They are scamming people

I received a charge for service I did not want to continue I have had numerous good experience and websites with this coover the years
I called to cancel this charge, on hold for minutes, they said Hi to me I said how are you, good, and then they hung up on me
I tried to do a live chat, which you have to stay on hold for almost minutes
They said I can only cancel within days, and ti was business days so I couldn'tI was not aware of a day return policy or that I was even signed up for a automatic renewal on the account
I want to cancel this transactionReceipt #: ***

Thank you for anything you can do to help
I have copied of the chat transcript if needed

I can't get any support from this companyI have WordPress accountsOne of them expired, and the other has a year left on itI decided I'm not going to run the other website anymore, so I deleted itNow I want to move the website on my expired plan to the plan that has a year left on itThey tell me it's impossible to do
Then they keep giving me links to out dated documentation that doesn't helpSome hasn't been updated in a few yearsThe guy on chat support told me he can't help me, and told me to contact phone supportI contacted phone support on 1/9/at 11:PM and was on hold for an HOUR and I finally hung upRidiculous
I contacted two other hosting companies, HostGator, and JodoHost, they BOTH told me that if I signed up with them, they would provide FREE migration of my websiteThey would move it from GoDaddy's servers to their serversSo if they can move my site between companies, WHY can't GoDaddy move it within it's own company? They support person

Go Daddy repossessed a domain Take it gamescom and Take it games.net  They said the bank charged it back.  I had proof twice the bank did not charge it back.  They will not release my name.   I charged back a duplicate charge on *** and ***.  They took my money and will not release my name unless I pay for the additional year on instructional writers that their system put in as a duplicate.
Below my bank responded to my request of the the charge back Go Daddy stated there were two charges..  But there was one $chargeback-duplicate for system error for *** and .net for duplicate and a $hosting chargeback that was a bank mistake that I paid so they got their money My account is active.  I have worked with a billing supervisor *** but the chargeback team will not acknowledge the info from the bank.  They also have not noted my account of
