Taylor Replacement Window Reviews (2710)

In August of 2015, I bought the domain *** from GoDaddy for $3,I had set the domain up to autorenew each year for their price of $In January of 2017, my credit card was stolen and replacedOn February 1, we logged in to GoDaddy and entered the new credit card informationIt confirmed that we had added the new CC to use as the primary oneThere were NO instructions anywhere on the site that said to update anything elseIt appeared that our new card was added and would be used to process all new payments
However, GoDaddy did not use that new card on file to renew my domain, and instead reverted to the old oneIt was declined, and I lost the domainNow a GoDaddy broker has “bought” the domain and is selling it for $
We called GoDaddy on June 13, June 14, June 20, and the first two employees we spoke to there admitted that yes, it is quite confusing because there ARE not any instructions to do anything else to update the credit card on the w

I had subscribed to Go Daddy Hosting services and charged $179.00- [03-26-2017], I called on 03-28-and REQUESTED TO CANCEL THE SERVICE AS I HAD ADDITIONAL OFFERS FOR LESS THAN HALF THAT RATE FOR SAME SERVICES
CALLED GO DADDY BACK ON 04-07-INQUIRING ABOUT REFUND AND THE FIRST REFUND HAD NOT BEEN PROCESSED?
CALLED BACK ON 04-27-INQUIRING ABOUT REFUND - "STILL NOT ISSUED TO ME[$179.00] AND THEY STATED THEY WOULD HAVE $CREDITED BACK WITHIN DAYS - THEN I CALLED TODAY 05-01-AND STILL NO REFUND HAS BEEN PROCESSED?
THIS IS MOST AMAZING?

I have an account with GoDaddy AuctionsI have sold a domain name on May 6th and have received payment for it for the amount of $after commission feesLater on, on May 26th 2016, I have sold another domain name for $- and have not received the payment for it - although the domain was transferred to the buyer - per the agreement
GoDaddy claims that they have sent out two payments for $on May 19th and May 20th - but I have received only one payment
GoDaddy refused to pay the proceeds from the second domain sale

Hello!
I was told in the clearest terms that I could cancel my multi-year contract at anytime for a full refund to my credit card
When I actually made the cancellation, I was informed that the refund would only be made to my GoDaddy account
I was told that this was in the 'fine print.'
I requested a full refund to my credit card and was refused
Thank you,
Robert Orchanian

Representative at godaddy changed my contact email address without my consent or knowledge therefore I did NOT receive a reminder email that one of my domains was expiringNow godaddy wants to extort $from me to recover my domain because of their mistakeOh and before someone at godaddy replies that I changed my email...there is zero chance I would do that since I not only have had that email address for 15+ yearsI have that email at almost every address i.eyahoo, hotmail, live, gmail, sbcglobal, comcast, charter, at&t, even at a domain I have with godaddy with the same nameThere is, and I repeat NO WAY I would have changed my email with godaddyIt simply isn't possibleSo since this is something godaddy did without my knowledge or consent I BEAR NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT! They should not only renew my domain without the $recovery fee, they should renew it for free as compensation for the inconvenience their error has caused meOh but wait that is something on

I was having latency and uptime issues with my hosting servicesOn 9/25/I was told that the only way to fix the problem was to move to a different serverI was charged $for a new service that I didn't need or wantFor months I continued to pay for my existing hosting package because they were unable to transfer my sites to the new hosting serviceThey essentially ran the clock until I could no longer file a chargebackTo date, I have not used any of the services charged and am still being told by their support people that the problems are with the websites and not their hosting servicesI've finally had to transfer my domains to another provider and the sites instantly started working

I signed up for a monthly serviceImmediately after agreeing to the service I was told the service didn't meet my needs to asked to cancel the service and be refunded for the one month that I had paid forNeither was done and I was refused a refund when I learned it hadn't been done three months later

This is a follow up to a complaint filed by me earlier todayI reviewed the timeline for processing this complaint, and saw that it was likely that my domain name registration could expire before this issue is resolvedTo protect my interests, I renewed the domain name in question with GoDaddyFor the record, I did so under protestThe new order number will be reflected elsewhere in this formI cancelled the previous request to transfer the domain name from my account's control panelI initiated a new request, but received an e-mail with the same invalid and bogus (for lack of a better term) Authorization Code

I had a *** discount program that was giving me a pretty good discount with GodaddySomeone who works at Godaddy removed this discount program without my knowledge or permissionI noticed my prices had jumped substantially

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing due to my reason business transactions with the company Go DaddyI have had my domain for my website registered through Go Daddy for the years, since opening my businessRecently I received notification that it was time for renewal of my domain name as I usually do, I renewed my service onlineHowever, this time when I submitted for renewal the page didn’t process and I didn’t receive confirmation that the transaction had processedTo prevent an interruption in service for lack of payment, I refreshed the page and resubmitted, after which the page processed and I immediately received confirmation of the transaction
Days later, while traveling I received an email alert from my credit card company that a duplicate charge had been made by Go Daddy on my account for the same charge and I was asked if I intended to make two purchasesI responded that I did not
Later that week I was informed by one of my customers that my website was not

How does a company with negative reviews (and only positive and neutral) get an A+ rating? I attempted to end my domain name management with them today, only to be told I have to jump through numerous hoops and then contact customer service again days later (probably in hopes I will forget and they will be able to charge me)This company is completely shady not to let the customer end the relationship at the point of their choosingI've already paid through next week, so ending the relationship now would not take any money out of their pocketIt's complete fraud that they won't let you stop managing a domain when you want to! Never doing business with them againSHADY!

Complaint
When you leave, for bad service, you keep our domain names hostage, when we are the ones who paid, the rights of these, bravo! It is on that if there is a place where I can complain I will do it.Ok, I've closed my account at home But, I paid for my domain name pierrelachance.ca for year, I did not give you the rights and you have not refunded me this! And I want no refund, I want my rights in this field.RecentlyI paid for one year an amount of $ on 18/08/for this domain pierrelachance.ca so it does not belong to you.I did not pay to give it to you, if I had not bought it.After more than years as a customer thank you
I do not want to deal with you any more, but this product belongs to me.Your customer service is in FrenchNever your employees let me talk about explaining as soon as I wanted to put word, they cut me off which made me angry, already that you had spent a $ bill on my credit card without my permission .If the renew mode was in automatic mode

Had several websites hosted under Godaddy Noticed this month that none of my websites appeared on the web After logging in I discovered that all the files were missing Godaddy told me that the server I was on had been troublesome for years and they had to migrate all the files to a new server when it became "dangerously unstable" Really? You host people's sites on unreliable equipment? You didn't think to back up the information at any time? Isn't that the least one should expect from a hosting company? Anyways, all the data was lost during the migration I was told I cannot even imagine how that can happen Also, they said I was warned about this migration via email, but looking through a full year of emails there is no mention of this
So I have lost irreplaceable files due to this I would avoid doing business with this company Can you imagine if you used them as a cloud based baand when you needed the files were told, "Uhhhhh, sorry We lost all your information some months ago due to the faulty equipment we use"?!
Truly remarkable, in an not good way I wish they were as diligent in their actual service as they are in their up-selling and renewal reminders

I hired Go Daddy to build and put the web page on the internet with the promise it would take around twenty day'sThat's been around three month's agoThe logo department I sent a logo I had and asked that they create on very similar in red white and blueThey never sent me one only red and blue which I finally agreed on after three weeks of trying to get them to get it correctI've made the finale revisions to the page twice because they either lost the first one or the employee who was working on itThe changes were only suppose to take three day's that was three week's agoI was told they would have it launch no later than the 26th's last week no their telling me it will be ready for review for changes on the 26th's to make changes that I have already done twicethey are at this point way behind schedule and I see no hope in sight and have cost my company a lot time and lost advertising which has cost my company lost business

In April I request a product/service and was sold something differentThe customer service associate, Michaela, and another person I chatted with didn't know how to help me 'fix' the issue and said they would look into it and contact meWhich they they never did So, in June I contacted a supervisor, Jeff G***, and requested his help since I was unable to use the product given to me and therefore was losing moneyHe offered a day "compensation" which I refused because all I want is what was sold to meThis supervisor ignored my further intents of communication (of my emails directly to his inbox)Today, I called back and talked to a different supervisor, Nathan G (he refused to give me his last name)He said he would only offer the same "compensation" and if I wanted the product that I was originally sold, I would have to pay $100+ moreWhen I requested he would listen to the telephone conversation and the read the chat of the original sale, he said that is was "irrel

I signed up with GoDaddy over a year ago to start a website building program I paid over $ I got ill, and was unable to do anything with the project I was told I was unable to get a refund I called back a year later to get started again and they told me I had to pay around another $to start again I called to get started and they were so busy they told me to call back at another time I attempted again but they are really busy in the mornings, which is when I can actually do things I ended up finding someone who said they would build my site for free, and they built one in less than a day I called back for a refund of my $and they said I was outside my refund day of days, so sorry nothing we can do So I've given Godaddy over $and they have done zero services And won't give a refund I considered Godaddy to be more professional than that, but I'm really amazed at the lack of fairnessIve heard from others they are usually good about stuff like tha

I purchased a domain from godaddy
On their website they advertised- when you register for years or more 1st year price is $additional years $
At checkout cart was showing for years
Called support and they couldn't help me, didn't offer a satisfactory answer

Have tried unsuccessfully two times to close an account with Go Daddy, Always get the run around Very unfriendly customer service
I even cancelled a Amex credit card to avoid them charging me and they somehow linked my new card number and charged me $
I have demanded service to be shut off , cancelled, etc
But all they say is until I can tell them the original credit card number that I opened account with back in , there is nothing they can do But they have no problem charging my current AMEX business account card
This company is terrible and have demanded, sent letter and still nothing
I feel this entire balance was collected fraudulentlyIn there fine print it says you must notify them in seven days from charging your cardUnderstand but when the credit card statement doesn't get dropped from AMEX for a week or possibly three weeks there is no way you could know it had been charged
It is such poor business practice and it should be obvious as all the neg

I called Go Daddy in December of to cancel a domain name The representative explained a complex way to cancel which was difficult to understand He proceeded to sell me a membership worth $1,and reassured me if I joined this then I will have no further charges However, I was charged $for a "privacy protecter" feature a few days later I had spent an hour on the phone with the representative and understood that I would not be charged this amount if I paid the $1,for the club membership I called today and spent another hour on the phone and they refused to reimburse the $charge, even though I had already paid the $1,for membership They claim I was outside the day period - but I originally within this period and the representative did not clearly explain the process to cancel the domain All in all, it seems GoDaddy makes processes overwhelmingly complex and difficult to cancel accounts They also try to sell you on a new service when you call i

I have had domain registration and web-hosting with GoDaddy for years It was originally a gift from my mother, and in auto-renewal had her credit card information Since it has been so long we both had forgotten about it and when it renewed in February she got her credit card bill and called to have the charges reversed GoDaddy sent me an email and I sheepishly went in and entered my own information and then paid for the domain and hostingAfter that Godaddy released the original disputed amount back to my mom's credit card company and marked my account "suspended" I spent an hour with customer support this morning and in the end was told to call billingYou can clearly see in my account where it was paid the second time, when the client services associate asked billing why didn't someone take that moment to clear that up? Why do I have to spend more of my time on the phone with billing as well? I am not okay with this and I will never, ever, do business with GoDaddy again
