How to royally *** with their database:
1) Pay CASH!
2) When some high school drop out cashier who is making $an hour and thinks
they "have the power to deny your return", WHIP OUT YOUR U.S PASSPORT, WHICH IS AN INDEMNIFIED GOVERNMENTAL ISSUED SOURCE OF IDENTIFICATION ONCE THAT "PASSPORT NUMBER IS ENTERED"? The Department of State is alerted Let THEM deal with it! So far, I've just gotten extremely worried looks and gotten my refund with no questions asked CARRY YOUR PASSPORT! IT'S A LEGAL FORM OF U.SGOVERNMENTAL IDENTIFICATION AND DOESN'T HAVE YOUR ADDRESS ON IT
Let the "Retail Equation" *** on that for a few months and figure out what to do then

[The return rejection printout I received from Home Depot lists The Return Equation as the blocking agency and reports that I should wait days until I could do returns again without a receipt or with a receipt more than days old...I have waited over days and am still am completely blocked from doing ANY returns based on The Return Equation information on file]

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The response given still only places a temporary lift on my ability to make returns as per the posted guidelines at Home DepotThere is no reason why this should be temporaryThe retail connection is arbitrarily modifying the Home Depots return policyThey state they are honoring the posted return policy however it is irrefutable that they in fact are notI have not been informed of a reason why the Home Depot and retail connection feel my store return policy should be amendedI would assume the return policy would not only track returned merchandise but also the total amount of merchandise purchasedIt seems that the retail connection does not care about customer serviceThey have done nothing but put a very valuable Home Depot customer in an embarrassing situation in the store, verbally harassed the customer on the telephone and now have made a veiled attempt to make the issue simply go away by placing a temporary lift on their self imposed modification of a written store policy without just cause to do soI demand that my account be placed under good standing as it was prior to their companies flagrant violation of my consumer rights ]

As I stated earlier, I will not stop until *** **y accepts this returnI have read and understand exactly what their "return promise" saysAs I said , the other items were returned for being substandard merchandiseIf anything, those returns should not have counted and I do not control what their clerk writes on the returnI am about to contact my lawyer and see if their is reason for a class action lawsuit since there have been numerous complaints regarding The Retail Equation and *** **y's deceptive business practicesAll I am asking is for the item to be returned
