Kroger's repsonse doesn't fix any situation Has Kroger white listed my e-mail address so my e-mails will no longer bounce? What's the tracking number of the refund for the graham crackers I e-mailed them about? I called the store and spoke with the Store Manager *** *** *** *** stated he has already spoken with this customer and advised her to come into the store for a refundCustomer told *** *** that they were in the hospital and they would come into the store when they get outAttempted to call customer multiple times, received no answer and the voicemail was fullStore is waiting for customer to get the their refund

The payment that was received by *** and *** from *** *** included a letter of demand. *** *** demanded that upon cashing the instrument, *** & *** would delete the negative item from all major credit bureaus. The collection agency could not comply with this demand and so the payment was not negotiated by them. Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint First the company is lyingThe company never mentioned anything about IT problemsIn fact that terminology never was uttered from the representative's mouthThe Facebook page never included any information about system problems with that particular promotion and the company never made a post regarding problems with that promotionThe reason whys they didn't is because they would have been inundated with valid customer complaints about not receiving a promotionInstead the company banked on people not knowing what they did wrong to qualify so customers were forced to spend MORE money tore-qualify for the promotionI talked to about people at the Ralphs Tailgate event and ALL reported problems with the promotionThey spent more than twice the amount that they should have to get a ticket they should have originally received. This company is peddling fraudAdditionally they're "to*** of appreciation" was not commensurate with the amount lostIt's odd that they would term it a "to*** of appreciation" since refund would be an accurate termThis evidences that Ralphs takes no responsibility in defrauding the public and also their intention to steal from the public repeatedlyRegards, *** ***
