I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint On friday, Asia, the executive office liaison, requested photos of my receipt and the meatI sent photos of both my receipt and meat at 4:25, within an hour of receiving her emailTuesday she emailed me and notified me that my case was being forwarded to their risk management department.They called and emailed me today and I will return their call by noon tomorrow; however, this does not resolve my complaintIt's taken almost months just to receive one callNo offer has been made

I have spoken with the management of the store already and the company is refusing to allow me to escalate the issue I also spoke with the store manager a few days ago but this did not improve customer service I went in the store on 7/and the service hasn't improved I walked around the store and the service was about the same I did get to speak with a customer service manager who had just entered the store that was very friendly and took a couple minutes to visit There was a booth clerk I think his name was Rodney who was simply rude If the company is refusing to allow me to escalate the issue then I will consider it closed without the problem being resolved

*** *** I have contacted my insurance and they can not refund me for the prescription , since it was not their mistakes , the error came from the Kroger employee by submitting the prescription as cash instead of using the insurance.I need a total refund of your mistake. Rgds

I like that the situation will be handled with Pharmacy Management but it still leaves your customers confusedMy suggestion would be to post a sign at the pharmacy specifically stating the # of items that can be checked out - I think would be fairAlso, another issue with the ***, ** Kroger and the * *** *** ***, ** Kroger - there are never whole *** *** *** *** at Christmas or anytimePer *** *** - they are shipping them to the Kroger ** warehouse but it is not making it to the stores - however your stores keep saying they order them*** *** states it's the Kroger Warehouse issue - can you all follow up on this as well? Thank you!

I have several times contacted the customer relations center since May 1, 2017, and they have not issued a refund that I have asked for I had purchased the card on May 1, 2017, and it is over a week and a half ago, so this is why I will deal with this complaint has been filed
