I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint Kroger has definitely NOT addressed this situation I specifically told *** *** that $would not resolve this matter And to correct her factually inaccurate statement THIS IS NOT A DUPLICATE CONCERN There are two different complaints for two different reasons I wrongly believed the first complaint was resolved when *** *** sent a dollar gift certificate Only when I attempted to use it, did I find it was phonyand the store would not honor it I told her I was ripping it up since it was phony Because the initial complaint was not resolved, I demanded $to make up for being sent a phony gift certificateas well as time, gas and energy wasted travelling to one of Kroger's stores I also told her that an additional $gift card would not sufficesince it only made up for the phony gift certificate she sent So, if *** *** decides not to honor my demandsI will pursue further action This company knowingly cheated meand has treated me with nothing but contempt, arrogance and disrespect as I've tried to get this matter resolved So if *** *** doesn't send me $in gift cardsFurther action will be taken I received a letter from the Kroger Corporation (*** ***) I received this letter prior to your making contact with them In it, *** *** attempted to dictate to me what the terms of this resolution would be She has no business and no authority to dictate anything to me Her company first sent me a bogus gift certificate that their own stores had never seen before (and thus I couldn't redeem) Per my complaint, I stated what it would take to resolve this issue (at least a $gift card) considering the time wastedgas wastedand energy wasted trying to get this resolved She arrogantly told me in the letter that she was enclosing a $gift card and that Kroger would not be offering any further compensation I told her directly that if Kroger didn't resolve this to my satisfactionI would pursue further action against Kroger Corporation Seeing how she has yet to respond to you, she is refusing to resolve this issue I also specifically told her that I would rip up the phony gift certificate she sent meand I would also cut up any gift card she sent to me that was less than what I demand to resolve this ongoing issue Despite my telling her this, she arrogantly sends a $gift card any way So, please remind *** *** that if Kroger chooses not to send me what I want to resolve this to my satisfactionFurther action will be taken against Kroger That company and its employees are so arrogantso unprofessionaland sorely lacking in morals and ethics I await a response from you or from Kroger Thank you very much

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint The contact information provided, both email and phone were valid This email address is still valid It is NOT my problem they can't handle complaints in a timely manner As for my receiving credit, I am in ** There is NO kroger and since I don't believe they will open one here, I am asking for a credit to my account I can't help that I moved where Publix is the grocery store Offering a kroger credit is not something I would use I can dispute this with my bank, since kroger is refusing to provide me with a refund I can't take a check, cash and cash only is what I will accept Not a money order, CASH, sent it certified and I will receive it, kroger knows this and so do I! The choice is up to them I am sick and tired of them stating they have tried to be in touch with me, they have not For a lousy eight pieces of chicken which was not hot, this had been sitting in their deli since they opened (per their employee) I want my money back, nothing else, just my money back!

We went to same Kroger store at *** *** *** *** in *** ** again last night and purchased meatReceipt number is ***Two of the three meat items purchased did not recognize the yellow card priceThe two items were regularly $and $14.55, with the sale price they were $and $respectivelyNeither item recognized the sale price and neither did the cashierWe told her about and she was unsure how to correct the wrong price at the registerShe asked the manager at the Customer Service desk for assistanceHe told her she would have to enter the prices manually by hitting a series of special keysI told the manager we had filed a complaint with Revdex.com and Kroger corporate asking when this problem would be fixedTHE PROBLEM IS STILL NOT FIXEDCONSUMERS ARE STILL BEING OVERCHARGED UNLESS THEY BRING IT TO THE STORE CLERKS ATTENTIONAT THIS POINT I WOULD LIKE FOR THE MEDIA TO CONTACT METHIS IS RIDICULOUS !!!
