Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  Customer called Revdex.com on 6/16/16 and stated he spoke with the store manager about 2 weeks ago and they knew nothing about the situation and said they couldn't help him. He will go back to the store and try again today but would like a response from Kroger regarding this lack of service.

We appreciate the opportunity to address the customer’s concern with the assistance of the Revdex.com. The courtesy credit was removed from the customer's shopper's card per their request and a paper coupon was mailed out to the address the customer provided in their Revdex.com complaint.

This is the response that I had originally received from Kroger customer service. This is unacceptable. No one should be able to use my phone number without my permission. I understand that phone numbers are recycled and that someone may have previously had my phone number and connected it to their account but as of 2 years ago I have had this number. No one else's number and no one should be able to use it but me. I request that Kroger send some sort of notification be it an email or a letter to the customer with my phone number and ask them to update their information. Kroger should not allow someone to use other people's personal information.

complaint. This matter has not been rectified.  The Kroeger Company continues to incorporate any coupons a customer brings in, and then uses this savings with their own discounted prices/coupons when at the end of the receipt it states "You Saved ________ with our New Low Prices."  On a receipt dated 7/3/15, it states, "Manufacture Coupon Savings $3.50, Sooper Card Coupon Savings $17.6l, Total Coupon Savings $21.11."  As I have stated before, I have no problem with Kroger giving itself proper credit with its discounted pricing/coupons.  In this case:  $17.6l.   My complaint is that this company adds coupons brought in by a consumer and then counts it toward its "New Low Prices."I have waited for a response from Chelsey Rose, a company representative, but when I inquire I'm told that either my concern has been on to company executives. The response by the business did not adequately address my concerns.  The business admits there is a flaw in their online coupon tracking system, yet maintains the flaw rests on the information I have been able to access online rather than the information they have been able to access.  Since there is an admitted flaw in their coupon tracking system, the possibility exists the information they have provided is flawed rather then the information I have been able to provide.  The data I am able to access still never showed this coupon ever being redeemed.  I maintain that I did not, and was not able to redeem this coupon.  I have previously  provided information retrieved directly from the company's online coupon tracking system to that effect, showing the coupon was still active and not redeemed. The business also dragged this resolution out until the coupon was finally expired, thus I was still never able to use it.  I believe the business is possibly engaging in illegal marketing practices by offering coupons (therefore advertising a lower price) but failing to make good on that offer (effectively running a bait & switch type scheme).  Furthermore, given this admitted flaw in their system, the business has not provided an adequate resolution, only that the concern has been documented.  This same issue with coupons not redeeming has occurred several other times, and I have no doubt it will continue to occur in the future.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  I appreciate Kroger's efforts to resolve this situation, however I would still like to receive what I originally requested:  A 48 inch 4k tv with [redacted] or better for 399.99. If the same brand cannot be obtained that's OK but I cannot accept the fact that another 48 inch TV is not available. Thanks.

It's like they didn't read what I said. I wa not made that I had to prove ID, that's normal. IT's that I had to provide 2 forms (And I did) and then was not aloud sale because I couldn't remember what zip code I had I my id. It was a power play by the cashier that has to deal with difficult kids from IU all day and she wanted to feel big. No one read anything I said.....

This office has not issued any additional refund to the customer's credit/debit card. The refund would have been automatically processed the day of or the day after the fuel purchase made on 4/22/16. If the customer is claiming the store never issued them a refund for the difference on their credit/debit card then they must contact the Store Manager for assistance.
