Hello, I just found some additional information related to my complaint. I do not see how to add that information to my complaint online. My complaint is with Kroger and the number is ID[redacted]. The last communication was my reply on 1/10/18. Here is the addition information.I found the receipt with the additional numbers after the date. 10/14/17 02:34pm [redacted]The item is spaghetti squash with a weight of 4.15 pounds. Like I said before, the chances of produce ringing up at the exact same weight to the hundredth of a pound is almost zero. The chances of two weighing exactly the same to the hundredth of a pound and ringing up at less than a second of each are zero. This should have been prevented with proper programming of the cash register.

If they think entering your ATM personal pin number in a super market check out line is a safe practice something is serious wrong, (the bank says never give out your personal pin for any reason, but Krogers wants me to type it in at there check out line in front of God and anybody else thats standing there!

I have spoken multiple times with their Check Recovery Department. My complaint is with the process, the duplicity, and the lack of information given about this process. I also resent having to run to the County Attorney's Office to pay this small debt when I was recovering from major surgery, and then to be treated so shabbily by Kroger. I am a lifelong customer and won't be now. Kroger should reimburse me the entire amount, plus $30 for my time and trouble and gas money.

They admitted to nothing. I would URGE everyone to not shop at any store that is owned or affiliated with Kroger. Especially if you are a person of color. The cashiers are REQUIRED to ask for your kroger card to get you discounts. I cannot recall anytime before this older white cashier named Margaret, would not ask for the kroger card. Instead she was quick to immediately go to another worker regarding the coupons I had and said she had NOT seen paper coupons before. In the previous response kroger tried to state that my problem was the amount of coupons. No it was not it was the woman saw my face and immediately felt I was trying to committ fraud. I had been using paper manufacturer coupons at this kroger location on [redacted] for weeks and encountered no problems like this at all. If there is any problem with a coupon it will state so when you scan the coupons. Ironically when she did scan the coupons there was absolutely nothing wrong with them. When I called the 800 line Kroger did admit there was a problem with locating some information as the cashier did not and would not scan the kroger card. As a result I was out of $10-$20 in savings the lady said I should get. But she wanted me to go to the store and I refuse to go back to the store as I was humiliated in front of other customers. I do not trust kroger and refuse to come back to the store.

I was told he was not there and is on vacation, so wouldn't be back in for a while (the person I spoke with didn't know when). I am looking forward to finding a resolution. I am only accepting this because the company will not allow me to speak to anyone but the store manager. He has failed to accomplish getting his store to preform with good customer service. This issue is not really closed but when a company lacks the drive to make a situation better then there is nothing else I can do as a individual. This store has lost me as a customer and I will share my feedback with other customers who want to visit this location.
