Thanks for helping resolve this.Hopefully Kroger also accepts this as a failure on the part of their customer care to do the right thing which forced me to mediate via Revdex.com.

The Store Manager has already
addressed this concern.  We appreciate the assistance of the Revdex.com.
Respectfully, we request that the Revdex.com close this case as this office has no

station it is an industry standard for the card’s issuing bank or financial institution to place holds on the cards balance. This is to ensure that there are adequate funds in that account to pay for the fuel purchase. The pre-hold amount differs among banking/financial institutions. It can be a certain dollar amount or the maximum amount of fuel allowed to be dispensed at one time at that location. This information is clearly disclosed on the pump. Typically, pre-holds are released within 48 hours from the time it was initiated. Again, the length of time and the amount are determined at the bank’s/financial institutions discretion. If you prepay for your fuel through the fuel center attendant rather than at the pump, the hold will be no greater than the amount of the purchase. [redacted] I sent Kroger and [redacted] all the receipts concerning repair cost to my vehicle. In addition, my receipt from [redacted] Car Repair Co. Established as a fact the bad gas came from Kroger fuel center. I also sent them a copy of the  third party fuel sample analysis which proves their gas had a very high level of water. I attached photo graphs of the contaminated fuel.  The sample was about 50 percent gas and 50 percent water.They did not respond to my claim. [redacted] closed the case before they reviewed the evidence. So far they prove to be totally irresponsible for their defective product and associated damages.

[redacted] Liaison to the Executive Offices is wrong in saying that the Pharmacy Manager  [redacted] has the right not to fill the prescription with TID meaning three times a day. The board of Pharmacy has launched an investigation into this matter, because this has pubic health and safety issues. Please feel free to contact board of pharmacy's.

I've called Kathy in corporate headquarters three times and emailed her; however, she has not returned my calls or my email on 1/18/17. I'm awaiting a response from Kroger.

We want to apologize and I've applied 800 points into October as a courtesy. The excluded gift cards are listed on the gift card kiosk. We appreciate the assistance of the Revdex.com.

  Since Kroger is breaking the law and illegally prevented me from using those coupons,  I will get compensation on my own.  The fact that they took 1 coupon (even though that item had already been discounted because it was purchased as part of a 'buy 5 get $5 off promotion)  and refused to take the other 2  is illegal.  Kroger is once again going to pay a very heavy price for their illegal practices and for cheating me.

I don't expect they to do any thing. the only way will take  heroic efforts on my part.... doing a [redacted] complaint  and get [redacted]  to  add their twocqants.. after a million read and concoor with me ... then maybe krogers would do something.  again thank you very much

I have contacted the customer directly by email on 3/04/16. We apologized and advised we documented their concern, notified the store and offered them a token of our appreciation. I also responded to the Revdex.com advising that I contacted the customer directly and offered the customer a token of our appreciation. The customer must have not read our email before she responded to our comments sent to the Revdex.com or she would have understood what a token of our appreciation meant. Please direct the customer to read our email and if there is anything else I can help with, please let me know. Thank you.

There was no offer of settlement and I do not have the resources or emotional strength to pursue this. I cannot afford an attorney and the Kroger company is well aware that many attorneys are not interested in small cases such as this one because they will not offer huge payouts. Therefore the little people such as myself lose. It is upsetting to know that I walked into their store slipped on a wet substance that I did not put there, paid medical expenses and the Kroger company chose not to do anything to right this wrong. They chose to string me along for 60 days with a claims representative that deceptively led me to believe that she would pay a claims so that they could destroy/purge the evidence (the surveillance video). At this point I am going to move forward and put this ordeal behind me. I will send complaints to the Attorney General's office in both states to conclude this matter. There seems to be no justice for the little people. I hope my post equips the next slip and fall victim with the knowledge needed to immediately seek legal counsel, take pictures of everything, get statements from witnesses, and record all dealings with Kroger's representatives because Kroger will not give you a fair dealings.

I received no emails from krogers  or phone calls from them.....  these Kroger people just like to give customers the run around.  they suggest visiting customer service... I did . I even talked to manager at length several times.  again thanks for staying on top of  this matter.
