This response doesn't reflect any ownership on the part of the business to better communicate their return policy restrictions, which are misleading to consumers.  Their website simply says "some exclusions apply" to a fairly blanket policy to accept returns within x days with a receipt.  The fact that they don't intend to publish their policies to the public is very concerning to me as a consumer, but I will not do business with this company any longer either.  There is a reason their company is on the decline.

We want to assure the customer and the Revdex.com that this has been properly investigated with the Pharmacy. This customer has provided their complaint regarding this pharmacy and it's been properly documented. Our official response regarding this complaint is that our Pharmacies follow all laws and regulations. This customer was attempting to get a narcotic prescription early. Their insurance would not allow for this prescription to be filled early. By law it is the right of all Pharmacists to dispense medication in a manner they deem to be safe and we will support their educated decisions. We appreciate the assistance of the Revdex.com. I contacted the store and brought the customer's concerns to the attention of the Store Manager. The Store Manager advised he will investigate this issue and contact the customer directly with a resolution. We appreciate the assistance of the Revdex.com.

How much longer do I have to wait before I know whether I need to pursue further action against Kroger?  [redacted] has arrogantly and repeatedly lied to you...  or telling half truths at best.  She knows very well that Kroger intentionally sent me a gift certificate that their stores would not honor.  It wasn't until I told her that I was tearing it up (since it was worthless) that she decided to state it would miraculously be accepted at my Kroger store.  Since she knew the first complaint wasn't actually resolved (since Kroger knowingly sent me a worthless gift certificate),  her pathetic and insulting attempt at resolving this issue with a $20 gift card was nowhere near acceptable.  I was letting her off easy by demanding a $50 gift card as a final resolution to this issue that Kroger dragged on for weeks and weeks.  So, to make a long story short... I have repeatedly told [redacted] that I will pursue further action if this isn't resolved to my satisfaction... and she has been nothing but rude, arrogant and unprofessional towards me.  I simply want to know whether she will give me what I deserve.. or if I need to pursue further action to ensure this is resolved to my satisfaction.                                                  Sincerely,                                                 [redacted] [redacted]

The transaction took place on Saturday, and today is Tuesday and these funds are still not in the account. When I place the call to our bank, our bank has looked into the matter and they can not do anything about it since it’s Fred meyer’s transaction and not them. There are other places such as Costco, and we do not have issue when purchasing gas at their pump. It feels to me this shouldn’t be a hard resolution. My funds are somewhere in space and still not in my account. When I spiked with customer service here, I got no resolution.

My claim was denied by the company, despite strong evidence of the chain of events leading up to $34.00 worth of diesel being pumped into my car at a gas station that doesn't sell diesel. Thus leaving me without a car, $621.00 for repairs, $72.00 for towing, and $34.00 spent on what was supposed to be 93 unleaded, not diesel.
