This Company turns off their email server outside business hours SO if you send them email during hours they are closed they do not recieve it and if you are sending in refund documents to them via-email the email gets returned and in my case I email evenings It appears to be a intended scam/refund scamBuyer BEWARE What the game seems to be is that in days there are two weekends and all the evenings when your mail cant get to them and it gets returned as undeliverable UNTIL the server is turned back onSO if you send email at night your mail seeking your refund gets returned to sender and your 10days which amounts to days if you subtract the days their mail server is off and then the after 6-8am it is off as wellSO good luck notifying them via their instructionsI might take them to small claims court in Bakersfield and let them drive up here to defend their sketchy practices

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The information provided by Ticket Snipers is not accurate. I sent a copy of my ticket for their evaluation on February 10, 2015. They replied to my e-mail stating the case was still good and I was able retain their services. I retained their services the same day. When I went to court the following day February 11th, 2015 the court told me the date for disputing the ticket had been expired over 2 months ago and there was nothing I could do. Since Ticket Snipers had a copy of my ticket for evaluation of the case prior purchasing their service, they knew this information and upheld disclosing it so I would purchase their service. After receiving this information from the court I called and e-mailed Ticket Snipers several times and I was never able to speak with a real person, so I left messages which none of them was returned. I've requested a refund since they offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee (https://ticketsnipers.com/refunds/) and have also never heard back. See attached supporting documents. Regards, [redacted] ***
