I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

At this point all available options have been exercised in the efforts of good faith.

[redacted] personally contacted our office for legal
assistanceAfter discussing our service with [redacted] payment was made and
service officially begun on the violation
[redacted] engaged our service to compose a defense for a
trial by written declaration to contest a traffic ticket[redacted] personally
read, signed, and agreed to the terms of our service (see attached)By
agreeing to our terms of service (attached), [redacted] understood that we
would compose a legal brief to contest a California traffic ticket
Payment for our service is strictly and solely for drafting the
providing legal documents and not for results, which is clearly stated in our
service contract (attached)
[redacted] read, understood, signed, and agreed to the
terms of service in writing by signing our "Service Contract." This contract
specifically includes no promises as to the outcome of the caseThere is also
a fully disclosed NON-REFUNDABLE $document drafting fee for completing the
trial documents regardless of outcome of the trial
[redacted] has breached our agreement and service contract
by directly violating the terms of the contract
Failure to take the required action on [redacted]'s behalf
is negligence and directly violates the terms and conditions mutually agreed
upon in writing before services were rendered
We have performed the service in full, as described in a
timely mannerThis chargeback in unfounded and unjustified with no merit and
should be denied in a timely manner

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
TicketSnipers has not properly responded to my request for a refund for the service provided which they promised in their money back guarantee. They claimed, "We have performed the service in full, as described in a timely manner. This chargeback is unfounded and unjustified with no merit and should be denied in a timely manner."  However, it appears that they never read my original complaint concerning their dubious advertising practices and my request for a refund, which I never received, minus the non-refundable document drafting fee. This is clearly stated in their 100% money back guarantee. Requesting a refund that I am rightfully entitled to according to the terms of the money back guarantee does not constitute a chargeback. I originally payed $239.00 for TicketSnipers to draft my defense portfolio and according to their money back guarantee, I would receive a full refund minus the non-refundable "document drafting fee." The amount of this non-refundable fee is not clear. On September 29, 2015  they sent me an e-mail confirmation of payment which states in writing, " In the unusual situation the judge is not favorable to our custom developed defenses we will gladly refund your entire service fee (every case includes a $50 non-refundable document drafting fee)." I have attached a copy of this e-mail.  However, it is also posted on their website link found here ( https://www.ticketsnipers.com/refunds ) that the non-refundable document drafting fee is $99. In any case, they are still required to pay the refund minus the document drafting fee. The refund amount should either be $189 or $140 depending on which money back guarantee they are planning to follow. This is why I don't believe TicketSnipers is being upfront about their refund policy.  Furthermore Ticketsnipers claimed that I have "breached our agreement and service contract by directly violating the terms of the contract" a contract I did not sign, though I did agree to through email and payment for their services, even though I fulfilled every requirement in a timely manner to ensure that I would receive my refund. As I had stated on my original complaint, I sent a copy of the decision of the court within the 10 days required for me to do so in order to receive my refund. But as of yet I have not received any refund and no reason has been given as to why I have been denied a refund.  I can't understand why they have not responded properly to the refund issue at hand. I am not denying that I received their services, I simply want them to comply with and uphold their money back guarantee.

All available options have been explained/exhausted at this time, due to the Client's negligence and lack of due diligence the time frame to do so has expired.

These guys are complete liars and crooks. If they have any sort of Revdex.com certification I highly recommend you look into them and revoke it, as their policies make it IMPOSSIBLE to get a refund.
At any rate, I disputed the charge with Amex, and they agreed with me and gave me a credit, so I am OK, but I feel bad for the many others that use this scam, don't win, and don't get a refund despite the promise of one.

Your site claims that if I'm found guilty based upon the appeal that you prepared for me, then you refund the service fee. As stated in my original complaint, I am not after your doc drafting fee of $99. I want my refund of the $80 service fee. I am not in violation of anything. When I informed you on May 2, 2016 that the court found me guilty, the contract was over. The only remaining item was for you to refund my $80. You lost the case for me. You need to pay up. It is illegal and unethical to do otherwise.

[Ticket Snipers is not addressing the email THEY sent to me on December 2nd 2013.  Clearly stating "please send over a
copy of your "Notice of Decision" (TR-215) and we will issue an
immediate refund of your entire service fee." See attached copy of email dated 12/2/13.  See copy of the attached email (word document 01-email).  This would have been a perfect time for a reputable company to remind a customer of a very important time constraint.

A friend of mine recommended using Ticket Snipers. He had a case pending that eventually didn't go his way, but he was quite happy with the service. They were professional, responsive and accommodating. I knew what to expect at each step of the process and they followed up with me when I received my verdict. Their policies were pretty clear to me. My friend got his verdict back from the court in about half the time I did, but that's totally due to the court. I received a full refund for my alleged red light violation....case closed.

Once service has begun we do not offer a refund unless the client is found guilty of the violation. In this case the client has not been found guilty and is still demanding a refund. The client made a commitment to the company that was not honored after work had begun.

We have exhausted all available options in efforts to accommodate the client, no further action is required at this time.

Their 10 day response can be totally unrealistic and I think that they put it in the contract, and knowing this which is deceptive.  The court made a decision on my case on 7/29/15 but by the time they mailed me the decision it was not until 8/6/15.  I was gone for a week the first week of August as my son died of a tragic accident at 22 years old.  I was out of town taking care of his affairs did not get back until 8/10/15 making my response in 10 days impossible to make.  Even if I was gone for 3 days on vacation it would be impossible to fulfill their requirements if I left on 8/6 15.  I called them and explained my situation and even sent them my sons death certificate which they said they would take into account and get back to me, but they never did.  I feel I should get my money back and any company that cares about cus[redacted]er service and has any compassion would gladly refund my money.  I would love to talk to the President of Ticket Snipers.Their policy of 10 days is not fair especially when the court and post office are involved in the delivery of the timing.  My case is especially different than normal because of the death of my son.  Please try and get an officer of Ticket Snipers to call me.  [redacted]Thanks,  [redacted]

Mr[redacted] contacted our office for legal defense documents on
October 27, (10/27/14)One week later, after completing (11/4/14) the
defense documents they were delivered, approved, signed and sent to the court for
judicial review by Ms[redacted] personality
Unfortunately Mr[redacted] was found guilty of the violation
Several members of our case development team spoke with the customer and issued
an apology for the incorrect verdict and any misunderstanding that may or may
not have occurredClearly listed multiple times in our Terms & Agreements
(www.ticketsnipers.com/terms-conditions/), Refunds
(www.ticketsnipers.com/refunds/) and Homepage page every case includes a
non-refundable $document-drafting fee and must returned to our office within
a day period to be eligible for a service fee refundWe are obviously
disappointed with the outcome, unfortunately we cannot beat every violation
As such, Ticket Snipers does not guarantee any outcome
related to your traffic ticket including the dismissal of the ticketIf you
are found guilty Ticket Snipers offers a refund of your service fee if the
verdict is received within days of the decisionOnce this time-frame has
expired the violation becomes finalized
After the 10-day period expires the violation has been
finalized and no further action is availableBecause the client has let this
mandatory time frame expired no further action can be taken on the violation
We issued different refunds for clients that were unsuccessfully
during the time period in which Mr[redacted] claims he could not send the
paperworkMr[redacted]'s claims about the refund policy are unfoundedWe issued
different refunds during the last week of December (records available), which
is no different from the 100's of refunds that are allocated every year for
clients that are unsuccessful and follow the process correctly
Once again, we have honored our agreement as promised and
delivered the defense documents complete and in a timely manner as described
We have attached the agreed upon terms and conditions specifically stating the
day period which was electronically agreed upon by Mr[redacted] at the time of
engaging our service

I was very dissatisfied with the response from Ticket Sniper. They offered no resolution  to this case. Their response is filled with inaccuracies and vuage excuses as to why they did not honor their own refund policy. I have an e-mail  from them that states that all I have to do is send in the judges verdict within 10 days of receiving it and they will refund my money minus a $50 charge. I submitted the paper work the very day I received in the mail. I qualified for the refund, and they simply do not want to honor the refund policy. Ticket Snipers is hiding behind inaccuracies and vague excuses.
I am asking that this case stay open if for no other reason than to warn others of Ticket Snipers reluctance to honor legitimate refund requests and their poor customer service. Also, I would still like my refund minus the $50 charge.

The information provided by Ticket Snipers is not accurate. I sent a copy of my ticket for their evaluation on February 10, 2015. They replied to my e-mail stating the case was still good and I was able retain their services. I retained their services the same day. When I went to court the following day February 11th, 2015 the court told me the date for disputing the ticket had been expired over 2 months ago and there was nothing I could do. Since Ticket Snipers had a copy of my ticket for evaluation of the case prior purchasing their service, they knew this information and upheld disclosing it so I would purchase their service. After receiving this information from the court I called and e-mailed Ticket Snipers several times and I was never able to speak with a real person, so I left messages which none of them was returned. I've requested a refund since they offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee (https://ticketsnipers.com/refunds/) and have also never heard back.See attached supporting documents.

The company Ticket Snipers responded providing the following message: "At this time no further action can be taken, all available methods have been exhausted."The company seems to have decided to end the dispute by simply ending the dispute without answering the body of complaint. I ask Revdex.com to display the matter in it's entirety of their website in order to provide invaluable information to Ticket Snipers customers and to avoid similar complaints in the future.
