Hello [redacted],I'm sorry to hear that your order has not arrived yet. Your package was shipped 3 days after your order was placed and the tracking shows arrival in your country on August 15. Once it arrived in Canada it was switched over to your local postal service, this may be the cause of the delay....

Although we do our best to reflect accurate shipping times, we are not able to guarantee a specific delivery date on international orders. Once your package has arrived you may return to sender for a full refund if you are not interested in keeping the devices. I truly apologize for any frustration this has caused. As for the discrepancy in your charge goes, we did not charge any additional money beyond your sale price. As our website indicates, all orders are in USD. After calculating the currency conversion, it appears that the charge on your statement may be reflected in Canadian dollars. You were charged the correct amount totaling 48.56 USD. Horrible company, worst customer service ever, when they do reply to emails (they only replied to the messages I sent through Paypal, not regular emails), they don't answer the question/request, which was for them to authorize a return and supply a return form, as it is stated in their FAQ that these 2 things are required in order to get a refund. I ended up filing a complaint through Paypal (Thank Gog I had paid through them) and after analyzing my complaint, Paypal reversed the payment in full.

10742674, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, the fact that it took numerous hours in emails over a period of a month, and basically was held hostage by their employee saying the money would be deposited in my account once the complaint was removed, was absolutely ridiculous! They provide no way for phone communication with the company. I can only imagine that for older people like me who could use your product the most,will probably give up trying to get a product they have paid for and will never receive. How about rethinking how you treat people who are your customers, as just saying your sorry shouldn't really get you off the hook for poor customer relations!
