Still waiting for the 3 we ordered. I have contacted support and no-body is eager to help. This company is eager to sell, not so eager to TRACK your package till it reach you. They opted for the limited tracking option on our package and now DHL has no idea where our package is. A very disappointing experience and we will probably not see our money refunded or the products be bought. A reputable company does not operate in the manner they do. TrackR please stop focusing on marketing and rather on customer satisfaction and support.
